Jen and her staff are great to work with. The outline we made at the beginning was very helpful to know exactly how much you are paying for each item and what is included (what type of flowers, how many). The price was comparable to other places and items. Day of everything was completed on time and looked great. I will continue to recommend her services.

Way to expensive for the size of the arrangement.

BBBJ did an amazing job with our bridal flowers. The colors and arrangements were perfect. The staff was also very accommodating, we asked for our groomsmen flowers to be separated from the bridesmaids flowers so they packaged them accordingly for us! I would recommend BBBJ to anyone looking for beautiful floral arrangements at a reasonable price.

I always knew I wanted Jen to do the flowers for my wedding since we were in college! I saw what she did for competitions and contests and was so impressed! She did a great job! Easy to work with, great communication and people are still taking about the flowers!

Jen did such an amazing job for my wedding! She was always in constant contact with me about every single detail! She even worked with me when I decided to change a lot a month before my wedding! I did not need a lot of flowers for my wedding but I did want nice flowers. I went to Beautiful Blooms by Jen on the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad I did. Jen sat down with me and I explained what I wanted. She knew exactly what I was talking about! She has a huge amount of knowledge and was extremely helpful. Beautiful Blooms by Jen saved our wedding day. We had originally booked another florist who was recommended to us by a friend. Two months before the wedding, the florist suddenly wouldn't return our calls. Once we reached five weeks before the wedding, we panicked. Bound and determined not to go to the many over-priced and elitist flower shops in town, my mother suggested that we call Beautiful Blooms by Jen, thinking their vision would best match our style and dream for our wedding day. We called Jen, explaining our situation, hoping beyond hope that she would take us on. Jen not only booked our wedding with very short notice, but she and her team made it happen with such a high level of class and detail that I know wouldn't have happened with another florist. We did much of our own set up for our wedding, which was held at the Manor House at Wildwood. I was there for much of the day and was beyond impressed when Jen and her team arrived... they worked so hard hauling in equipment and making the most beautiful arrangements. They practically turned the Manor House into an ethereal, Victorian version of a Midsummer Night's Dream. Our day was unforgettable... the flowers were breathtaking... and aside from marrying the love of my life, the most memorable part of our wedding day experience was the flowers. Since our wedding, Jen and her team have become friends of ours. My husband stops in frequently to buy me flowers, and Beautiful Blooms by Jen is now the only florist we use for any special event or arrangement needs. We are lucky to have such a quality small business with such creative vision right in our own neighborhood. Jen and her team offer Toledo a much needed young, dynamic and fresh approach to the local floral business with years of experience under their belts. I couldn't have been happier with how our arrangements turned out. I knew that I wanted sunflowers and was also using red. Jen had great ideas and everything turned out amazing. I had compliments all night long about them. It's two weeks later and my bridal bouquet is still holding up nicely. I would have never guess the flowers would still be looking so fresh. Jen is a wonderful florist to work with! She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She puts together gorgeous bouquets, and does her best to work with what you want in the price range you desire. We didn't have a huge floral budget, but I got exactly what I wanted for my bouquet. She is easy to talk to and offers advice not only on flowers but on other aspects of wedding planning as well.

Beautiful Blooms by Jen was the perfect florist to work with for my wedding. After having met with a florist prior to Jen, I wasn't too confident on what I wanted for my wedding, but after my consultation with Jen I knew that she would do a great job! I provided my colors and then just left the rest up to her. I was extremely pleased with the results for my July 2011 wedding. Jen was really willing to work within any budget and had creative ideas to really make my money go a long way. The only issues I had was the delivery was a little late on my wedding day and some of the knots in the ribbon wrapping my bridal party and my bouquet were coming undone. There was nothing we could do about the delivery time, but the girl that delivered the flowers stuck around and fixed the loose knots on our bouquets. It was close to 90 degrees the day I got married and my flowers looked great the whole night. I couldn't be happier with my choice and would definitely recommend Beautiful Blooms by Jen to any bride to be!

