Nikki at BBJ Linen was very patient and pleasant to work with. The company even let me change my order after I put it in. The table clothes came a day before they were promised and with the easy return duffel bags returning them was a breeze!

Their prices were high, but the quality made all the difference. The linens at BBJ just felt different than the other places. They were super high quality.

Hmmm, this one is a toss up for me. I viewed various linens via web searches, recommendations, etc. My wedding colors were orange and hot pink/fuschia. I knew I wanted orange linens for the reception. I found EXACTLY what I wanted on the BBJ Linens website and they sent me various swatches (even some they thought would blend in with what I requested).

Due to the cost and ease of shipping (receive and return), I chose BBJ. I placed my order 6 months ahead of time to ensure that I would get the linens I chose in the numbers that I needed (reception for 400 people).

Well, everything was on schedule until 3 days before my wedding. I received a call from the sales person that I was working with to tell me that number of chair ties I needed and table covers could not be accommodated due to the late return of the previous renter. In addition, the linens were in no condition to be rented out with a 1 day turnaround. My heart sunk on the phone. I placed my order WELL in advance and paid the deposit WELL before it was due. I asked could they get the needed linens from another office location and I was told no (they have 5+ offices in the US). I was told that they had SOME of what I needed, but not the total number (it was less than half of what I needed). That wasn't going to do if for me. I wanted what I ordered in the numbers I ordered. Not half. They attempted to make up for the lower numbers by giving us a "comparable" colored linen. I didn't want that. I wanted the original linen I ordered.

I ended up accepting the other linen because they couldn't make up for the "lost" numbers of the original linen I ordered and they said, as a concession, they would discount our final bill by 50% because I had ordered my linens in more than enough time and 3 days before my event, they couldn't fully perform. The sales person who offered this spoke to her manager and got it approved.

I really hate to do this, but because my experience, I cannot give them a recommendation at this time.

The thing I liked best about BBJ is that everything about working with them was quality. This organization can be summarized in one word: class. No matter how many times we (read: my wife) changed our minds on the linen combinations, the staff was warm, cordial and always accommodating. They know how to go above and beyond and do it with a smile.

They are the best! They have the best colors. They are the easiest to work with. It aint cheap, but you get what you pay for, I have never gotten a bad linen from them.

BBJ's showroom is amazing. It's a bride's dream! Their prices may have been a little higher than some other places, but the quality was so far above what we had seen elsewhere that we knew it was a good value. The chair ties and table linens were beautiful, and the napkins looked brand new. Everything was stunning and helped to achieve a very 'rich' look on a reasonable budget.
