Beefalo Bob's was fantastics. I would recommend them to anyone for caterering. The food was out of this world. They took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

The the food was outstanding and for us there was to much of the pasta salads. Again thank you for an great job.

Everything was wonderful for our reception. We received feedback back quickly on all our our questions prior to the day of our wedding. We were even able to get in touch with our wedding contact, Shannon the day of at 0600am. Shannon was absolutely wonderful and basically acted like our wedding planner the day of. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. The food was great and there was plenty of it! A number of people were able to take leftovers home and the staff even packed it up for people to take. The staff was wonderful and even danced with everyone. We will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family!

To anyone out there looking for a caterer for their special day, I highly recommend Beefalo Bob's. The food is incredible, the hall is beautiful, and the staff are wonderful. I used them for my wedding reception and everything was great. I have nothing but good things to say. Days later my family, friends, and coworkers were still commenting on how good the food was and how nice their hall is. There is plenty of parking too. I also used them to cater an off site event 2 years ago and that was great too. You will not be disappointed with Beefalo Bob's!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Beefalo Bob's. I initially tried to plan my event with another caterer in Anne Arundel County, and the other caterer (well-known) was a disaster to work with...didn't return calls, limited menu, inflexibility. I then found Beefalo Bob's on the web (though subsequently I've been told that, while there are lots of people in AA County who can do crabs, the ONLY caterer to use for a barbeque in AA County is Beefalo Bob's). Again, they were a delight to deal with. Melanie, who took the order, was professional and responsive. The guys who served were great, and the food was perfect. I only regret that I don't have any more parties to host in the near future.
They also arranged for me to have a tent put up, which was a great help.

We used Beefalo Bobs onsite catering for our wedding reception. Getting married across the country and having an East coast reception months later, we were looking for a quality relaxed atmosphere. The Beefalo Bobs crew fully delivered. As a family we had our tasting and everything was amazing. They were so flexible with menu options and we were able to serve something everyone would enjoy. Sammi and Derek were our cooks... bbqers... and to say they were fabulous would be a huge understatement. They were friendly, accommodating and great cooks. They arrived ontime and made sure everything was to our liking. They were great and would recommend them to anyone using Beefalo Bobs. Everything for our special day was exactly how we envisioned and the fabulous food and staff was a huge component!

we had a luau reception following a Hawaii destination wedding. The folks at Beefalo Bob's were great to work with - responsive, flexible, friendly, accomodating and they offered greta ideas to meet our needs. We had the ultimate BBQ for 175. The food was fabulous. The on site staff was fabulous and friendly and made the day so perfect. There was lots of food leftover which we have frozen and will eat over the next few months with fond memories of our great day. I highly recommend them to everyone. They even provided veggie lasagna for our vegetarian friends so everyone was very satisfied and full. They were awesome and I hope we have occasion to utilize their services again.

We had our reception at Beefalo Bob’s Reflections Hall. Their food was excellent, service was great. The staff at Beefalo Bob’s went out of their way to make our day very special. Beefalo Bob drove 4 hours one way to caterer my event and they were still cheaper than any of my local caterers. The food was amazing and I can't tell you how many people raved about how great everything. Wonderful selection and attentive service. Also in planning they answered every single question and got back to me quickly which was something that none of the other caterers did. It is truly a top notch caterer!

We got tons of compliments on the food. Everyone loved everything, especially the macaroni and cheese!

Matt and Denise rocked my world. My husband and I were deciding between Rockland's and Beefalo Bob's. I thought that BBB tasted better but wasn't sure if they could pull off the unconventional wedding I had in mind. They went above and beyond. Matt and his team were extremely attentive with explaining everything and helping me pick out food, china, linens, etc and he was very responsive. Denise, the head caterer, blew the event out of the water. She and her team were invisible and did a masterful job of staffing the bar, tidying, serving and clearing. And, they had a great sense of humor. I can't recommend them enough. They made my wedding feel like the most spectacular, beautiful and delicious BBQ ever!

Beefalo Bob's did a terrific job on our wedding day. Denise, Daniella, Jennifer, and the rest of the catering team were extremely accommodating and friendly. The food was flavorful and well prepared.

On the actual wedding day, we had two unforeseen planning issues unrelated to Beefalo Bob's. The catering team was imaginative and showed their flexibility in alleviating the problems, which set both of us at ease.

I was also extremely pleased with Matt, the manager at Beefalo Bob's. He personally reviewed our food choices and arrangement logistics (linens, tables, chairs, etc) in hopes of creating a smooth, stress free wedding.

Thanks to Matt and the entire Beefalo Bob's team, our wedding was perfect. We would gladly use them again.

