Which of the following services do you provide?

What items are available for rental?

Altar / Arch Arrangements, Dance Floor, Decor, Lights, Lounge Furniture, Tent Accessories, Tents

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Breakdown, Delivery, Setup

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?

Yes...all of our decor is specifically designed for each individual Bride. We have worked with many different cultures and welcome the opportunity.

Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?

Yes...we have a 6,000 square foot warehouse where we design and display our equipment. We are open M-F from 10am to 6pm and weekends by appointment.

How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?

Since we have such a large amount in stock we are able to handle last minute orders, however, it would help with planning if we have at least a 2 week notice.

Can the order be modified close to the event date?

Since we understand that things come up, we allow changes up to 3 days prior to your event.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Call our office as soon as you are aware and we work with you.

What are your hours of delivery?

M-F 10am to 6pm and weekends by appointment

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

No order is too small for delivery on rental equipment. We do have minimums when we need to send out labor for setup and design.

Additional Advice

Does Beamworks offer custom monograms and how much notice is needed to place an order?

Yes...we provide custom gobos. We ask that you allow 7 working days to process your custom order.

1. Interview a potential vendor when considering a lighting or drape company. Ask them how long they have been in business? Do they have a storefront or are they operating out of their garage? Do they have insurance in case of accidential injury while on the event? What is their satisfaction guarantee policy? Ask them if you can go to an actual event that they are producing to see their work. You only have one chance to get it right. Make sure the company you are working with cares about your wedding as much as you do!!
