Bake Me A Cake

Bake me a cake did our wedding cake for June 5th 2011 and the cake was absolutely stunning! We're still getting compliments on how beautiful it was and how great it tasted! When my husband and I ordered the wedding cake we were a little skeptical since the location was very tiny and just seemed like a small bakery but when the owners started to sketch our ideas of what we wanted and what we wanted it to look like, it was magical.. No matter how small the detail she can do it. I thought the sketch was nice, but the cake as AMAZING!! We never even got to do a tasting since we live in Texas, and they didnt have any samples ar the time. But we did have a cupcake and we made our decition of that. And it was the best thing we could do. I highly recommend to get your wedding cake here. It can be a little pricey but WAY!!! worth it..

If you want the best, go to Bake Me a Cake! This company doesn't do a lot of advertising because they get so much business from just word of mouth--and trust me, if you get ANY kind of cake from them, you'll recommend them to everyone else. There are a lot of talented cake decorators in the central Florida area, but Bake Me a Cake can meet and surpass them, not to mention that it has the best tasting cakes in the entire state. They have patents on their decorating tools!

I ordered cupcakes for my event. While they were delicious they were NOTHING like what i ordered. They were supposed to be marron and purple but were red and blue. They were supposed to have gold fondant decorations on the flat buttercream icing but instead had poofy buttercream with a piece of fondant stuck into it. I was very disappointed

The owner is very creative and the cake is delicious. Worth every penny.

Our wedding cake was amazing! It was more than we could have dreamed of - my mom was able to get a sneak peak before the event and it brought her to tears! It was too beautiful for words! The team there is amazing and i definately recommend them! Plus, the cake tasted amazing and they have all types of freshly made French and European pastries!! If you need am amazing cake, better than those on tv - this is the place!

I had Bake Me A Cake design and make both my wedding cake and the groom's cake. Mercedes was great, she worked with me and my husband and was able to sketch and design our ideas and make our cakes exactly how we wanted them. We only met with her once but we left feeling confident. Our cakes were the talk of the wedding. My husband loved his cake so much that he actually did not want to cut it. Not only did the cakes look great they tasted great as well. Bake Me A Cake was also able to work with Dragon Fly Custom Design's to coordinate our cake with our invitations. It was truly beautiful.

I meet Roxanne at the Bridal Fair. She was great, we went to see her in Spruce Grove and she was very helpfull. The flavours are to many to count but I recomend the carrot cake it is yummy. Roxanne offered us 4 samples to try and all are fabulous. She will be delivering my cake on the big day

Bake Me A Cake did an amazing job with our wedding cake. Each tier was a different flavor and each flavor was delicious. The cake was a huge hit with all of our guests and a hit with my husband and me. We tried each tier! We chose amaretto, marble and German chocolate. In addition, you only pay for the size of the cake. It's personalized for no additional cost and each tier can have up to two flavors and two icings. The bakery is family-owned and the mother designs all cakes. She made it look like my dress and she was just wonderful. It was worth every penny from taste to service.

Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful AND it tasted great!! My husband and I were able to come in and taste different flavors on the weekends an he really enjoyed that! Eveyone is so nice to work with and really take pride in their work.Not only do they have yummy cakes but also lots of other great bakery items as well. The price was a little on the high end but it was worth it! I would definately recommend Bake Me a Cake!

Our wedding cake was absolutely phenomenal! We brought a photo from a magazine to Merecedes, the cake artist, as a starting point. She drew an exact replica, but customized it with us to make it a little different and our own. It cake was extremely unique and we had very high expectations because we were so in love with the photograph I had found. Our cake more than met our expectations, it was gorgeous and our guests raved about how it looked and how good it tasted all night. Bake Me a Cake is a higher end vendor as far as their product and well worth the money. They do give you what you pay for.

Bake Me a Cake is SERIOUSLY talented and their cakes are just oh-so-yummy! Their staff is also so helpful and were a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding I was wandering around the venue when they brought the cake in and it was like a piece of art and we all couldn't stop oooo'ing and ahhhh'ing over it and the best part was it tasted amazing. We are SO looking forward to cutting into our anniversary cake !

They are difficult to schedule appointments with since they don't meet with clients every day of the week. Also, samplings are difficult to do- they usually run out by noon and they don't have all the flavors available to taste. I ended up picking hazelnut without ever sampling it.... but this is because all of their samples were very good and their cakes are amazing! They do a beautiful job and create very clean, classic and elegant cakes. I drew out a sketch and they created exactly what I drew. I was very happy with the outcome, despite some early difficulties with setting a meeting and tasting. They are very busy but so nice and helpful.

These bakers work with your budget to create a really beautiful and artistic cake. Nothing tacky or old-fashioned with their work. We were very impressed. The actual cake is delicious too. Delivery was a breeze and they were a fantastic choice.

This place is great. I went with my husband for an appointment, and sat down with Mercedes. We discussed cake options, and she immediately sketched out a cake to suit our style. Afterwards, I went home and redrew the cake, after thinking a little more about what I wanted it to look like. She created the cake to look exactly like my drawing. I was definitely impressed. I had created a monogram "O" that we on our favor tags, wedding programs, etc, and she recreated it to the tee. It was incredible. They have so many cake and icing flavor options to mix and match. They make a special cake for the bride and groom to eat on their one year anniversary, so its not even included as part of the cake your guests see. Which means more cake for your guests! We ate the cake when we got back from our honeymoon. It was THAT good, we couldn’t wait a year.

The cake was gorgeous. It was great sitting down with the owner and creating a cake from a blank sheet of paper. She is truely an artist! The cake itself was wonderful! I'd recommend the peanut butter cake with chocolate ganache filling. It's amazing! In addition, they give you a separate anniversary cake that comes in a box prepared for freezing. On our one year anniversary it was just as wonderful as our wedding day. Definately well worth the price. Thank you!

They did such a fantastic job for our wedding cake that we've used them for a number of other events since our wedding.Not only did the cake look fantastic, it was the best yellow cake I've ever had.

What gorgeous cakes they make! I've had the opportunity on quite a few occasions to photograph them and they just sing to the camera. When there is actually some left, because the guests have eaten most of it, I have had a chance to find out that it's as delicious as it is beautiful!
