Bank Of Memories & Flowers

I was extremely happy with Bank of Memories for our floral decor and the cake flowers. We got the bridesmaid package so someone was there to set up the ceremony, pin on the corsages, and hand out our bouquets as we ran up to the location, she also stayed around and took down the decorations and brought them over to the reception and set them up there. We didn't have to worry about much! The only problem we had was that we thought they were taking the guest book but luckilly my mother saw it at the last minute and took it. The bridal bouquet was lovely, but I am not sure if it was the size we agreed upon - it may have been a little smaller. BUT I cannot be sure anymore which color size I picked out at this point. It did come in handy though - my matron of honor warned me how much her arms hurt holding the bouquet through the ceremony.. I did not have that worry! It was beautiful though. They provided the glasses for our bouquets at the reception and I honestly knew I didn't have to worry one inch about the decorations! The only problem we had was that the bubble bowls they used were a very thin glass and with how many of the glass beads they had to use, we had 3 break as we were picking them up at the end of the night.

I had the mopst beautiful flowers ever from Bank of Memories and Flowers. Danielle took what I told her and made the bouquets as if I was standing there picking out all the flowers myself amd agganged them beautifully. I got tons of compliments.

First off, Customer Service is a joke. When I talked with Danyell over the phone, she was very rude and defensive. She yelled at me and didn't listen to what I wanted or needed. Her flexibility and willingness to help was non-exsistent. As far as responsiveness goes, I emailed several times before I heard back. Value for Cost - see below:I had a horrible experience with Bank of Memories. First off, there is a $25.00 consultation fee that is required prior to your first visit. (Who charges a fee for an initial visit??) Once we arrived for our appointment, we waited approximately 15 minutes until they were ready to meet with us. After reviewing every detail, we were verbally quoted a price range that “included everything”. In order to move forward and book Bank of Memories for our wedding, we had to put down another $75.00 deposit and once paid, they would mail out a final quote with pricing. When the quote came in the mail, it was a SHOCK. The pricing was not what we had discussed and was significantly over the original amount quoted. I feel the way they do business is deceitful because once you put down a deposit, it’s non-refundable and you are agreeing to pricing before you have paperwork. When I called and talked with one of the staff members regarding the quote, I was told, “No pricing can be promised” and was treated very disrespectfully. Customer service was HORRIBLE! Overall, I would not recommend Bank of Memories to anyone. Please go elsewhere, as this was an awful experience!!

I love Bank of Memories!They have been there for every special flower delivery I have ever needed and I was so thrilled to use them for my wedding!Danyell was great and helped so much in picking out the perfect arrangement for my bouquets and alter pieces.It is almost 2 weeks later and I still have parts of my bouquets in vases!Their flowers are just gorgeous!The package we chose had delivery service, pinning on of boutonnières and help with corsages. They even stay to make sure the dress is in line to walk down the aisle. Their packages go all the way to helping you plan things out and making sure things run smoothly.

My experience with Bank of Memories was horrible! I had to pay a small deposit just to find out pricing. Knowing this, I shared with them my budget and what I wanted prior to setting up the appointment. I was told “Oh, we can do that!” - so I paid my money. At the appointment, I was left alone with books of photos for 20 minutes while other customers were attended to (I thought I paid for this appointment!?!?). Finally I got some assistance and the estimated total was WAY more than my budget. We made some adjustments to get the cost down, but to get that hard number I had to give them a non-refundable deposit. Also, in a follow up phone call, I was treated in a VERY rude manner, even yelled at by the consultant. THERE ARE BETTER FLORISTS OUT THERE!!! PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!

The Bank of Memories & Flowers goes above and beyond on their products and services. I gave the owner, Melissa Maas, a general idea of the type of flowers I wanted for our special day and I cannot believe what an amazing creation she came up with. I cried when she walked in with the bridal bouquets. I added the Flower Girl Service for an extra $100, which I highly recommend. Melissa showed up before the ceremony and made sure everyone had their flowers, pinned the boutonnières and corsages on the bridal party and family members and made sure everyone was were they were supposed to be. She took complete control of everything until I made my way down the aisle, which was such a load off my shoulders.

They followed our instructions perfectly (I just wasn’t clear on exactly what I wanted and was therefore expecting a little larger bouquet). I appreciated them coming to the ceremony site to pin on boutinnieres and arrange the ceremony flowers.