Jen and her staff rock!! She is a young, hip, up and comer and is not only professional, she is very passionate about making your event special. I had a tight budget, and using her creative genuis came up with beautiful centerpieces that my guests still talk about to this day. She too is a recent bride and she knows how we want to be treated. We used Beautiful Blooms as our florist for our wedding in May. All of the flowers came out beautifully and we were receiving non-stop compliments on our centerpieces- Gorgeous! Jen and her team were wonderful! She gave me a bunch of ideas and helped me put together a flower theme for my wedding. I was not sure of what flowers would cost, but I was pleasantly surprised when she gave us our quote for the ceremony and reception.
Her team assisted everyone with their flowers for the ceremony, and they set up the reception with plenty of time to spare. It was great working with Jen, since we live in Cleveland but got married in Toledo - she was very willing to work around when we were home!

I did not know exactly what I wanted as far as flowers for my wedding. I DID, however, know exactly what I DID NOT want. When I first met with Jen about the flowers I layed it all out for her - here is what I DO NOT want. A week or so later she sent me a quote and pictures and I was grinning ear to ear. It was all perfect. The bouquets, the centerpieces and the cake flowers were wonderful!

I made numerous changes before my wedding, all through email, and Jen was VERY acommadating. She always responded back to me quickly and ALWAYS provided me with the changed quote. And the cost was VERY reasonable - I was amazed how reasonable.

Jen was great to work with and I am so glad I chose her for our wedding flowers. When we first met, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted besides the color. Jen had the great suggestion of making each bridesmaid carry a different type of flower, but all the same color. And then have mine, the bride's, be a mixture of the bridesmaids flowers. I decided to go with that suggestion because I loved how unique it sounded. Needless to say, I loved my flowers! I got so many compliments on how great they looked.

Jen was great to work with- I initially didn't have a budget for flowers- I honestly had NO idea what they would cost. She sent us our first quote and I was BLOWN away by the price! I emailed her right away and explained that I didn't want to pay X for flowers and she understood- pulled out a few stems in each- re sent me the quote and I was very satisfied! a few stems truly make a difference- you just have to talk to her and she can work with you! Jen was so flexible- I made changes to our quote several times- based on adding and deleting corsages- Heck- I added on pew pomanders the week of because I didn't think about it before- I had forgotten all about the church decor- and she didn't mind at all!

My only suggestion is if you are not a flower person and can not visualize what flowers she is talking about ask to see a picture or sample. Jen offered it to me but I passed on that thinking it didn't matter- and don't get me wrong our flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL. I had 2 different kinds of flower centerpieces and the large ones were GORGEOUS and our smaller ones were pretty as well- i was just expecting more flowers- but again it was the stem we chose (orchids)- I didn't do my research. They were still very pretty! She set everything up and it looked great!

Beautiful Blooms by Jen is an AMAZING florist. My mom, one of my bridesmaids and myself had a meeting with Jen to go over what my ideas were for flowers. After the meeting with Jen she gave me a quote and a couple months went by and I saw some amazing flowers on the knot so I told Jen I wanted to switch flowers. Then a month went by and I found these flowers I had to have and she switched again. Through all that Jen was very patient. Thats what I loved about working with Jen, she is very flexible. When I saw my flowers on my wedding day I had tears in my eyes because they were more than BEAUTIFUL they were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

Jen is so wonderful to work with! She had no problem switching things to fit my budget. All of the flowers were absolutely perfect and I received many compliments on them. I never hand a problem getting in touch with Jen whether through e-mail or phone, she always responded within 24 hours and most times within just hours! Plus, every time I made a change, she was sure to send me an updated list with all of the costs, which made it even easier to make sure I was staying within my budget.

She responded within 24 hours to answer any questions that I had or to make any changes to our floral order. Jen did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted all yellow flowers, but I could have never imagined the beautiful arrangements that were waiting for us at the reception! We received a lot of compliments on the flowers at the hall and church. I was very pleased at how everything turned out! Jen was also very easy to work with and made the whole process so simple!

It was really awesome to work with Jen on the flower arrangements for my wedding in August. The flowers were gorgeous, and lasted throughout the day, even when it got warm. Looking back at the pictures the flowers were one of my favorite details of the wedding. Even after the flowers had been ordered, we were able to replace some of the reception arrangements with a unity candle arrangement, based on the number of RSVPs.

