Beeson Hall

Beeson hall was great and everything was fine until after the ceremony. They moved my sweetheart table, cake table, and my gift table. I had a place were I wanted everything and I dont know why everything was moved at the last minute without even asking me.

We have had many of our friends get married at Beeson Hall and they all said how helpful and accommodating a place it was. Our experience was everything we thought it would be. Our first meeting with them we very helpful and all of our questions and concerns were answered and by time we left we felt very comfortable that the most important day of our lives was in great hands. They also had set up a "Vendors Night" were all the caterors that they offered for Beeson came in and we could sample their food and talk to representatives from each. That was such a great idea so that we could have all the options in one room and could choose things we liked and didn't like right there. We were also a little concerned with the amount of room we would have since we had a fairly large wedding (around 220 people), but it was never a problem. We had plenty of room for everything we did. Overall Beeson was a great place to have a wedding, everything was beautiful and we wouldn't have changed a thing.

We chose Beeson Hall for their great value, and ended up with fantastic service as well. Tina was our contact, and she was so pleasant to work with. She was in quick contact as needed, and more than helpful in the planning of our day's timeline. She also was very up front about the venue and what she could or could not provide.

We were able to choose from 7 or so catering choices, and there was a broad range of choices. Alcohol is also allowed at the venue provided by the caterer of choice. Tables and chairs were free (round tables, basic blue cloth chairs), and centerpiece rental is also available (we paid $5 a centerpiece). We rented linens from an outside company. We had use of the hall to decorate the evening before the wedding as well as the morning of the wedding. However, this was available only because there was not an event planned for the night prior-otherwise we would just have use of the hall the day of.

The venue was very clean and ready for use. There is a nice lobby entryway for the guests as well as a coat room, and restrooms are available in this lobby. To get dressed, I used the women's locker room (not very glamorous, but it worked).

The day-of coordinator was more than helpful and attentive. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service, and the beauty of the room was perfect for our event.

I loved being able to set up our reception site the day before the wedding. That really helped elimiate a lot of the last minute stress that may have occurred! The hall was so wonderful with the sun setting and gave a nice "feel" for the occassion. It was a very short drive from our church so it was the perfect location! Very easy to work with and very reasonably priced!

This was a great place for our reception! They were realatively inexpensive, and a beautiful venue. They were willing to work with us on nearly everything, so we couldn't have been happier. The only thing that was bad, was that you had to use one of the caterers they suggested, and the one we chose (Malone's catering) was terrible! Over all, this place was great. And it's in a pretty location also.

Awesome place to get married!!! I loved the location and staff!! It was the best day of my life!!
