Bella Wedding Boutique

I had been to so many other bridal boutiques and just couldn't find what I was looking for. Plus, I always felt like since I was young they didn't really give me good service, like I wasn't going to buy a dress or something. And then I stumbled upon Bella's!!

I found it a little funny that the place I ordered my wedding dress from is in the same store space that I came with my ex-bf to get his tux for senior prom (same location, different owner and name). Anyhow.. lots of things I liked about this place:

1) No hub-bub. They showed me a catalog of the dresses they had in the store for sure. Great! No sifting through stuffed dress racks, and trying to describe with silly hand motions what I was looking for, or wondering what a dress would look like on.

2) Very affordable shipping cost! Most places I went, shipping was $75+, whereas Bella's is only $25. Niceeee.

3) Jenny and the other owner do all the alterations themselves, saving on the cost to hire a seamstress, which saves me money on my alterations!

4) They were very up front and honest, which is a quality I really like in people. They sat their an showed me the exact pricing chart they used, and would tell me if a dress didn't look quite right. Some of you may detest to that, but it made my selection process SO much easier. No B.S., I like it.

5) They allowed me to pay half up front, and the other half when the dress came in. Most shops do that already, but Bella's doesn't offer that. She asked for the payment in full, and I asked if I could pay half now, and half later. They had no problem with it.

Overall.. these girls are great!!! See them!!

At first my fiance and I wondered why so many dresses came in strapless, since that is a style we didn't desire. The person who helped us at the Bella Bridal shop informed us that mostly all dress that were shown as strapless did in fact come with straps, at least the spaghetti straps on the side. I addition, the shop said they could actually sew on straps depending on the dress and what style you preferred. This was great to find out about because we both thought that our choices had been limited to those shown in the magazines, online or in-store, and catalogs.

great selection of wedding gowns to buy and or rent! I rented my gown because it was just very practical for me to do so. I was going to be moving shortly after, didn't want to waste money preserving something I'm never going to wear again. When I have a daughter, she probably wouldn't wear it either 25 years from now, because it's probably going to be a dingy yellow! The total price of wedding gown to rent was around $1000, sounds kinda of steep for a rental BUT the price includes: the steaming of gown alterations (length, bust..etc.. etc) Swarovski veil necklace earrings shoes you can purchase the gowns for $100 more but you don't get anything and alterations alone will set you back a couple hundred dollars... also, this is a new boutique so they have a newer inventory then other vendors that have been around for many years... Jenny was very helpful and I would recommend them for all the future brides out there looking to rent or buy a trendy, modern, up-to-date wedding gown
