My daughters wedding could not have gone off any better!!!! We both felt like Evonne and Melody not only listened to my daughters wishes but went out of their way to make it her "DREAM" day!! Any questions were answered as quick as was possible. They came up with great ideas to get the look and feel of the day she wanted!!! Very easy to work with!!!!!!!

We were hesitant at first to hire a wedding coordinator, but we are so happy that we hired Evonne with Beautiful Celebrations to be our day of wedding coordinator. Our day went off smoothly and without a hitch thanks to her! She had great ideas about things that we hadn't thought of, and she was super organized which helped keep everything that day super organized and on track. I had a little less than a year to plan for my wedding. I would highly recommend starting this early. Evonne had everything down to a science. She knew exactly what needed to happen first and what we could wait to do. She made a very detailed itenerary about a month before the wedding. I was worried at first because I have seen some planners running around the brides yelling at them to be here, be there. Evonne wasn't strict with me at all. If I was running late she understood and somehow made the whole show flawless. The best part about working with Evonne was that I didn't have to crunch out anything at the last minute. The week before the wedding was so amazing. It felt strange not being stressed out, but I got over it really quick and enjoyed a lot of quality family time. It's all thanks to Evonne's thorough check lists and iteneraries. I highly recommend working with her. She made my day perfect!

We hired Evonne several months in advance of our wedding to coordinate our rehearsal and wedding. We like that she pays attention to detail and provided us and our vendors with a detailed time line. She also provided us with advice on alternatives that could be done with favors, reception, etc. Evonne was easy to reach by cell phone or e-mail.

Evonne was such a great choice for our wedding! My husband and I both worked full time, and I was the typical stressed out bride not knowing where to start on making decisions when I got engaged. Evonne was so organized, calm and very knowledgable. Our wedding was so beautiful, and to this day, we continue to receive comments from friends and family on how organized and put together our wedding was. My husband and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING on our wedding day, and we were just able to enjoy our day and the people around to celebrate it with us!

Evonne is really great at scheduling and making the day of my wedding stress free even for my family. She is very professional and personal to know what you would like for your big day. She helped me so much when little things were not shipped in time, but she goes out of her way to make sure that every little detail is in place. I have nothing bad to say about Evonne, because she made my wedding day memorable and the best day that I will never forget! I give her 5 stars, if I could give her 10 stars I would!

Beautiful Celebrations made planning my wedding such an enjoyment. I was a full time student as well as my husband so we didn't have a lot of time or money for you wedding and Evonne made all the difference in the world for us. Many people know that videographers tape events and catch memories as they unfold. What people don't know is its a team effort and communication is the name of the game. That being said we first worked with Evonne from Beautiful celebrations weddings a little over a year now while volunteering for the Gifted wedding and her talent to communicate effectively impresses me every time. I feel very blessed by the professional relationships this organization has brought forth and Evonne is definitely one of those professional relationships. I have worked with Evonne Grabauskas and have found her to be very organized, efficient and professional. Evonne creates a detailed schedule of events that is ready well in advance of the wedding day. The schedule is distributed this to all those participating in the event (including the wedding vendors). At the wedding rehearsals, she leads the bridal party and families through the ceremony schedule making sure everyone is aware of their part in the event. On the wedding day Evonne, does a masterful job of taking pressure off the bride and groom by coordinating all activities, answering questions and insuring that all those participating are where they need to be at the correct time. Evonne orchestrates all the reception activities and insures that they happen at the right times and everything runs to schedule. Evonne is always very calm, relaxed and respectful to everyone. Given my experience in working with Evonne and watching her plan and coordinate a complex event, I would not hesitate to recommend Evonne and Beautiful Celebrations to anyone considering hiring a wedding consultant/planner.

I have worked with Evonne on a lot of weddings over the years and she is a stellar coordinator. Her coordination abilities are obvious on the day of the wedding.
