DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 50 mini gumball slot machines for my wedding in September from this website and personalized stickers from another website to attach to these favors. When I received the favors, I began to remove the plastic wrap and place the stickers on the favors. I ran into 3 cracked favors and continued to place the stickers on the favors. I was almost done when I decided to taste a gumball from one of the favors that was damaged. OMG I almost broke a tooth! The wrapping showed an expiration date of September 2013, and it was only April and it was rock hard. when I called to get them replaced (and lets not forget that I just wasted 50 personalized stickers), they said that there was nothing they could do since I had placed a sticker on them. I wasn't looking for a free-bee I was only looking for what is fair. The representative I spoke to, said that since I put a sticker on them that they couldn't take them back and resell them. HELLO, the gum is expired why would you resell this to someone else. When I explained that to her, her response was "you should have ordered the favors closer to your wedding date". Really? Is that the best you can do? The customer service representative's response was simply "you should have ordered them closer to your wedding date".

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered favors for a bridal shower, paid extra to have 2 day shipping, and was told items would arrive in time for my shower. Items never arrived, and when I called to inquire, I was told there was a glitch in the system and the order never got shipped. They wouldn't ship it next day for me and the only thing offered was a full refund! Ridiculous!!! I had called customer service prior to ordering to ensure my order would arrive on time as estimated on the website. I was assured this would be the case. Now I'm left looking for favors locally at the last minute.

We ordered our favors from Beau-Coup and it was quick and easy. I loved how easily accessible their website is for ordering and design. They came very quickly as well, which is great since we were moving and wanted them in hand before that time. We may actually end up using Beau-Coup for more items, not just wedding related.

The price was right, my favors look great and I got my shipment promptly!

We absolutely loved the chocolate covered oreos from Beau-coup. The design of the bride and groom was cute on the cookies, but the real reason why we loved them is for the taste. These were the best chocolate covered oreos we have ever tasted. All of our family and friends were raving about them, trying to steal each others cookies and asking for more. If I were you, order more, so you can save some extras for yourself. These were a hit.

I also bought a cake topper with the Chinese character of double happiness on it. It fit perfectly with the theme of the wedding and was beautiful.

The shipping was great. Everything arrived fresh and well packaged.

I ordered my seed packets on Feburary 27, 2013. As of March 21 they have not arrived. I emailed the company and was told I would receive a response in 24 hours but did not receive an response from anyone. I then called to inquire about my order and was told someone called the shipping company 2 days prior but the items still have not been shipped. I asked what the cancellation policy was and wad told because the items are personalized it can't be cancelled. I asked if I could call back tomorrow to check the status and was then told by CHRISTINE... "I will call you when I get more information". So basically I'm to wait around another month or so wondering if I'll get my favors in time for my wedding which is less than 2 months away. HORRIBLE customer service and no garuntee of when your order will ever be shipped. How hard is it to stamp two names on a SEED PACKET and stick it in the mail?

Great products, good value, fast shipping

We ordered a product nearly two months before the wedding. Several weeks later, having not received it or any correspondence from them, I checked the tracking. For some reason, UPS had returned the package to them. All of the information I provided was correct.

Despite the product having been returned to their warehouse, they did not contact me in any manner.

When I contacted them to inquire, they informed me that they might be able to ship it again at an additional cost. When I told them I found this unacceptable, they ignored all further communications.

Now we're stuck trying to figure out an alternative with the wedding a week and a half away.

I do not know what happened with UPS and that is probably not their fault. The abhorrent customer service they provided, though is completely unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.

Update, after posting this review, they reached out to me and offered to re-send the box to me free of charge. I had already ordered a replacement, so they refunded the full price...

Quick, easy, and affordable! The favors came quickly and were super cute!!

