i acyally didnt get my invitaions there. i got other stuff like the white coloms with drapery and ferns on top with lights in the back ground it was so beautiful.

Our invitations were beautiful! They turned out just how we wanted them and we loved how we got to design them, but also got great ideas from the ideas online..it made the process so much easier than starting from scratch. They didn't take too long to get printed and shipped to us, and they came with matching envelopes. They printed a few extra for us for free, in case we messed up on some of them. They were a little spendier than we had liked, but it was well worth the money because first impression is everything and sets the tone for the entire wedding, so we wanted them to be bold and make a statement.

An amazing experience. The staff was so helpful and the selection was amazing. We ended up picking a beautiful turquoise and blue invitation that matched our overall theme to 'T'. I saw the review on here stating that there were issues with correctness and delivery. Ours were spot on the first time and our expectations were blown away.

It has been well over a month since I ordered my invitations. I am now waiting for the 3rd shippment because all previous ones were not printed correctly. While the staff is really responive and professional on the phone, the whole experience has been negative. I am way past the date when I needed to send the invitations by and I am still not sure if that shipment I am expecting today correct or not. I expected better quality of service.

The absolute goal of Bella Wedding Invitations is 100% Customer Satisfaction. Three times to get the right invitations is not acceptable and is an exception based on past experience. Our Director of Customer Service got immediately involved. We spoke with Irina directly by phone and she let us know the third order was delivered and was to her satisfaction.

Thank you so much! We are thrilled with the quality, the turnaround time, and the selection. The only hiccup we ran across was that it was not possible to pay by credit card at the website. I had to call customer service and phone in my credit card. They were very nice, so it was just a minor inconvenience. Christine Wright

From there you can select the items you would like to receive.How do I order proofs?Bella Wedding has invested in an Online Proof system. All of our invitations can be proofed online before ordering. We also understand that occasionally a customer will want a printed proof. The cost is $25.00 per proof and it will take 2-3 weeks to receive the proof. In order to receive a proof: Customize the invitation with the desired wording. Submit the order. Contact us via the phone with your order number. We will hold the order and print 1 proof and mail it to you. When you are ready, contact us with approval to print the rest of the order.What type of printing do you use?We use thermography to print your order. Thermography has slightly raised letters that you can feel when you touch the wording. How do I save my work for later? ("my favorites")Select an item to proof. Click the "Add This Item to Favorites". Your current Quote, Verse and color selections will be saved for review later.
