I just cannot say enough great things about Bacio Bacio. Taylor made my experience so amazing. I had been to two other bridal salons previous to this, and while they were alright, Taylor gave me the experience that one imagines when they think of trying on wedding gowns. She was so sweet, and took her time to really make me feel special. I tried on at least 15-20 gowns, and she had so much patience with me as I spent two and a half hours in the salon narrowing it down. I ultimately found "the one" and it was all thanks to her. She gave me her honest opinion, which I really appreciated, as I found that people at other stores were only interested in making a sale. Also, this salon is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I felt special just being in the store. I could go on and on about this lovely place, but really you just have to go and experience it for yourself. I am just so happy that I made an appointment at this wonderful salon, and even more excited that I had the pleasure of working with Taylor.

Amazing service...I went there a gazillion times...tried on the dress each time....they have a great selection...they gave me a great deal on the dress I really wanted.

Bacio Bacio is the ONLY place to go to find your wedding gown! Their designer gowns are unique and quality made and also very affordable! The ladies there absolutely love what they do and are completely dedicated to making you feel like a princess and giving you a special experience that you will remember for the rest of your life! My sisters, mother and I felt like we were the only women in the store with the care and attention we were given and they even let us do a champagne toast after I said "yes" to the dress! My mother also found her gorgeous MOB gown and we had both dresses altered by their fabulous seamstress who did a fantastic job! I also had my grandmother's wedding gown (from 1939) remade into a short dress for my farewell brunch and it turned out stunning! The owner even gave me crystal buttons to use on the dress and were as thrilled as I was about how special it was to be able to wear it! I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff of Bacio Bacio is! My sister is getting married soon and she will DEFINITELY be purchasing her dress from there as well! Don't bother going anywhere else!

The dress was absolutely stunning. All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I was in a time crunch to find my dress as I was traveling from the Caribbean. At first I didn't consider Bacio Bacio because other friends had told me about the Miracle Mile in Miami. I had gone to Coral Gables along the mile to find my dress but didn't find anything and wasn't happy with the experience. Two days before I was scheduled to leave I still hadn't found a dress and was feeling frustrated and frazzled. I called around trying to find other places but everyone was telling me about appointments and was unwilling to accommodate me. On a whim I called Bacio Bacio and Debra answered. She explained they were booked but was still willing to try to find a space. She couldn't but I truly believed she heard the desperation in my voice and decided to go above and beyond. She arranged to meet me the next day early in the morning before the store opened. Debra proceeded to work with me to help me find the dress. She listened, she gave advice and most importantly I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I felt like she cared. In the end I found my dress and the dress for my mother. I left there feeling happy and contented. Bacio Bacio is the place for you if you want personal and intimate service. It is warm and cosy like someone's home. They are all good but my heart is for Debra. Thanks again for making my dress shopping experience memorable.

I felt like a princess on my wedding day thanks to the beautiful dress I bought here! One of a kind dresses for bride's that KNOW great taste!

They were very helpful. I got my wedding dress along with my bridesmaid's dresses from here and they all came in on time. Also, one of bridesmaid's dresses was not up to their standards when it arrived so they sent it back and had a new one shipped.

I visited Bacio Bacio Bridal Salon to pickup my tux and I witnessed the biggest smile on the brides trying on gowns. To see a woman put a dress on and burst into happy tears with the helpful staff was truly a touching moment. I'm a guy and I thought the salon and the experiences I witnessed were beautiful ! The staff was so caring and into the bride's experience !!

I happen to stumble upon Bacio Bacio one day and boy am I glad I did!!! Not only did they have superb customer service in that they were very personal and professional, but I was able to purchase the PERFECT COMMUNION VEIL for my Godaughter. I live in Florida and my sister lives in North Carolina, but Lenyce Boyd made it so easy and effortless. She communicated with my sister via phone while communicating with the designer in New York! The veil was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was made with delicate Swarovski Crystals around the headpiece and sparsely on the veil itself. IT WAS GORGEOUS!!! I would recommend Bacio Bacio to anyone looking for "The Best"!!

The ladies at Bacio Bacio were such a pleasure! They were so sweet, fun, and also incredibly knowledgable. They have such great taste and truly go out of their way for their customers.

They have a great selection of dresses in addition to jewelry, undergarments, etc. I will be returning to Bacio Bacio for all of my future dress needs. They even have some adorable less formal dresses that would be great for many occasions.

I purchased my wedding dress at a different store before I discovered Bacio, so even though they weren't making a dress sale on me, they still went out of their way to help make sure my dress was perfect! They were able to find the ideal bra/corset to help "lift" my dress and their seamstress, Olga, is a miracle worker! The dress fit me like a glove when she was finished, and she was even able to create a sweetheart neckline from a very plain top and beautiful bustle.

I recommend that every bride check out Bacio during their wedding dress search (or even wedding accessory/undergarment search). You will not regret it. More businesses should be like this!

