I others some wedding sand in two different colors. I was expecting the perfect shade of malibu blue and surprise! It was as shown as described. And the prices were awesome. I will definitely do more favor shopping here as my wedding date gets closer!

We are so very sorry to hear the shipping fee was more expensive than you had hoped for. Unfortunately, orders being shipped outside of the USA (into your country) are more costly to ship as opposed to orders being shipped within the USA. We do not determine the shipping rates for an order being shipped outside of the USA - our shipping carriers do. Our shipping carriers provide live or real time rates for all orders being shipped outside of the USA.
The good news - we are working on a new shipping system to make the shipping fee a little less painful for our international customers. We hope this will help future international customers save a little more on their shipping cost. We are so very sorry this new shipping system has not yet been implemented - we are sure it could have helped you too : )

I ordered a cake topper and sand for my ceremony and I received the package right away. I was very happy with the quality of the items! To put it over the top, I had a note included that said congratulations on my wedding and thank you for letting them provide my ceremony items. What a nice experience. :) Very personal. Would definitely recommend to others.

I purchased these fans for an outdoor wedding. They will help keep guests cool and will also be used as their favor to take home. I have attached ribbon and a thank you note to them. These are great quality fans with a great price and fast shipping which means one less wedding detail to worry about.

Very disappointed with my order. The basic description did not state this was a set. I ordered 2 and wound up with 4 flutes. As they are engraved, which you can barely read as it is super small, I can not return them. If you had great customer service, someone should have thought this was weird and at least contacted me. That would be great customer service.

As we offered in our replies to your emails, we are very sorry you feel this way about our service and your purchase. We work very, very hard to provide each customer with exceptional customer service. We feel grateful to have worked with and helped thousands and thousands of customers prepare for their wedding day.
Our toasting flutes are all sold as a set of 2, which is shown in each product's photo. If we sold our toasting flutes as only one, we would not pluralize the word "flute" and we would not show two toasting glasses in the product photo (because doing so would be misleading to the customer we feel). Furthermore, the detailed statement of the toasting flutes you ordered did note they were sold as a set.
Because we do not engrave toasting flutes in our local warehouse (we stock all non-personalized items), your toasting flutes were engraved directly by our manufacturer. Our order processing system is automated, meaning when a customer places an order for an item that is engraved by one of our manufacturers, this order is automatically sent to the manufacturer upon placement of the order from the customer. Your order was automatically sent to the manufacturer as soon as you hit the submit button to place your order.
We take customer care/service very seriously, and we feel we work very hard to help our customers the best we possibly can. To be honest, your order was not abnormal in the fact that you ordered two pairs of toasting flutes. Many customers choose to order two pairs - one to use on their wedding day and one to use as a keepsake. Or they order two pairs because they actually have the Maid of Honor and Best Man receive special toasting flutes to commemorate their wedding day.
When pulling your email to us, we see you did write "They arrived in good condition and look lovely". We are very happy to read that you do, in fact, like your toasting flutes. Your daughter chose a beautiful set.

We had an issue re: color of ribbon with the pearls & the flip-flops. The vendor listened & offered to change the ribbon free. Only cost shipping. Otherwise, I would not have been able to refund. The ribbon matched & only reason it did not match in the first place is due to different vendors. The vendor cared enough to work with me. I appreciate this very much considering all the cost you have with weddings.

I loved the products that I purchased for my bridesmaids! I found that "Before the I-do's" had the best price for what I was looking for. The gifts came right on time. My girls loved them! I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them for sure!

I bought the personalized aisle runner from this site and it was beyond my expections. It came in a timely manner and it looked just as the picture. It is a cloth like material so I was scared it was going to rip but it didn't. I couldn't have been more pleased. It is worth every penny.

I bought an embroidered hanky for my niece's wedding last Saturday. Her mother, my sister, died 4 years ago and the hanky was embroidered with daisies, my sister's favorite flower. The hanky was a wonderful remembereance for my niece and used quite allot since many tears were shed from happiness of the day and sadness thinking of those who are missed.

The welcome bags i ordered were EXACTLY what i was looking for and at an awesome price, plus, the colors I chose, i thought were matching, but weren't so a representative called me to verify that i wanted those colors or gave me the option to change things around, if I could get married again, I would use these guys for more then just the welcome bags I bought.

I ordered sand. I needed it fast so I paid for the rush processing. While it did arrive quickly (within a couple of days), one would think something as simple as sand would not need an extra fee for speedy delivery, which is why I rated low on the Value. Responsiveness was the best, but only because I paid for it with the Rush Processing Fee. Every other rating was good, for there is always room for improvement.

I ordered my favors, sand ceremony, garter set, tags for favors, ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket, petals, sand, and guestbook with pen from this website. I got everything in less than 2 weeks and everything was custom and exactly as I expected and requested. I had our names engraved in the large vase for sand ceremony 5 days prior to needing the product in hand and it was delivered 2 days later! They did a great job with everything and got it to me fast. Thanks to this site I was able to get things cheaper and quicker.
