Barnaby and his whole staff were AMAZING!!!!! Not only did they take incredible pictures, they were super friendly (and funny) and kept everyone at ease. And he and his staff were a lot of fun to be around while taking our pictures. We totally had a blast with them! And we didn't have to worry about the pictures, it just went seamlessly. Barnaby was very cool, go with the flow and down to earth and was able to navigate my divorced family and my new in laws family with ease. Everyone on all sides loved him! Even my dad kept saying, "Barnaby's the man!". And they literally got pictures of everyone, all families, friends, people dancing, not dancing, the kids, even cool artistic shots of the surroundings, and the whole time they were totally not intrusive, but still got every shot. And we got the link to the pictures a little over a week after the wedding which was very exciting! It was so fast! And all the pictures are really like mini works of art! I can't stop looking at them and even a few hours after sending out the link, we got rave reviews from family and friends! The website they use is awesome, b/c all of your friends and family can just purchase the pictures on their own, and you can create favorites, it's really an awesome website for the pictures, and very user friendly (even my grandma figured out how to use it lol). Also, in the planning stage and after process, they are always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and are always super helpful. And they were very patient with our emails...lol. Overall, Barnaby and his staff were FABULOUS! At first i was concerned it was a little pricier than other photographers we looked at, but it was so worth every penny! They are INCREDIBLE!!! Would highly recommend them! :)

Erica Belcher was our photographer on behalf of Barnaby Draper Studios. She was amazing. She made a special trip a few weeks before our wedding to look at the venues and to discuss ideas for the photography. She had some very cool ideas and the photos turned out beautiful.I would recommend her services to anyone. She is very easy going and makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera lens. She captured every moment and every detail on our wedding day, including all of the many fleeting moments that my husband and I were too busy to experience. This is truly the best value for the price.

Barnaby Draper Studios was AMAZING!!! From the moment that we met with Barnaby I was hooked on his work and his professionalism. We were a little nervous about spending this much at first, but upon realizing that your photos are your memories and will last a lifetime, we decided that it was worth it! We do not regret this decision at all! This was the best money that we have spent! We were lucky enough to do two sets of engagement photos with Barnaby and then work with him and Nicole atour wedding! Everyone that we showed our photos to have been beyond impressed! We feel like we were able to build a bond with Barnaby DRaper Studios and we donot want to break it!
On to their work- WOW!! Every picture was crystal clear and the style was exactly what we wanted. barnaby was flexible all along and allowed us to come up with our own ideas and he was also a fantastic director for us to follow as well! He is creative and imaginative and we can't say enough about how happy we are with him & Nicole. My husband had the pleasure of working with Nicole before the wedding that morning, while Barnaby worked with the Bride's side. Hubby had nothing but great things to say about Nicole as well! All of our guests even called with compliments the following day about Barnaby & Nicole! I have to be honest and say that they truly did add to our wedding day!
If you are lucky enough to workw ith these talented individuals you will regret it if you do not move forward with them!

I cannot express how happy and extremely pleased my husband and I are in our decision to have Barnaby Draper photograph our wedding. His calm and easygoing demeanor made him the greatest pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed having him with us all day, both professionally and personally; what a delight he was !Our pictures are fantastic and I cannot believe all the shots he captured. Our experience working with Barnaby Draper Studios was excellent. The team was professional and incredibly comprehensive in the number and variation of shots they took. In addition, Barnaby and his team have great 'eyes' and took both standard shots but also identified opportunities to shoot pictures that were memorable and made the group look fantastic. I have worked with Barnaby and his team on my wedding and my best friends wedding. He is also going to shoot my cousin's wedding in September '07. Obviously I feel strongly enough about the product to recommend him twice. His work speaks for itself. He has experience outside of wedding photography so this enables him to shoot in many ways that are outside of a "traditional wedding" portrait style. (of course he does those too if you so desire!) Everyone at the studio is professional and down to earth. They are quick to respond to special requests and always make you feel like you are the most important client.

Craig Macneill of Barnaby Draper Studios was our wedding videographer. I honestly cannot say enough great things about him, his work, and what it has meant to me and my family. When I think back to my wedding day and getting dressed and ready, I can picture Craig waiting patiently at the hair salon, as my hair and makeup was applied for HOURS. He stayed throughout the whole process, with a smile on his face. And, he got the best images of me, my mom, and my sister all getting ourselves dolled up for the evening. I can also remember him putting his camera at the church right before I was to begin my walk down the aisle down and blotting the wetness from my bouquet so it would not drip onto my dress. What I'm getting at is that Craig was not just a videographer for me on my wedding day. He was a friend, and a calming, cheerful presence on a very emotional day. If there's one decision you make when planning your wedding, it's to hire a Barnaby Draper wedding videographer like Craig (if he's not available, I'm sure they are all great!). The video he has put together for us is something I will cherish for the rest of my life. It's exquisite work, and I just cannot imagine not having it as a memory of the best day of my life.

Barnaby and his team were fantastic! They helped make our wedding day even more memorable. We really appreciate their laid back style, their creative take on wedding photography, and their willingness to be flexible with us throughout the day. It wasn't like having typical wedding photographers at our wedding; it was like having friends there to share in our excitement and joy. Our online proofs were up on Barnaby's site by the time we got back from our honeymoon, and we couldn't be more pleased!! I highly recommend Barnaby and team!!

Barnaby Draper was absolutely flawless on the day of our wedding. His professionalism and eye for photography was superb and would recommend him to anyone for their wedding. We couldn't be happier on the outcome of our pictures. Just perfect!

Barnaby was a great photographer - with a great price. We had to pay for a rental car and one night in a hotel to get him to DC from NYC, but included in our package price were at least 1000 pictures, 4x6 prints of all of them, and a CD with hi-res versions of all pictures. The photos were gorgeous and I was very pleased. The only con was that he didn't take charge to arrnage folks for the formal shots, as a result we have some group shots with a family member's face being blocked by someone else's head or some other odd set up. I would just talk to him about this beforehand so he can be prepared.

We got the email with the photos today and they are MAGNIFICENT! Thank you so much for all of the work you and everyone from your studio did with us that evening. We had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great you guys were at catching all of the important (and fun) parts of the evening.

I have to say, I work alongside a lot of very talented photographers and see a lot of great shots but it wasn't until this past weekend that I realized there is more to wedding photography than composition, clarity and originality. Of all the amazing people I work with none come close to giving my clients the comfort, confidence and laughter that you almost singlehandedly caused on Saturday night.

Tensions were high before you arrived on Saturday but you put us all at ease and encouraged the kind of playful behavior in madeline I haven't seen since we were girls. I recognize the importance now of having a photographer that you really enjoy being around share in your wedding as I experienced how intimately involved you are first hand this weekend. You have a way of making people feel like everything they are doing is brilliant and perfect and original even though we all know you've done this a million times before and you were able to keep up that level of intensity for NINE HOURS!

I would highly recommend Barnaby Draper as a photographer. Barnaby was fabulous. He captured every emotion and every precious moment I didnt think anyone else had witnessed. My guests loved him and all remarked at how he was non-intrusive and friendly. He is a professional and very responsive to my requests. When we met for the first time, we discussed my expectations. He listened and completely fulfilled everything I had envisioned for my photographs.