My flowers were amazing!!!! They were absolutely beautiful and completely made my wedding. I told Jen the colors that I was looking for and the budget I was looking at and she totally created something that looked far more expensive than it actually was. The one issue we had was the guys boutonnieres were very fragile because of the orchids and with all the hugging they quickly took a beating while the orchids in my hair held up all night. But really something like that is minor and happens with the nature of the event. I would whole heartedly recommend Beautiful Blooms by Jen for anyone in the Toledo area looking for quality work at a very reasonable price.

I wish there was a way that I could've seen a better idea of what you had planned. You were great at verbalizing what you were thinking, but the final result was a little different than I had anticipated. If there were a way to provide pictures of what the final results might look like for what you're proposing, it would've made me feel a little more prepared for what we were going to be getting.
You did great with the colors and the flowers that I had mentioned. You even matched the MOH dress color perfectly with the fabric cover for her flowers! And the archway was beautiful! I honestly think it was my favorite floral piece of the day. :) And I really appreciated your flexibility and understanding with the payment when it was a few days late. That REALLY meant a lot!

Jen was one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. She was great to meet with us on short notice for a consulatation and was very quick to reply to emails. Our flowers were beautiful. We were slightly disappointed in our head table arrangements for our reception-we were under the impression we would have larger calla lilies, but overall a great experience!

I loved Jen, she was so very affordable. I loved the flowers she made, but they ended up wilting very quickly. It may have been because it was 90 degrees out and they were fragile flowers. I have no hard feelings about it and would absolutely use her again a hundred times over. The mothers wrist corsages were great and she was able to get the exact flowers i wanted. She was very quick to respond and attentive. She was great and I recommend her to everyone!!

Jen is AMAZING! She worked very hard to put together a wedding package within our budget that would be just as beautiful as we could imagine. Our flowers were gorgeous, she was very helpful, and she is extremely reasonably priced. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a custom wedding package, designed to fit your wedding and your budget!!!!

I thought that Jen did a very good job. She answered every question I had and accommodated all my last-minute requests and changes. She was also much more reasonable in pricing than the other florist I received a quote from.

Overall, the flowers were beautiful. I was a little disappointed that some of the pink roses in the bridesmaids bouquets were already a little brown when they were delivered to the church. The wedding was in July, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it; I know it is hard to keep flowers fresh when it is very hot.

I was also expecting that the shades of pink would have been more varied; I would have liked a lighter palette overall. In hindsight, I should have discussed shades of colors in more detail, and asked to see samples or something. It might have worked out for the best though, I'm sure having the brighter tones of flowers helped to bring some color to the wedding and added nice color for the photos.

I was very glad that I took advantage of previewing the flowers the day before- I asked Jen to use the paler flowers in my bouquet and the brighter ones in the altar arrangements, and I was happy with how it turned out.

I thought the flowers Jen put on the cake were really beautiful, I was so happy with them. She also did a great job on the rose petals for the cake table. I LOVED how the tulle and white lights around the balcony turned out. That was one place where Jen really beat the other florist in price, and I'm sure she did just as great of a job as the other florist would have.

I also loved how the bouquets were wrapped, and I thought the flower girl baskets were very sweet.

Jen was very helpful in planning. She gave me good ideas as I didn't really know much about flowers and what I wanted. She was also below my budget which was awesome. She was very helpful on the day of the the wedding with other things besides just the flowers. I never worried once about the flowers or decoration. She did great!

Me and my husband were very impressed with the quality of Jen's work. My bouquet was beautiful; it was evident that Jen spent a lot of time planning it and putting it together. The boutonnieres were very nice and complimented the bridal party colors. The bridesmaids flowers were very cute, but the hydrangea ended up wilting by the time we got to taking pictures in downtown Cleveland; however, with the way hydrangea drink water I don't think a water source would have made much of a difference! They still held up and looked good in all our pictures. The flowers at the church and reception were gorgeous. Jen used extra flowers to spice up the cake and bridal party table at the reception and it looked so great. Jen certainly knows how to use her resources; she was beyond worth the price we paid!

Exceptional, Jen listened to my needs, advised me when I was unsure of decorating options, and met with me whenever I needed her. She arrived when she promised on the big day and the flowers were exactly what I wanted. They looked georgeous and I was very excited when I saw the toss flowers. Our budget was tight and Jen gave me what I envisioned at our agreed price. While I thought my bridesmaids would be tossing random flower petals from on the shop floor, Jen made sure the guests were given rose petals, my wedding flower, in complementary colors that made for great pictures!
