Ann at Bartz Viviano handles the wedding orders, and she did a WONDERFUL job creating the bouquets of my dreams! I gave her a picture of a bouquet that I was a little obsessed with and, although the exact flowers in the pic where out of season for my wedding, she mastered my request and recreated the bouquet. Actually, mine was more beautiful than the picture! I was very particular with the boutonnieres, and she worked with me and made those perfect as well. I was so in love with my flowers that I wanted to take them on the honeymoon with me! They were gorgeous! It can be tough to be in contact with them some times, but that small frustration was worth it.
We were very happy with the simple arrangements we requested. There are several locations, but we dealt with the store in Toledo. Because we don’t know much about flowers, we weren’t very picky about what sort of arrangements we ordered. They understood that we weren’t too picky, and made us suggestions that weren’t above our budget. We were happy that they delivered, and that the flowers were fresh.
They were great to me. They helped me find the best flowers that went with the colors that I wanted. They also made my mother inlaw feel like she had a part in picking out the flowers.
