I knew I didn't want a conventional engagement ring or wedding band, and that neither I nor my fiance wanted to spend several months salary on rings, so I shopped around online. I wanted a black diamond engagement ring, and I found the perfect ring at Bell Jewels. I was a little hesitant to suggest my fiance make such an important purchase online, but it turned out to be a great ring at a great price. The engagement ring has held up beautifully for a year and half so far, and my recently purchased wedding band also looks great. When my fiance initially ordered the band it didn't fit, and I didn't like the style. He exchanged it for a different, smaller ring with no problem. I can't comment on the cut or clarity of the stones, since I have never had it appraised, but those things aren't as important to me as having a ring I love given to me by the person I love. If you feel the same way Bell Jewels might be for you.

LOVE Bell Jewels! I searched high and low for a unique wedding set, and their name kept coming up - they have traditional jewelry, but they also specialize in Black Diamonds - my fave! My new-hubs picked the exact ring I wanted... in a size too big - Bell's was happy to take the return and exchange for a smaller size. When it came time to order the band I went back to Bell's and picked one that matched my engagement ring... and hated when I got it - not Bell's fault, I wanted something bigger, lol - they were very easy to work with - took my return, exchanged it for something else, and quickly drew up a PayPal invoice for the difference. Yigal (the owner) offers hands on service, the staff is so helpful - I've already got my eye on the ring I want for my 5-year anniversary! Ha! And I get compliments almost every day on my unique and beautiful rings.

My engagement ring broke where they had to size it and they repaired it multiple times without cost to me! Even sent me a check to cover the cost to ship it to them!

I was able to visit Bell Jewels in New York and spoke with them about customizing one of their rings. I was able to get exactly what I wanted - a white gold ring with black and cognac diamonds - at a fantastic price. It was mailed to my house quickly and in an excellent shape and is extremely comfortable.

i highly recommend. i submitted a custom order and they made it exactly how i pictured. great price too. I got a ring that was quoted at Jared's at $900 for a fraction of the cost
