I dealt with the owner directly-after meeting him at a bridal show. he had the ring I never knew I wanted but knew I had to have once i tried it on! he let us put it on layaway, and although we bought in during the last week of january-he even gave us the upcoming sale price he was offering in February. They were understanding with our price range and worked with us so i could have the most beautiful wedding set ever. They engraved our rings for free-on site. And the service was unparalleled. I was always treated wonderfully everytime I went in, even just browsing. They will always be the jeweler we use!
