They were very easy to work with. The showroom is beautiful and made it easy for us to find what we were looking for.

We knew when we booked our venue we didn't want the typical round tables that came with it and definitely didn't want linen. I searched for the best deal on large dark wood, descano tables which are the big rustic beautiful chunky, dark wood tables that you don't even need linen with. Our look was very rustic and Baker offered the Bella table that sat 12. BEST DEAL IN TOWN. I looked at quite a few places and these tables are on the hot list. At Baker, they were $60 a table no tax and very flexible with delivery and pick up times. They are straight to business and really don't pressure you. They just let you decide and nothing overly nice, but they definitely have what you want, and get it there/they looked amazing. Honestly, looked better than anything we could have done. The tables just added a special, different touch to our very rustic wedding. The venue and all the guests raved about the tables, everyone was so excited to see them. And, on top of that what a great deal. Well worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs rentals for their wedding.

I have worked with Baker for many events, and they are always so friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. This year their selection has increased by so much and the quality of their items along with the best prices around make it a guarantee that I will never search anywhere else; they are my go to!

Baker Party Rentals is super easy to work with. We went in to their showroom and had everything settled in less than a half hour. They delivered to a random park on a Sunday, Father's day no less. Their selection is great. And their prices are a bit less than their competitors.

We had a bit of problems with the tenting and the Audio equipment, but their professionalism and responsiveness made it up. It's still a great place to rent equipment.

Ordered chairs and lounge furniture for my wedding from Baker. They are the preferred vendor at Mastro's and I see why. Their equipment is well maintained and service was wonderful. They set up our ceremony chairs which I didn't expect them to do since it was an extra charge. But I guess the coordinator at Mastro's sent them my diagram for the chairs and they went ahead and set it up. It was only 15 cents per chair for setup but I figured we can setup the chairs ourselves but looks like we didn't need to. They also came by and picked up the rentals the same day at 11:30pm. Mastro's doesn't have a storage area for the rentals to be held til the following day so it was great that they were able to pick up that night and we didn't have to worry about what to do with the furniture.

I rented a few things for my wedding at Baker Party Rentals, they let me pick up on Friday and drop back off on Monday, which was nice because they only charged me for a one day rental.

I had a wonderful experience with Baker Party Rentals. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and like another poster said, they are not pushy. They have a variety of rentals, from linens to chairs to cake stands. Their prices are fantastic, and I was able to pick up my linens on a Friday night for a Monday return and was only charged one day's rental. The only reason why I give them four stars instead of five is that their fine linen options are limited, however, that's probably because of their supplier. As the finer linens become more popular, I expect they will carry more color options in the future.

although it was few days before our wedding before we found them,they were able provided us the chapest white dance floor and they were in their in time to set up the dance floor. They also provide other services which if we only known earlier we probably rent other stuff for our wedding.

This place has everything! We needed cupcake tiers to hold a large amount of cupcakes and they had just what we were looking for. The process is easy and I will rent again from them in the future!

We had an outdoor wedding and rented a portable amp from Baker. They were kind, courteous and very easy to work with. The amp worked well and was the best value we found.

We rented chargers from Baker at the very last minute. No problems, I had my coordinator pick them up to keep costs of delivery and set up down. Showroom is easy to access and the people there are very organized. My coordinator had a contact there so she was able to get an awesome discount. Wish I had used them for other rentals too.

Everything these guys provided was great. We rented chairs for our outdoor wedding, which they delivered, set up, broke down, and hauled away. Easy as pie, or wedding cake.

We ended up renting a cake tier from this comany at the last minute. They pulled through for us, had it ready and waiting, and then return process was just as easy.

The reps are hardly friendly, they let you roam around & they hardly wanted to get off their chairs. Their rates & value however are impressive, that's why we decided to get our rentals from there.

i was crazy for the gold chiavari chairs, they have them for a good price, they were very fast and good for the set up, i also like the wood floor they have for rent, looked pretty nice

They had everything I wanted, good prices, and were easy to work with. I used them for my linens, dance floor, and chairs and arch for the ceremony. I had to pay a little extra for setup (after paying extra for delivery), but it was worth it. They were on time (early, even) and everything looked great.

I always have a wonderful time working with Baker Party Rentals, I highly recommend them! They have so many rental items to choose from at such unbeatable prices. The last event I did with them was in August and am delighted to work with them again soon. Excellent customer service, they weren't at all pushy when it came to trying to get me to spend more (seams as though they actually want to save their clients money). My experience has been wonderful with them and I was very impressed with how punctual they were when it came to completing proposals and following through in the delivery. The guests were in awe at the decor and kept saying "I've never seen linens this unique and beautiful before, where did you get them?" You honestly can't go wrong with choosing to utilize them for your wedding!