Beefalo Bob's is an all around great caterer. I got married on Sept. 4th 2010, and Bob's helped me with everything, tent, tables, chairs, linens, and most of all food. The service was great, the set up was excellent and the food was to die for. We had no complaints about anything that they assisted us with. We will certainly be using them again in the future for events and visiting their local bar and resturant.

Beefalo Bob's provided the food for my rehearsal dinner. This is the second time I've been to an event catered by Beefalo Bob's, and both were amazing. They were very easy to work with and the food was AWESOME! If you're looking for a casual, cookout type event, Beefalo Bob's is definitely the way to go!

Only negative - some people ate extremely rare meat and were a little sick the next day. I don't blame Beefalo Bob's for this - I blame the people that wanted their meat uncooked :)

We had quite a few snags along the way but Beefalo Bob's helped me through it all.
Anything I needed they helped with, even at the last minute. The food was beyond excellent.

Food was wonderful! Guests loved the big black smoker full of pit beef, ham and turkey, sliced and served by Kevin and Sarah. They were great! Would definitely recommend Beefalo Bobs for any event (ours was a post-destination wedding celebration) b/c the value is great and it's so much more unique than the typical beef/chicken plated (boring) entree at many wedding receptions.

I found my experience with Beefalo Bobs' catering my wedding to very good. The staff was helping leading up to my wedding, answering my questions, and making last minute changes. The staff on hand, the day of my wedding, was wonderful. I am glad that we chose Beefalo Bobs and would recommend their catering services for anyone looking to cater an event, whether it be casual, business, wedding, etc.

We had our wedding reception catered by Beefalo Bobs. The food was amazing and perfect for our rustic camp wedding! I am still getting responses from my guest of how finger licking good the ribs were. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!! And, thanks to Matt at Beefalo who accommodated my special requests such as a Tuscan salad, corn bread, and so much more. Also, for working fast on my last minuet request and adding drinks to our menu.

Delicious food and great service! We read reviews of Beefalo Bobs when determining whether or not to use then, and the reviews were superb. Beefalo Bobs most certainly lived up to their reputation and made our day so special. The food was so delicious (and plentiful) and they care! They really do! If you are unsure, please, without a doubt, make Beefalo Bobs your caterer. If you love this type of food, you will NOT be disappointed.

I was thoroughly impressed with Beefabobs. The food was great, the service was great. They even started clearing plates and trash from the tables, and passed out cake. I am still getting compliments on the food and its been 2 weeks. If i ever have another event catered, i will def be using beefalos bobs.

Every time we sat down to speak with you. Three times that we could remember. It was stated that there would be three people assigned to take care of the food and service for the wedding. To our surprise on the day of the wedding you sent only two. Those two people were fabulous! I ended up being ok with only two. You shouldn't say your sending three people then only send two. Eventually your going to find yourself with a huge problem.

I never asked about it and this one falls on me. I expected the beverage service to be cans or individual service. Not 2 litter bottles that the guests had to pour themselves. I was disapointed in that aspect of the food service. You really should state that the beverage service is going to be 2 litter bottles so the bride and groom know what they are getting.

Would totally use Beefalobobs again!

Beefalo Bob's did an amazing job catering our wedding. I have had so many guests tell me how amazing the food was. We were fortunate enough to have food left over and ate for a few days off of leftovers...and it was still great! As soon as our dance was over we had a plate waiting for us at our table. It went wonderfully. If you are having an outdoor reception, I think Beefalo Bob's is the perfect addition. You get so many selections, we had 5 or 6 different meats served, in addition to the numerouse sides, that were all delicious. Beefalo Bob's blows Famous Dave's out of the water..l.best barbecue food, service, and overall value. We wanted the servers to stay to party but unfortunately they had to leave. The only reason I gave a 4.5 on flexibility is because I had 6 guests back out a few days before the wedding but I couldn't change my headcount....no big deal, it all worked out perfectly!

The staff was extremely responsive leading up to the wedding, answering all of our little questions promptly and thoroughly via email and updating our contract as needed, which was essential for us since we were planning long-distance. The food was delicious, the staff was professional, the additional "wedding service" was well worth it, and you just can't beat the price!

Our one complaint is that we paid extra for a side salad option at the buffet, and we never saw any salad. However, everything that was there was delicious. My husband signed off on the service before I got a chance to complain about the missing salad (they caught him right as "his favorite song" came on, and he signed as quickly as possible without looking things over so he could get back to the dance floor). By the time we got back from the honeymoon we were so busy getting caught up on work that we didn't have time to complain, so I'm not sure how they would've handled it.

