Jennie and her assistant provided friendly, professional service that was exactly what we needed to plan and execute the wedding. The packages offered were perfect for our needs and very well priced. The experience was like having a caring and trusted sister or aunt with lots of great contacts helping you plan your big day. It was wonderful to be relaxed and happy on the big day, knowing that everything detail was being taken care of by the coordinator.

Jennie was one of the best investments we made in our wedding! We used her day-of services, and I must say, it truly releived so much stress in the week leading up. She contacted all of our vendors, tied up any loose ends, and I woke up on the morning of my wedding not worrying about a thing. I sent her several emails in the weeks leading up with just random things I wanted to remember or have her handle, and she was on top of it! Highly reccommend Jennie for all coordination needs!!

With a 420 person wedding, my husband and I had a lot of time and money invested in our special day. We hired Jennie at Beautiful Day Wedding Planning as a day-of coordinator to serve as "insurance" on our investment. She made sure that our vendors had what they needed; our champagne glasses, unity candle and other props where in the right places at the right time; and, most importantly, our guests were happy. I cannot rave enough about Jennie and Beautiful Day Planning. I found her randomly through an internet search and was immediately taken with her attentiveness, responsiveness, enthusiasm and great ideas. She also negotiated with the venue of my dreams to ensure I got everything I wanted there at the right budget for me. Working with Jennie and Beautiful Day Planning was such a positive and fun experience that I almost wish I could get married a few more times, just to be able to use her services again! I worked with Beautiful Day Planning for my wedding this past July. Jennie was extremely helpful throughout all aspects of the wedding planning process. Jennie was always available when I had questions, she provided great information, referrals and advice.

On the day of the wedding, she was there to take care of everything from start to finish! She was there to handle all of my vendors, bridal party and guests. Jennie did an amazing job for me. She was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the planning process which was extremely helpful. The day of she kept everything flowing and fixed any problems we had. My dad missed getting on the shuttle with all the other guys and Jennie personally drove him to meet were the guys were. If it were not for Jennie, I do not think it would have been possible for everything to have gone as smoothly as it did on our wedding day. Her attention to detail and expertise in the field put me at ease and that is not something that is easily done for my type “A” personality. We hired her for day of coordination and if I had to go back and do it all over again, I would have wanted her to handle everything from the beginning. I did not have a worry in my mind because I knew she had spoke to all the vendors involved and that everything would be exactly how we planned it!

She went above and beyond what was expected of her and was a complete pleasure to work with. I received so many compliments from friends and family about how helpful she was on our wedding day. We worked with Jennie for same day coordinating for our March 2011 wedding. After being a bridesmaid in numerous weddings I knew that there was never a wedding that was without some sort of day of issue and knew that I definitely did not want my family, friends and myself to have to deal with any issues on our wedding day.

She met with me numerous times to review details for the day and responded quickly to all emails (and there were many from me!) and questions from myself and my mom. I'm so glad I decided to have a wedding planner present on my big day. Just having Jennie there made me & my mother feel 100% confident that the day would go off without a hitch. We were then able to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about a thing. But no matter how much planning we did during my engagement, nothing could have prepared us for what may have been a huge disaster. The florist arrived with my centerpieces, placed them on the table and left. Shortly there after, the tall floral arrangements on gold pedestals came crashing down on the table. While my mother had fire in her eyes, Jennie quickly and calmly called the florist and they came rushing back to secure them in place. If it haden't been for Jennie and her professionalism, my mother would have lost it and more importantly, my dream centerpieces would have been a nightmare. Jennie and her team were there for me from the first thing in the morning all the way through the reception. Her expertise and knowledge of the industry kept my day running smoothly and allowed me to focus on what was really important...my new husband!

Wow is all I can say of Jennie's amazing service. My husband and I got engaged and decided on a quick wedding - we left ourselves only 4 months to plan our summer wedding! We couldn't have done it without her expertise and support. During the planning of our wedding, she was on hand whenever we needed her, and referred us to excellent, dependable vendors (vendors who would drive an extra hour to our reception site from the church for no charge!). I couldn't believe how easy she made it to find vendors that would book us with such short notice. She took so much stress off us as we planned; and was available for as much as we needed her. Just when I thought having her for the planning was the greatest, the day of arrived - and what a RELIEF it was to have Jennie on hand to help with all of the details! One particular example is how Jennie solved a problem that arised at our reception... We had arranged for chocolate covered strawberries to be served to all of our guests during dessert. During cake service as my husband and I greeted guests the strawberries hadn't been served. I didn't even notice, as Jennie immediately took care of everything, spoke with the hall staff, got strawberries served - all without mentioning a word to us. As far as I knew, everything was served and went as planned. It wasn't until well after the wedding I heard about all of the interventions Jennie had made on our behalf to make sure the day went smoothly - all without us having to worry about a thing and focus on enjoying our big day. I am convinced that the reason our big day went so smoothly was because Jennie was there as a professional to "put out any fires" that came up. She is reliable, responsible, professional and definitely an expert at her field. She comes HIGHLY recommended!

My husband and I are planning our 35th wedding anniversary party with Ms Wiegand's help; it will be in our clubhouse and we asked for assistance in locating a caterer, flowers, and invitations.

Ms Wiegand saved us a lot of money, using her connections and "business savvy"!!