I would never do business with this company again. They charged me for shipping, even though they were running a special for free shipping on orders over X amount. Then, I found the exact same item significantly cheaper through another company and decided to return the products. But, when I returned my order using the $8.95 prepaid label, they refused to refund the actual amount I paid (minus the $8.95, of course). I was also told that there was a restocking fee, which is not mentioned anywhere in their return policy.

I'm losing money on a purchase that was returned... and they refused to do anything about it! So much for 100% satisfaction guranteed and quick and easy returns. That has certainly not been my experience.

Ordered simple party favors for actually my daughter's bday. They not only managed to send me labels with a spelling error - I had it right, they forgot one letter of one of the words on the label - but when attempting to send me the correct one, they did not send me on time for my event. It was due to internal errors and they made me return everything otherwise they would not refund me. I did not need the boxes I ordered then since there was no label - and mind you, the quality was not what I expected - but the unprofessionalism was ridiculous!

I ordered the bride/groom chocolate covered Oreos as party favors for a bridal shower. On the website it says that one pair =one set. I ordered 12 sets, which should equal to 24 cookies. They arrived in good time however; they arrived the day before the event causing no room for error. When I opened the box, I only had 12 actual cookies. At first, I thought I had order the wrong quantity, however after research and several calculations I realized I was shorted 12 cookies. I immediately called their customer service number, which happened to be closed. I called on a Friday and did not receive a call back until Wednesday. However, the representative was friendly and professional they originally were not willing to refund me the missing merchandise. I was told that when my order left warehouse the weight matched that of a typical order my size, however, what I received was not what I paid for. I had to climb the authority ladder before I was refunded the money for the missing cookies. The few cookies I received were a hit at the shower, however the guests were disappointed that not everyone got a chance to try one, as they were promised. I would not say that the experience was horrible, but it was not the best. I would definitely order in advance to give time for error, if possible.

I had a vegas wedding and ordered playing cards for my guest. I didn't like that there wasnt that many "modern" options but it got the job done.

Beau-Coup provided me with a lot of very nice wedding supplies at excellent prices. All in all, I purchased the following from Beau-Coup:

-Personalized labels for the welcome baskets
-Picture frames

All of these turned out to be pretty great in person. The picture frames did have some issues with the backs, but I suppose that's what you should expect for something so inexpensive. However, overall, it's pretty good quality for the cost, and ordering from them was always painless. Their shipping is also...

Sign up for their e-mails and they will provide discount codes. The best time to order is thanksgiving as they give a 25% off with no minimum. Their selection are great for weddings, birthdays, showers etc. Their prices are very competitive.

I ordered personalized mint tins as wedding favors from this company, and they turned out great. The website was very easy to work with, and there were many budget-friendly but still personalized options for cute favors to choose from. The tins arrived and looked exactly as they had online. High quality unique wedding favors and supplies. I ordered my favors and bridal party gifts from them. Both were received in a timely manner and were packaged very securely and were all received undamaged. I may order some favor tags/ribbon from them as well. Items are decently priced and they have frequent sales/coupon codes.

Emailed a question about favors and got a response back same day. Everyone loved the favors and so did we. They were on back order but got them 2 weeks early.

We ordered small tins and filled they with candy. There were stickers with our names and the date and wer placed them on top of the tins. They looked awesome and went over quite well with the guests.

I found this place online and actually did not know that they were based out of Mountain View which is actually pretty close to where we live. I ordered match books as our wedding favors and was very nervous to do so online and not seeing a finished product before ordering 250 of them. You got to choose your matchbook style, color, font, font color, etc. We could not have been happier with the way they had come out and also came put together (matches in matchbook) unlike some other companies I had checked out. They turned out to be great quality and unlike some parties where favors are left behind, after our wedding had ended there was not one that someone forgot to take with them!!!

