I can't say enough good things!! The venue was beautiful! I got so many complements on the venue and florals, by Bella Bllom. Everything was perfect! We had a bit of a fiasco with the cake (no ones fault) and Nicole, Bella Vias coordinator, bent over backward to help us fix it. She made call after call to help us fix the cake and she was soooo helpful!!! I am so glad that we chose Bella Via and I would recommend it to anyone! The price was great too! If you want a Beautiful venue with a great coordinator at a great price, choose Bella Via!!!

Bella Via owner Nicole was the best!!! I called Nicole after seeing the venue in Sherwood, OR. We were planning a quick wedding so my son and his future wife could be married before my mom passed away from cancer. The Wedding was a complete success thanks to Nicole helping us plan as well as having the most beautiful Venue ever!!! Thank you Bella Via and Nicole for making this happen for my family, Dan and Maurisa and especially my mom.. You are the most fantastic person and your Bella Via is the perfect venue for a wedding.

My wedding at Bella Via was amazing. It was a beautiful setting for my wedding and reception. I recieved many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Everyone worked well together- the owner, the dj, caterer, etc. My day was very special, and I appreciated all the help and detail that made my wedding. I highly reccomend Bella Via for any event. They help make your event special!

Wedding and reception 4/22; Nicole was wonderful to work with, she was very helpful with all the arrangements and timing, and she went above and beyound the call of duty to help us and make things turn out great. The venue was perfect for wedding and ceremony, with the upper airway seperating the ambiance of the wedding from the food, and provided a beautiful stairway entance for the bride. The transition from the ceremony to the reception flowed so smoothly. We had table and not chairs and so the whole scene was just breathtaking with the table decorations, Flowers and the guest sitting with thier drinks relaxed and they did not even notice that the bride was delayed.,
Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to have a wedding. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. We were taken great care of, and our wedding was beautiful, in part, because of how the Bella Via helped us make some decisions, problem solve, and just went over and above anything we had hoped for

Bella Via Venue is an amazingly beautiful places to get married. Our wedding was truly magical with the chandeliers and the venue is very flexible. We had both the wedding ceremony and reception at the site with a very smooth transition. Nicole was so helpful and willing to work with our other vendors.

Bella Via is absolutely georgeous! It totally made my wedding :) The decor is so pretty everything else just had to be simple. Its very elegant, and everyone loved it! The bar area was fantastic, and the lights on the tree when it gets dark make it even better. I had a great wedding and I loved my venue!

About Bella Via Venue

The Perfect Fusion of Vintage Charm and Modern Elegance

Bella Via is a new boutique event venue located in Historic Old Town Sherwood, just a short drive from Downtown Portland. Full of unique details both inside and out, Bella Via is the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Gorgeous chandeliers create a romantic glow as you step into the venue and onto the Ballroom floor. This beautiful room is highlighted by amazing, handcrafted stained-glass windows, dance floor and spindle staircase that leads to the Upper Level Bar. The bar features original fir floors, built-in bar, bench seating and amazing lighting making this space the perfect area for guests to mingle and enjoy a birds-eye view of the Ballroom below. Tucked behind the bar are the beautiful and well-appointed Bridal Suite and private Bridal Bathroom. The Bridal Suite and a private Groom’s Room were created to lend both comfort and privacy to the wedding party.

Boutique in size with an intimate feel, Bella Via only books one event per day. Open year-round for indoor events we also offer an Outdoor Patio that is perfect for outdoor ceremonies, additional reception seating or cocktail hour during warmer months. Price varies by day of the week and season. Please contact us for current pricing information.

All 7 hour rentals include a rehearsal within the week of your wedding and in-house coordination services.

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?

Our 7 hour wedding package includes a PA system and a decorative arch for indoor or outdoor ceremony.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?

Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are included in the rental fee. All other items are to be rented through one of our preferred caterers.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio?

We offer facility rental and in-house coordination services. The caterer selected fully staffs each event.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?

Yes, for catering. Other vendors are offered as suggestions. Each vendor has been hand selected for their specialty and quality of service.

Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

We do not have our own musicians and there is no additional charge to bring in your own musicians.

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?

The all day pricing of the Saturday rental includes access to a beautifully decorated Bridal Suite and special Groom's Room.

Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?

No, all alcohol must be provided by the caterers on our preferred vendor list. Some of these caterers allow you to provide your own alcohol which they will serve during your event.

What restrictions (if any) on decorations?

No open flame candles are allowed and no decorations that cause permanent damage are permitted.

What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?

We must obide by the City of Sherwood's noise ordinances.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
