The employees were exceptionally helpful and flexible. The cost was much lower than comparable venues in our area, and the facility was much nicer. I was able to comfortably fit about 200 people at 24 tables, plus food tables. The office manager, Katie, went above and beyond to make this the easiest part of my wedding planning. She helped me come up with a floor plan for the tables and even helped us decorate the day before the wedding. The presence of a caretaker was a part of the rental contract, and there was a charge per hour, but this turned out to be a great help because he assisted with setting up the reception supplies and helped clean up at the end of the night. My family didn't have to worry about taking out the trash, vacuuming, etc. We were able to rent some supplies directly from the hall at a much cheaper price than a rental company. The tablecloths were $5 each compared to $12 at local rental companies. When we needed access to the hall for rehearsal and decorating, Katie made a special arrangement for us to come in free of charge after office hours. I highly recommend this venue and their outstanding service!
