I bought my dress from BCBG in Los Angeles, the store representative didn't know what she was doing and had to ring in the dress several times. It took about 30-45 minutes for her to ring in the dress because she didn't know how to use the computers. Finally a manager came in after being on a lunch break or something and was able to fix the problem. Now I'm just waiting to see three $400 charges appear on my credit card statement.

My dress was beautiful - i didn't want something too fancy, but very sophisticated! They did the trick and what a wonderful saleswoman that helped me i would recommend this place for more than just wedding dresses or wedding party dresses

Dress shopping experience was GREAT-- and they had matching shoes, too! We actually went to the one in San Francisco in the Westfield Shopping Center.