I ordered the black and white customized chocolate mints to use as wedding favors. I live in Canada and they arrived very quickly which was a plus, however I'm not thrilled with the product itself. The text we chose to was our names and wedding date and the icon was the intertwined wedding bands, unfortunately it definitely does not resemble wedding rings, they look more like some sort of weird loop, very disappointing. Also, not happy that they make you order a minimum of three pounds, I would have loved to have added a few red ones in my favor jars to go with the color scheme. Also quite a few are broken and print is smeared:(

I ordered sandalwood fans from Beau-coup which worked perfectly for my summer afternoon wedding favors. The quality was not great but the price was fantastic, and for a one- or few-use fan I was OK with it. It also came in a nice gift box. Overall, I am very pleased with this vendor.

We bought some giveaways here: hand fans for our summer wedding. They were the best bang for the buck. Since these were not our official favors and just giveaways, we chose the lower end ones. It worked out perfectly and served its purpose, kept our guests "cool" whenever it got too hot!

I ordered the coasters and they were a great value for my wedding. It was just a lot of time to put together.

I ordered favors for a baby shower. The favors were ordered 3 weeks before event, definitely enough time to receive product as website boasts shipping of product within 3-5buiness days. Well it is 2 days before the event and no product received despite 2 calls to customer service employees who both guaranteed delivery on time (supposed computer problem meant the order was not submitted when ordered). Needless to say this was not a favorable experience. I am sure if orders are placed months in advance (as wedding favors typically are), there is a more favorable experience.

Great website. They have an excellent selection of favors. It is quite expensive and you can probably find a cheaper alternative elsewhere but waiting for coupons and deals can make it worth your while. They have sales often enough that paying full price would not make sense. Shop early, wait for a deal, and then purchase.

Using a couple Gilt City 50% discount coupons we purchased 200 sandalwood fans, little paper chests for our custom M&M's and almonds and customized ribbon, and little custom paper bags our digital picture frame keychain gift. We ordered all our items within 45 days of our wedding, and everything arrived on time. We decided to make a small adjustment to the inscription on the paper bags, and we called in and they were able to make the change we wanted right away.

Beau-coup is a web order only wedding favors and gifts website. I purchased jordan almonds and silver amorini hearts from this company. They are of good quality, slightly pricey for the quality though. However, there are lots of unique items on the website and there are customer service representatives available for e-chat during business hours. I would order from them again.

I started to order mint tins from another company and then read the reviews and changed my mind. The reviews I read for Beau Coup made me feel much better and they were absolutely correct. The tina were just as pictured and arrived very quickly. My son had a Vegas wedding and I ordered one of the Vegas themed designs to add to the rehearsal dinner decorations. They were a big hit. I would order from them again and have already recommended this company to two friends.

I placed an order through this company for wedding favor tins, mirrors, soaps, measuring tapes, some little odds and ends, as I was having a small wedding and was making little gift baskets for the attendees. While I wasn't impressed by the quality of the items, they were satisfactory for what I paid. I did have an issue with my order however, and when brought to the company's attention, they were very helpful and prompt in remedying my problem.

I ordered personalized cappachino mix, chap stick, and sunscreen. I am having a destination wedding and wanted everyone to have a nice welcome bag for paying the price to come to the wedding as favors. Everything worked out great and I found cute burlap bags on ETSY.com to hold everything. It was very affordable for the amount of people. I really loved a lot of the products but you had to order a minimum of 100 and I only need 50 which got annoying. I would definitely recommend these favors along with all of the other people's reviews I have read!!

I ordered those little bottles as my wedding favors. I put M&M's chocolate in each bottles and just put a little flower on the side and my guests loved it!

I bought a deal for $60 worth of favors from beau-coup for $30. That was all I spent on our favors. We weren't even sure we were going to do favors but then we saw the photo coasters on beau-coup. They come 2 per package and we opened them, and gave 1 to each guest with our engagement pictures in them and then tied our own bow to them. They were beautiful and the coasters are good quality too! I didn't rate responsiveness or flexibility in this review because both of those categories don't apply, which is why this is not a 5 out of 5 review.