I highly recommend Bacio Bacio Bridal Salon. As mother-of-the bride, it was a comfort to find a store that has absolutely everything a bride could possibly need or want. If they didn't have what you are looking for in their vast inventory - they would find a way to get it for you. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and an absolute delight. My daughter and I constantly asked their opinion and appreciated their many excellent suggestions. Each staff person spent as much time as was needed to ensure we were happy every step of the way. Amazing Service and Quality! The staff at Bacio Bacio were instrumental in helping me choose a gown that fit my wedding theme! They had a top line selection and the associates were dedicated to your experience from the beginning consultation to the final fitting. They also carry a full-service line of accessories, some moderately priced, others a little pricey, that will complete ANY ensemble. Too bad I couldn't use them for my bridesmaids, but I did witness one bridal party getting fittings, and they looked fantastic! I highly recommend this vendor!

I tell everyone about this bridal salon because Lenyce and her girls are fantastic! This was the first and only salon that I went to for my dress. We had so much fun, tried on every style imaginable, and when I found "the one" Lenyce made sure that I got it! I wish that every part of the wedding planning was as easy and as fun as getting the dress, veil, and headband was for me. They have the perfect amount of dresses to choose from without being intimidating or overwhelming and the personal attention that you get is really something that, from what I heard from other friends of mine dress shopping, is not something that you get at every bridal salon. I love my Jenny Packham dress. It was as if it was made for me and I love even more the personal relationship that I've developed with Lenyce and Bacio Bacio. This is truly an A+ plus and was an A+ experience. If you're looking for a wedding dress in Florida you have to look no further once you go here!

I went to Bacio Bacio Bridal after visiting three other bridal shop in South Florida, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. They made me really feel like a bride and I felt they had my best interest at heart. They did not want to just sell me a gown, they wanted me to look the very best I possibly could. I would send any of my friends to Bacio Bacio.
PS- I found my dream gown and felt beautiful on my big day. The customer service never stopped after I bought the gown. They were wonderful with the fittings and with helping me pick out the most beautiful shoes and veil.

After searching all around south Florida for a dress, coming to Bacio Bacio was such a breath of fresh air!!! The first time you step foot into the salon, you realize that it is very different than most other bridal salons...Lenyce and all the girls are so nice and helpful and the store is beautiful and just fun to be in! The dresses are gorgeous and you are guaranteed to find the style you are looking for! They also helped me with jewelry (not only mine, but my bridesmaids and mom), head piece, veil, alterations, and undergarments! Working with Bacio Bacio was one of the best experiences during our wedding planning process!!! Thank you again for everything!

This shop was the only place I went where I was given undivided attention, there weren't hoards of appointments booked at the same time and they have a HUGE selection of dresses for a great price! I found the dress of my dreams there and I love it! forget going to the other shops around the area! 5 STARS!

I loved them!! It is a very relaxed atmosphere, and the salespeople are so nice! Their seamstress, Olga, is a gem. Absolutely beautiful gowns and accessories. I got my gown and jewelry here, and I do admit that their merchandise is a little expensive, but if you are willing to pay, you do get what you pay for... would definitely go again!

I loved shopping/purchasing from Bacio Bacio Bridal Salon. I originally lived in the area and came down last 4th of July weekend to shop for a dress before my 1/6/12 wedding. I went to two other shops and ended up loving a dress they had from Sincerity Bridal. Their smaller shop made it more relaxing for me since I do not like crowds when I shop. Also, they were fun to work with. I was only disappointed during my first fitting with my actual dress in November because the person who does the alterations is an outside vendor and she was very rude to me even though I was not having the measurements/alterations done during that appointment. I was surprised that the staff allowed this person to treat a customer that way since she was not directly affiliated with the salon. If I have any suggestions it would be to try to work directly with the sisters that own the salon because they are the nicest out of the staff that I was in contact with.

I had a wonderful experience at Bacio Bacio. They were very professional and helpful when it came to finding my perfect wedding dress and accessories. I loved it and I got so many compliments on it. I would recommend anyone to find their perfect dress there as well.

I found an amazing dress at a very affordable price at Bacio Bacio. I was a little disappointed when I made an appointment to take a second look at the dress and to my surprise; the dress was sold, yet my appointment was not cancelled. I had to drive an hour to the place so I was very upset that my time was wasted. None the less, I ordered my dress and everything went great after that. My dress was truly amazing! I do want to warn those that buy dresses to take a close look at the dress. The beading on my dress began to fall out after an hour of having it on. That too was upsetting, but it looked great for pictures so all in all I am happy.

The wedding dress is the most expensive dress a girl will typically ever wear. This is why it is one of the most important elements of the wedding - not to mention, it is a dress most brides-to-be have been dreaming about for a long time. As a wedding planner, I need to know that my brides are in good hands when picking their gown. I know if I send them to visit Lenyce that they will have a great experience and leave with the gown that is right for them. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and just as sweet as can be!
