LOVE Bella Bridal! I would never go anywhere other than Bella! Sonia and her team did an amazing job on my wedding gown and all the bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids dresses! They were the kindest and most professional shop I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for your all of your formal events!

After trying on many dresses, I finally found "the one" at Bella Bridal! I popped in by myself on a Friday when I unexpectedly got out of work a little early. Although I did not have an appointment, they still helped me browse the dress racks and listened to what type of dress I was looking for. They were very patient as I tried on many dresses, and eventually found my dream dress on one of the mannequins (a Martina Liana).I also purchased my veil and some jewelry at one of the headpiece trunk shows. Each time I came into Bella Bridal, they remembered my name and were quick to help in any way possible (a huge deal for a stressed out bride). My alterations were done very well, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! I cannot recommend Bella Bridal enough!

Wonderful service. You walk into this store once and Sonia remembers who you are, the dress you liked, your next pick and your wedding colors. This woman is amazing. My dress was absolutely beautiful. Always very friendly when you walk in. I do not have one bad thing to say about this company. They have a wide variety of dresses to choose from as well. Definitely check these guys out!!!

Great shopping experience, I was very impressed with Bella's customer service. I visited many bridal stores in the metro detroit area, and bought my dress at Bella Bridal because the staff was always very helpful and all the girls will work hard to get exactly what you want, but they were never pushy. Also I loved their dress collection, the prices, and this place rocks!

Well it all started as a beautiful moment, found the dress of my dreams even though the cost of the dress was really out of my range.....but since i wanted it so much my mom splurged anyways......I guess i should've realized something when I picked up the dress the satin buttons my mother paid an additional 85 dollars for were not even on it...Sophia said give me a half hour they are on a strip and can be sewed on quickly....so i did just that!!.....I took the dress picked up the receipt my mom paid for the insert bras (NEVER signed a letter that stated the dress was okay, I had no idea since I never bought a wedding dress before) So anyways I get to Jamaica 4 days later where my wedding took place and The WORST THING HAPPENED, the ENTIRE ZIPPER RIPPED AND THE supposal buttons that were on a strip had 1 STRING wrapped around EACH!!!!!! so NEEDLESS to SAY I had to be sewed in my dress and the buttons fell off one by 1 as my guests hugged me!!!!! We have lots of photos of their terrible work and my mother called to talk to them and the owner said don't come in my shop and basically that we were full of crap and their dresses never do that,,,,,,,,,but we have the legal proof with pictures and all so I guess that means it's time for legal advice since these people seem to think it's okay to dismiss a wedding dress that was two thousand dollars!!!!

This was the worst experience that I have ever had in a bridal store. I went in the store with my mother/my maid of honor. My mother was in town for a couple of days and really wanted to start looking far in advance for my June 2012 wedding. As my mom went to go try on some mother of the bride dresses, my maid of honor and I went to go browse through the potential bridesmaids dresses. I was quickly approached as the bride, and I was told that there was a $50 fee to LOOK at the dresses. I thought she was joking at first but she wasn't. You only get the money back if you order your Bridesmaid dresses at this store. In my opinion, this is ridiculous with all of the other great dress stores in the area that allow you to LOOK and try on for free - even if you don't go there to buy your dresses. Good stores don't need to trap their customers by charging ridiculous fees. A fee to shop.... what terrible business practice.

Sonia and the staff at Bella Bridal were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel genuinely cared about. Expect to pay anywhere between $800-$1500, but it is worth every penny.

Bella Bridal was a great shop to get my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from. Everyone who worked there was very attentive to what I wanted and made me feel like I was the only person in the shop when I was there. They have a wide variety of dresses and prices to fit any bride's budget. I would definitely recommend going to Bella Bridal.

I didn't get my bridal gown from here but I did get my bridesmaid dresses from here because they were so helpful. I went in to try on dresses and I also brought a picture of a dress that I liked from a magazine. They were going to have a trunk show in a month with that designer. They arranged to have that dress in the picture in their store. I went back to try on that dress and good grief, I looked terrible. However, I was so happy that they went out of their way to have a dress I was interested in brought in for the trunk show that I decided to get my bridesmaid dresses from them. They were able to take orders over the phone from my out of town bridesmaids and did alterations for some of the in-town bridesmaids. Great experience and I'm very happy I went through them to get my bridesmaid dresses.

I went to Bella after I received a coupon for 20% off my purchase and a free pair of shoes. I had also been to several stores before that. When I went in there, I told them what kinds of things I was looking for and they were able to find many beautiful dresses in my price range. I found my dress and the alterations were done at a reasonable price too. I did end up paying $20 for the shoes because the free shoe coupon was for a $60 value. I didn't think those shoes were worth $80. I also bought my tiara there at a great price and it matched my dress perfectly. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Bella Bridal and Sonya were great to work with. They made me feel like I was the only bride they had, which we all know they're a bridal shop so they have hundreds if not thousands of brides they deal with on a yearly basis. I also purchased our bridesmaid dresses from here, my veil, shoes and they did the alterations for my dress. They have a great selection of dresses to chose from. I went to several other dress shops before and it was Bella's stellar customer service that brought me back!