We received rave reviews on the foo and couldn't have asked for a better menu. The only issue we had was trash removal. We paid for all of the provided trash bags to be removed prior to Beefalo Bob's personnel departure. They didn't remove the trash so that was $100 down the drain but the food did partially make up for that fact and everyone at the party was extremely happy

Very easy to work with. Offered suggestions about what might work best. Everything we ordered we received. Changes were processed accurately. The staff for both the events (on site rehearsal dinner and on site wedding reception) were professional, friendly, cooperative and very easy to work with adjusting to last minute issues with flow such as when to have the champagne ready for the toasts without interfering with other activities. They were there on time and set up efficiently. The food was excellent and a great variety was available which met a spectrum of dietary issues.

It was a pleasure working with Beefalo Bob's. Debbie went out of her way to meet with us to arrange for the details adjusting to our schedule. This was especially helpful since I was coordinating everything remotely from Washington State with the wedding being held at a private home in Laurel, MD and with the bride and groom-to-be both working.

After each event the food was packaged carefully and given to us ready for refrigeration or freezing.

While I don't expect to ever coordinate a wedding again...I will definitely recommend Beefalo Bob's to anyone who is planning a catered event.

I found the whole experience with Beefalo Bob's to be extremely easy, professional and affordable. They made our wedding day special! They provided the tent, tables, scrumptious food and bar services for our at home outside wedding. The staff was attentive but not intrusive.......nothing was too much to ask for. My family and friends had a wonderful time, as did we. They were efficient and packed up the extra food, wine and beer for us. I would certainly use their services again. Many thanks to Jody and the rest of the catering office for all of your help in making our day memorable!

We could not have been more pleased with their service start to finish. The team was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions as they came up. Their prices blew all of the competition out of the water without compromising value. The food was incredible and all our guests raved about it! The staff onsite were wonderful and made sure that we had plenty of food and a space to eat. The one particular girl kept coming to get us as we were forever getting side-tracked on our way to our plates! They were very professional and far exceeded all of our expectations!

We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fabulous caterer at a fair price and will certainly be working with them in the future.

The food was absolutely wonderful - we ordered the "most popular" menu. Everything was very fresh and flavorful and all of my guests were impressed. Many of them enquired about catering for future events. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. It poured down rain the first hour of the wedding and made the area quite muddy, but the staff weren't even phased. They continued to do an outstanding job with a great attitude and friendly smile. I would definitely hire Beefalo Bob's again, and would recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

The food was fantastic and the staff was willing to work with you. The only thing is I think there were too many hands in the cookie jar. Stick with one person as a main point of contact!

They were really nice we did the wedding and reception there and it was wonderful the food was great except i wish they would have asked the head table what they prefer instead of giving them a piece of each meat and everything. Everyone else got to choose what they wanted. They were really nice and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend them to others the coordinator (Shannon) was great and Melanie was a pleasure to talk to always had a pleasant smile and helped us along the way too.

We got tons of compliments on our food from Beefalo Bob's. They have great bbq! We worked with Matt, who was very helpful and very patient during my more scatterbrained moments. Everything arrived correct and on-time, and again, the food was amazing. Our only issue was with our bartender, who was not the most professional. We had a mixup with the end-time, but some of the other girls catering the wedding really stepped up and stayed later than they were contracted, and did it with a smile. They even got behind the bar for us in a jam when the bartender had to leave. Really awesome girls.

beefalo bob's did an excellent job catering my wedding!! the staff there is extremely nice and helpful with making selections and finalizing details. they spent a lot of time with me going over every last detail. On the day of, we were realized we needed some additional things (ie extra lights, etc) and they were very prompt with having someone come out and take care of the problem. The only snag in the day was a malfunctioning heater for the tent but wasn't a big deal at all. The food was awesome!!! people raved about it!! they were also so great with being attentive to my husband and I as far as making sure we were fed and attended to. Great Job!! The value was amazing for the price too!! I would use them again and recommend to others.

Beefalo Bob's catered my daughter's wedding. The planning was very easy and the office staff were very helpful and knowledgable. They easily accommodated a last minute (day before the event) request. The day of the event they arrived onsite on time and were ready to serve on time too. Everyone is still raving about the food (especially the ham!). The staff was wonderful too! They were courteous and friendly and really mixed well with our guests. They were especially concerned for our guest with the turkey allergy, so thoughtful. The whole team exceeded my expectations and we had a fabulous event thanks in a large part to Beefalo Bobs!!

Fantastic!!! We used Beefalo Bobs to cater our wedding of 350+. Matt in sales was phenomenal. He helped with every detail & made awesome recommendations. We ended up getting our tent, tables, chairs etc through them as well because matt was so easy to work with. The food was great. Everyone raved about it. And we stayed within our budget! I highly recommend Beefalo Bobs!

