Beaux Arts Photography

We had a wedding in January 2010. We picked Sam after an exhaustive search of photographers. Photography was important to us because it was the main way we would be remembering our wedding for years to come. After viewing lots of websites, going through numerous portfolios, and meeting with several photographers, we settled on Sam. To be honest, he was one of the more expensive components of our wedding. But after hiring him, we have never had second thoughts. First and foremost, his photographs are fantastic! They exceed expectations. We requested an engagement shoot to make into a sign-in book. The photos were all so good, and this was before any editting: low-light, indoor/outdoor, silhouettes, fish-eye, etc. We looked at photographers who charged twice as much or who taught other photographers. I am confident that he is just as good as or better than these other photographers style-wise. Perhaps most importantly, he makes YOU look good. When you get your photos back, they look like pictures out of a magazine.

Aside from his eye for taking beautiful pictures, Sam also is one of the most professional people I have ever had to do business with. You will never find someone who is willing to accommodate your schedule more than Sam. The man worked with us on a Sunday, until 11PM on a Friday night, and never said no when I suggested some other weird time to meet. The man never says he is tired, complains that it is getting late, or rushes you when you have been taking pictures for over 3 hours and it is getting below 32 degrees at night. His ability to provide service above and beyond is definitely worth it considering all the other crazy things you have to plan and do before a wedding. He works with you on your schedule.

Sam is also great about minor details. His work is completed in a quick manner. The final picture album is well-finished with nice pages and a strong binding. He is never late to an appointment. Overall he is a fantastic all-around photographer!

The only bad thing I can say about Sam is that his website needs some sort of slide show function. It is difficult to look through all the pictures. People have told me that they would have preferred to have been able to watch all the pictures scroll through in a slideshow. Aside from this minor point, I would highly recommend Sam Anise.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer, you must, at the very least, consider Sam Anise at Beaux Arts! I highly highly recommend him!!!