I was so lucky to order from Beau Coup. I had placed an order for seating card holders from another company two months before my wedding. I never heard anything from the other place and when I called they said they had planned to let me know the item was out of stock. Unreal. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I got from Beau-coup. I ordered earrings for my bridesmaids, for which I had a color option. I got them and didn't like them as much as I thought I would and they were $25 each, so I wanted to return them. I was told they were a special order because I chose the color and I could not return them. I was completely shocked. I responded that when I go to a store and purchase a shirt and my color choices are red, green or white, I don't consider that a special order. Also, there was no disclaimer that my purchase would be considered a special order. They never responded to my email in which I communicated my dissatisfaction. I ended up using another company, The Favor Shoppe, and they were wonderful.

I ordered several manicure sets and pens for my bridal party. They arrived earlier than expected. All the girls loved them! They are super cute and they were reasonably priced. You maybe able to fine online discount codes if you search for it.

Being online, it was very easy, and also quick. I ordered a tin with our name on it, which looked great. I was unhappy with the gum I had ordered. Since it wasn't sugar free, it was not chewable and stuck to teeth. But since I was more concerned with the actual tin which would be the part that guests keep, I was happy. They are also affordable.

I placed an order for personalized beverage napkins on 9/21, with specific instructions (as per their request) that they were for a party on 10/6 (. I just heard from them today (10/3) that due to a "miscommunication with their printer" I will not be receiving my order. They were very apologetic, and gave me a full refund, but I would NEVER recommend ordering anything from this company if you have a deadline as they clearly do not have the systems in place to properly communicate internally. Please consider your other choices.

I ordered the personalized lollipops from Beau Coup wedding favors. They were easy to order, looked exactly like they do on the website and easy to assemble (just apply the custom stickers). Loved them! Everyone said they tasted great and they were super cute. I am still getting pictures to this day of their kids with them ;)

Beaucoup shipped promptly my orders in April and May. For brides who are getting married in summer, try to order early. I am impressed with the efficiency of this company. My wedding favor, the golf ball wedding stopper provided a perfect remembrance of my wedding in a golf course.

I also ordered a number of items and prices are fairly decent. I just wished I ordered from this company than another because the other company sent me my wedding items on the day of the wedding and was eventually left out due to the hectic schedule of the day.

I had two separate orderes with beau-coup. I picked the favors because of the uniqueness and the favors were a great price. I had to get the order rushed and I recieved everything on the exact date stated on the website. The work was flawless. For my second order, I read the information wrong. I was ordering plants and did not see the 3-5 day processing and ordered 2 days before my wedding. I immediately got an email informing me of the problem which gave me time to get a plan B. However, they were very slow in canceling the order and giving me my money back. I spoke with a representative two times, and each time they were very professional and helpful. After two week, I finally got the money back. But no complaints in general, Beau-coup was great!

We ordered personalized hang tags and Midori ribbon to use with favor boxes for our daughter's wedding. The ribbon was beautful, the hang tags were good quality and the colors were just right.

Purchased mini vanilla candles in tin containers for a very good deal. They arrived perfectly and on time.

At first we were afraid that we were going to have to spend a fortune on favors, but not with these.

We gave out two different alternating favors at our reception - the whisks ("whisked away") and the measuring spoons ("love beyond measure") - both were a big hit and the quality and size were both better than expected and better than displayed on the website. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Overall a great company with a million options for favors... I ordered personalized cocktail cups and my only complaint would be that they were much smaller than I had imagined, and I should have gotten out the ruler before ordering!!

I bought personalized luggage tags as party favors, and was impressed with how fast they arrived. However, for quality of the tags and graphid design of inserts, I would give a 3/5.

The website interface to select designs for the tag inserts was not user friendly. There is no way to preview the design, and I ended up making a mistake after having to start my order from scratch 5 times in a row. Customer service was not at all understanding about the printing mistake, and wanted $40 to rush send me new inserts, which is basically 10 pieces of laser printed perforated paper. All they kept on saying was that they sent me a confirmation and I should have double checked the order. So I ended up making my own inserts, which looked better in the end but was extra work.