Great food and great service! Most important to us was Beefalo Bob's willingness to accommodate our need for vegetarian and vegan options. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great barbeque weddingl!

The food was incredible. People said it was some of the best low-key wedding food they had ever had. Our guests were going up for 3rds and 4ths! There was soooo much food too. The chicken, and mac and cheese were my favorite and the pit beef is to die for! We also got our table linens from them as well (we figured get table clothes from the people who are used to bbq stains). The only issue we had was a little miscommunication between booking the date and finalizing our menu. I felt like I was working more to get things worked out than their staff was. The position was also in the middle of a staff change so we booked with one person and then worked with another, so I think there was some confusion. All in all it was some amazing food and we still drive to Pasadena to go to their carry out place to eat their pit beef. It really is that good!

Beefalo Bob's did an excellent job with the catering. The food was delicious and our guests gave rave reviews of it. There was more than enough food for everyone and many people went back for seconds. The servers were very friendly and professional. They did a good job of keeping the buffet stocked and tables clean.

Our wedding was 9/10/11, the venue outside on the water and we were looking for BBQ pit style catering when we came across Beefalo Bob’s. We visited one of their locations to sample the food and were pleased with the variety and quality. I will admit when we would tell people the name of the catering company (Beefalo Bob’s) I did get some varied reactions, I think some expected someone in a pickup truck to show up with a grill in the back. The day turned out perfect and I received many comments from guests about how extremely satisfied they were with the catering. The food was freshly prepared onsite and was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff they sent out was more than accommodating. In listing all the positive the only negative would have been the tents that were used to cover the food stations were not white as we were told they would be when we reserved our date. I would recommend and use Beefalo Bob’s in the future.

The food and package we selected was perfect for our outdoor wedding! The service was wonderful, they arrived on time without any issues. Our coordinator during the planning process was also very helpful.
Not only did we get the catering from them, but they also arranged our table, tent, linen, & tent rental for us. I wasn't too thrilled with the rental company. The chairs were old and the paint was chipped off, the tent had a few exterior poles that were natural wood while the others were white & the linen was different shades of white. As an event planner I'm picky about those items.
Over all my husband and I were very pleased with Beefalo Bob's!

Great food!!! Our guest loved the food and they have several packages that you can choose from~ they also have delivery your you can pick it up!!

The food was amazing. The servers were very professional and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone one for any kind of event.

My only thing is ask lots of questions and ask for things to be spelled out for you because some the of the representatives aren't always very descriptive.

The service was wonderful and we had so many guests say how much they loved the food. It was perfect for our laid back outdoor wedding. Order extra Mac and Cheese! It was a huge hit and was gone quickly!

Most importantly, the food was really good--a lot of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We had a huge selection and everything was delicious. The staff at the event were very professional and helpful. The main drawback was in the pre-wedding coordination, as our coordinator left sometime between when we signed the contract and had to finalize the menu. There were a few complications but everything worked out well. I would recommend Beefalo to friends, especially for anyone looking for casual yet tasty food that's a good value.

Delicious food at great prices!! We used them for the food, bar, tent, tables/chair rentals linens... everything for our outdoor wedding! The only negative feedback I have is they are very very busy and can sometimes be difficult to reach. Also, make sure you go over everything carefully, especially the setup timeline. Ask lots of questions :) Bartender, server were Excellent!! Debbie in the sales office was a pleasure to work with!

The food was EXCELLENT. Everyone kept asking where it was from the entire night. It's a step up from backyard bbq and was perfect for our backyard wedding. I did have some communication issues with one of the customer service reps in the beginning but later found out she no longer worked for the company and had nothing but good service since.

There were some snags that were worked out but overall it was a great setting, the staff was great and the food was awsome... and of course the price was outstanding, great place for up class setting with the down home taste!

I hired them for my wedding in June. The lady, Jenn, was great and worked with me up until the wedding day to make sure everything was to our plan. Then came wedding day. Only one staff member brought all the food, she was OVER AN HOUR LATE and arrived right as I was about to walk down the aisle! On top of this, my wedding coordinator tried to help so my reception wouldn't be delayed, but the staff member argued with her and yelled at her in front of my guests and family. HOW EMBARRASING. My wedding coordinator and DJ ended up setting up our appetizers themselves!! I could go on with the other mistakes they made on my special day. When I returned from my honeymoon to discuss the situation, I found that the head manager, Matt, basically blamed my wedding coordinator for having an attitude with his staff member and he said there was nothing they could do. After I complained, he agreed to a $100 refund. Thanks for that 2% refund, I really think it made up for ruining a huge portion of my day that I will never get back. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
