I placed an order for my Bridal Bouquet and my order was specifically for lavender roses that looked purple in the pictures that she showed me and in the book that she was going to order from. What I got was pink fuchsia looking flowers that look pink in all the photos that I took prior to me leaving my house to head to the church. When I called the florist when the bouquet arrived to tell them that this was not what I ordered and for them to please fix it they told me that it was what I ordered and that they would not change it. I told them that this was not the color I had asked for and for them to please come and get the flowers and give me back my money and the man on the phone rudely told me that he would not come back and get it and it was my problem and if I didn't like it then I should throw it away and he would not give me back my money. My mother ended up going to the local grocery store and buying me some white roses and made a quick bouquet out of them for me. I was very upset and I told the man that he was ruining my wedding and he said he did not care that it was not his problem and hung up on me. I would not recommend them to any one for anything. My groom’s boutonniere was pink also and they had quoted my dad that if I got the bouquet from them that the grooms would be free and the charged me for both because we did not give them the center pieces which my dad never said that we would.I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER VENDOR.