So, if you are in a rush, may be worth ordering from them, but do not expect this company to do you any favors to keep you a happy customer.

I ordered silk fans with a wooden handle and our names were engraved on the side along with the date of our wedding. ALL of our guests loved them! I don't think I could have done any better for that price. On some of the fans the writing was a bit blurred but it really wasn't anything too noticable. I was most concerned with the sturdiness of the fan and the look of it (I wanted something that looked more delicate and elegant) and it was definitely right on point when it came to those things! Also - really fast shipping!!

Our ceremony was in the afternoon in Key West. We wanted to make sure our guests were as comfortable as possible so we ordered Beaucoup’s white silk folding fans for all of our guests. As with any event it’s the little things that makes them, and these fans ended up being one of those things.

I ordered the small Ivory Embossed Cake Favor boxes from Beau-coup for $.95 each. They took about a week and a half to arrive, came unassembled in a nice box. The color was exactly as pictured, the boxes looked very cute with tissue paper, tag, and trail mix inside. Very nice for the price!

We ordered the crystal tea light candle votives through Beau-coup as decorations/favors at our wedding. They were very elegant and looked beautiful sitting on the tables! This is a fantastic website for favors. For our engagement party, we bought heart-shaped measuring spoons and heart-shaped candy tins that everyone just loved. For our wedding, we bought beautiful floral boxes and white jordan almonds that made for an elegant favor.

We bought our "Out of Town" guest bags and ribbon from Beau-Coup. They were a little brighter than what they looked like online, but I loved them! I had a destination wedding, so I bought the already assembled water bottles with our names and cute deashell decal on it... they were a big hit in our welcome to our wedding weekend gift bag. I ordered favor boxes, tags, hand-carved fans, and Parasols for my wedding from Beau-coup wedding favors. All of the orders were received promptly with no additional shipping fees, and I received exactly what I wanted and expected.

We did chocolate covered pretzles in a black bag from Beau-Coup.com. They turned out so cute and we got to put a personalized message on the bag in the color of our wedding color. Also we were able to put a monogram and it turned out cute. It was great quality for the price. I think we got 200 bags for 110 dollars. It is highly recommended. I just wished they shipped a little fast but if you order far enough in advance it shouldn't be a problem.

My fiance picked these out. I'm not completely sold on them, but he thinks they are fantastic! This website had them listed for the least price, they were .50 to .65 more each at other sites.

I got a great deal on ivory coloured gift bags. When they showed up they were even better than I thought they would be! Very sturdy and the filagree print looks elegant. The only problem ordering from an American company is paying the duty!

I put off ordering the cake topper for my wedding until 3 weeks before the wedding. I went to an online source to get it ordered and they told me that the topper I wanted would ship from Canada and that I might not get it in time. They suggested that I pay a $49.00 fee to have the cake topper shipped via FedEx 2nd day air. The cake topper only cost $49.00 to begin with. I told the company to forget about it. I did a search online and Beau-coup.com had the same cake topper for about the same price. Beau-coup.com said that they could have the topper shipped to me via FedEx 2nd day air for $12.00 directly from the manufacturer. They told me that I would have it in time for my wedding. They were so polite and helpful on the phone. I was surprised to get the cake topper the following week! I would recommend this website / company to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the products I received - both the gift boxes and the personalized fortune cookies - but most of all, I was impressed with the high level of customer service. I used the chat feature and also spoke to customer service via phone and was met with extremely intelligent and helpful individuals that helped me make the right purchase. Please Brides, do not go through this vendor. I had ordered favors and was told I would get them in two weeks. They never came and they didnt even call me and tell me that their shipment did not come in from Italy. I had to call them and they told me that it very unpredictable and that they couldnt guanteee that I would get them on time! Please do yourself a favor and go through someone else.
