Just great. She did hair and eyelashes for me, and hair for my sister and the groom's mom. She was awesome about last-minute changes. She's not super bubbly, which is a good thing. She makes it easy to say what I liked and didn't like during both the trial and the big day, and she encouraged honesty. Doesn't get more affordable than this, so it was so nice that she came to wherever we were.

Amber did my hair and makeup, my Maid of Honor Hair and my Grooms daughters hair. I was so happy with the end result, I looked so amazing and it stayed in place the whole wedding and all the way up until that evening when I took it out! She did exactly what I asked for which was a pretty bun and natural makeup. My MOH wanted this braided look and she kept telling me how much she loved it, she actually loved it so much everyday after the wedding she continued to copy the look as close to how Amber did it. She was very patient with me as I balled my eyes out every 5 minutes and ran around talking to people. I will most definitely be recommending her to everyone! Thank you Amber!

Amber was great to work with for hair and make- up for me and my bridal party. There were a lot of people and she was able to get everybody done with plenty of time to spare. Hair and make- up held up for everybody for the duration of the day and the photos (by Tasha Owen) looked wonderful with the amount of make- up she did. Before the “big day” she was very communicative with me and responded immediately to my emails and questions. I would highly recommend Amber for your wedding day!

Amber was an absolute delight to work with!! From booking her months before the wedding, during the wedding trial updo and on wedding day. Amber comes with a full collection of the best hair and makeup setup. She managed to single handily do the hair for 8 of us and make-up for 3 of us in just hours ... with out feeling rushed! Her professionalism shines through, as she makes the bride feel so very special. Her prices are comparative to a solon, but quality is by far better because you don't just feel like another head of hair to be done. She will come you, so you get to stay in the comfort of where your getting ready at so no wasted travel time on your busy day!!

I was a little nervous as the day approached considering I hadn't taken into consideration how many girls needed hair/makeup, how early we had to start and that Amber is one person. I had been reading how other brides with my size of party needed 2 stylists and I started to freak out a little. Amber assured me that she's done large parties in less time than I was setting aside for everyone. Needless to say we ran ahead of time and she was able to do my moms makeup when she originally scheduled just hair and my grandmas makeup when she wasn't scheduled at all. Everyone looked amazing and all the hair and makeup held all day and it was a looong day. The first bridesmaid was in the chair at 7:50 and the wedding didn't start until 5:30 and we all looked fresh still. Amber was professional, super nice, on time and even willing to travel which was awesome. A++

I found Amber at the very last minute when I decided I really didn't want to spend half my wedding day at a salon. She already had a bride that morning but was absolutely willing to make it work. She did hair and makeup for me, 3 of my bridesmaids and my fiance's mom. She would have had the time and energy to do more if we wanted.

She arrived at my parents house and within a few minutes she was ready to go to work. She spent have the day with us (about 1/2 hour or less for each service) with her soft presence, working diligently while we got to relax and enjoy the day.

We all loved how our hair and makeup turned out. She really listened to what we wanted, which is surprisingly hard to find. I chose to go with bare minerals rather than liquid foundation - a lot of stylists would have tried to talk me out of that ("but the pictures!!!") but she didn't. She offered a recommendation but listened to what I wanted. The pictures turned out great.

I guess the qualities that are rising to the top are Amber's flexibility, ease to work with, and talent (and within very reasonable prices). I feel so fortunate that she was a part of my wedding day.

Amber canceled our hair appoitment a few days before my wedding. This was very stressful because I live in Arizona and the wedding was in Washington and I had to do a lot of research to find her in the first place. We had an appointment schedules for 7:30a, but she requests we change it so she could be "done and out the door by 7:15", in order to accommodate another client who had decided to change her photo shoot last minute. Amber claimed this was out of her control since she had this schedules months before me. It was absolutely under her control but it was clear she was dropping our appointment to please a client who was paying her more because it was a larger party. Amber told me, "good luck finding someone this late." She was unprofessional and caused a great deal of stress! There was no way I wanted to have my hair complete by 7:15a for my 12:30p wedding. When I requested a refund she ignored my emails but finally refunded me, although not the full amount.

Amber is excellent! Great value for product, and a pleasure to work with.

Amber did an outstanding job on my hair and makeup! I wanted a certain look for my big event and she definitley delivered. She really listens to what you want! She is very talented and super sweet to work with. I look forward to using her services again! =)

Amber was wonderful. She came to my house on the morning of my wedding, did my hair and makeup and my daughter's hair and makeup. We looked absolutely beautiful for pictures. And not just for the pictures, but all day and night long. We stayed looking great throughout the evening and in all of the pictures, we look great! Even with all the rain that night and humidity in the air, my hair and makeup stayed perfect! Thanks Amber, for making my special day perfect!

Amber saved the day for me. The hairstylist I had been working with baled on me and I contacted Amber. Luckily she had an opening and words can not describe how appreciative I am to her. She did my hair and my daughters hair for our wedding and it was perfect. As I got up to the alter, the look on my husbands face was priceless...he told me that I looked beautiful!!!!! Amber was amazing and she had free rein with my girls hair and I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and it was perfect.

Amber was WONDERFUL! She came to my home for a consult, and also my hotel room to get ready and charged a rate that was fair for services rendered. I can't reccommend her enough.

She listened to what I wanted and gave me and all 3 of my bridesmaids amazing hair.

Amber exceeded my expectations for my hair and makeup at my wedding. She was always professional and friendly. She did exactly what I wanted her to do and didn't require much direction. It was one area of my wedding day that I knew I wouldn't have to worry about! I will use Amber in the future for any big event.

I don't know where to start with how happy I am with the makeup that Amber did for my wedding. She asked what I wanted, did 2 different trials with me to ensure that I would be completely satisfied with the look, and on the day of my wedding she made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride ever. Not only was the makeup perfect when she finished, but it stayed that way until the end of the night (and withstood 106 degree temps!!). I cannot recommend her enough! Amber was not only professional but very sweet and wonderful to work with as well.

She also did the makeup AND hair for 2 of my bridesmaids and they ended up looking beyond beautiful. She exceeded my expectations and I will definitely book Amber for my next big night out!

I probably wanted a hair up-do that is a little different than most. Amber did exactly what I asked for and made me look beautiful for my special day. She came to my house for a trial and played around with a couple ideas before we got the right due. She really listened to what I wanted without pushing her own ideas onto me. I love that she didn't try to talk me out of something that I already had my heart set on; but improved on my ideas instead. That was really helpful to ease the wedding day jitters about all the details. I knew that come the wedding day everything (hair/makeup wise) was going to be smooth sailing. I would highly recommend Amber for your specail day!