I went to Bella Bridal when I first started looking for a wedding dress (in fact it was my first stop). The dresses were very nice but on the expensive side (most around $1K or more) but they did have some lower priced dress as well. The ladies there were nice and attentive and suggested dresses to try on. I did not end up getting my dress there but would recommend going to see their selection.

Sonja was very helpful and nice. I was an out of town bride and they took very good care of me and my bridesmaids. I didn't find my dress there but they were able to order it for me at a better price then anyone else.

Very Helpful for dress fittings, gives you as much time as you need. Had alterations done at shop without any problems. Dress was clean, and steamed, and fit perfectly for the night.

I found the dress I wanted at a store in Lansing, but have never heard of anyone having a good experience at that particular store, so I had to search for something outside my area. When I contacted Bella Bridal, I spoke with Gabriel who was extremely helpful. Within a couple hours, he had contacted the designer of the gown I was looking for and arranged to have a sample in a size closer to mine, the correct color, and with the optional detachable train. After trying the dress on, the ordering process was simple, and the staff were always communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bella Bridal to other brides.

I loved working with Bella Bridal. I am one of five friends that have shopped many places in Metro Detroit and found my dream dress at Bella. The staff was friendly and paid full attention to me each time I came in. They understood my wants and needs and were very easy to work with. I also ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from them and am excited to be working with them again as the MOH in my best frieds upcoming wedding.

I love my dress and loved it the most on the day of. Bella's was the second place I went after Macy's (which was too expensive, but a great place) and I bought my dress that day. It was on sale and I got credit towards shoes. The saleswomen were very helpful and careful to stay within my budget. My dress came in ahead of time, the owner Sonya was there everytime I went and greeted me by name, and the alterations came out lovely (I had them change the neckline to a slight sweetheart). I know they were more expensive than if I went to an independent person, but I liked not having to think about storing my dress or whatnot. Everyone was always friendly and helpful.

I kind of cheated here, since I knew exactly what I wanted and just called around until I found it in stock. Still, they gave me a good price on a display model, and were really sweet.

The ladies at Bella Bridal were awesome to work with! I ended up buying my dress, veil, shoes, and jewelry there because they made it so easy. They altered my dress and kept it there until the day before the wedding so I never had to worry about it. Everything came in on time and in perfect condition. They are a bit pricey, but in my opinion, I would rather pay more and not have to worry about a thing than cut corners and save a few bucks.

I made an appointment, worked with Ellen, and bought off the rack for 50% off. I went elsewhere for alterations. I had no issues - they stored the dress for me, and had it professionally cleaned and steamed before I picked it up (since it had been a sample). My only gripe is that they seemed a little annoyed at my Bridesmaids for trying on so may dresses, and they made them share a dressing room because they had another appointment coming in (I told them when I scheduled my appt that we were looking for me and my bridesmaids). Nothing major, they didn't mind sharing.

The only bad things are that they charge a lot for alterations ( I needed only a 1/2 inch hem and cups put in and they charged me $195) and they won't let you take pictures of the dress until you buy it, which a lot of salons do. This is the only place I tried on wedding dresses. I tried on about 30 dresses and the sales person was so patient and helpful. I narrowed it down to 3 and then 2, and then pretty much settled on my dress. I can back with my mom the next day and bought the dress. I came back for a fitting when the dress came in, and then again to make sure it was okay and pick it up. Every time, the service was fantastic. They were also really understanding when I rescheduled appointments or was late. they have a great selection of dresses at all price ranges, including some that aren't all bedazzled and poofy, which is what I wanted. I ended up paying $600 for my dress and I loved it

Good variety of dresses, had many in the style I was looking for. Helpful staff. I felt a little pressured to get my alterations from the shop, though I chose to go with an independent seamstress. Offered "free shoes" with dress, but this meant up to $65 and most shoes were over $100. Headpieces and veils were quite expensive, but dress was reasonable.

They were wonderful to deal!!! Would recommend them to almost anyone!!!

Bella Bridal is top notch. Imagine the amount of traffic flow in and out of a bridal store in a span of two years.........then flash to my experience...my dress was bought just over a year before my wedding...with a few trips to them prior to my buying, yet each and every time we entered the store, they knew exactly who I was and were ready to grab my dress and get me going with whatever I needed.The dress was unique, yet traditional and it was unlike anything we had seen. It was truly "one of a kind". The designer was local and you could just see the detail that went into the dress. The women were honest and helpful at each turn of the way.In fact, I returned nearly 8 months after my wedding to help my sister purchase her gown there and they still recognized all of us and were extremely, and genuinely excited to hear about our day!!!!! Great customer service! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
