Bella Vista Banquets

I would truly give Bella Vista ten stars if possible. My husband and I were thrilled with the job they did for our New Year’s Eve wedding at the Holiday Inn Express in Palatine. The service, the food, the decorations, the attention to detail – everything they did turned out amazing. We contacted almost 80 hotels, caterers, and banquet halls in the Chicago suburbs, and Bella Vista was by far the nicest to speak to and the most affordable. Their prices are great, but they don’t skimp on anything. We got an excellent value – delicious Italian chicken, twice baked potato, carrots, bread, soup, salad, ice cream & cupcakes, an open bar (with beer, wine, and liquor), coffee, plenty of serving staff, dishes, AND decorations (including chair covers, sashes, and other linens!) all included in one very affordable price. I was nervous because they didn’t have any reviews online that I could find, but Ray and Debbie were fantastic to work with, especially considering we planned the wedding from out of state. When we went to their monthly tasting, we thought the food was good, but not excellent, but what they provided for our actual wedding dinner was absolutely delicious and was served hot, tasted great, and in nice sized portions. They really went above and beyond to make our wedding special and our guests said the food was GREAT. They were also extremely accommodating for the various special meals we had to request for gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, and vegetarian diets. I didn’t really enjoy wedding planning, but Bella Vista did such a great job, I want to do it all over again. I can’t say enough good things about Ray and Debbie and their business. We would love to work with them again someday.
