Do Not Consider Buying Your Dress Here. While Bridget was a very cordial associate and made my first dress try-on experience a pleasant experience, the second and third times coming back and narrowing my options on gowns went very poorly with a different associate. Here were my three huge Red Flags that made me decide to take my business elsewhere:
1) There was no picture-taking allowed
2) All dresses had their designer labels and sizing tags removed, and when asked what the dress was when trying on, out of conversation, the associate ignored me and proceeded to change the subject all together (Very Rude!)
3) If you do like a dress there, which they have a good selection, be prepared to pay 100% down at the time of order... no guarentees when the dress will come in, color, style, ripped, or damaged, you have already paid 100% of the gown cost. Poor customer service standards in the industry.
Very willing to help, reasonable prices. Wide variety of dresses to choose from and can match bridesmaids and bride very easily

There were aspects of this bridal shop that I liked and others that I did not. When I ordered my dress, the first woman who measured me had my measurements all wrong. She would have had me order a dress 4 sizes larger. I was remeasured by Connie and she was wonderful. She got my measurements correct and we ordered the correct size. Unfortunately when I went to try my dress on for the first time, the woman who helped me was really rude and made the experience not fun. She wasn't helpful when looking for jewelry or veils. As with the first time, when I returned and worked with Connie, everything was much better and a more pleasant experience.

DO NOT BUY DRESS FROM THIS BRIDAL SHOP. I ordered a dress one year before my wedding. The dress was still not in two months before my wedding. The store manager told me several different stories as to why it was not in yet. She was unable to tell me when it was ordered and when it would be coming in. I had to ask for my money back and look for another dress two months before my wedding date. She never once apologized or offered to help me locate it. My guess was that it was never ordered.

I bought my dress here, which I really loved. I worked with Connie Posluszny, who was very helpful and provided great service! She also did my dress fitting and ironed my dress! Connie was wonderful to work with!
Owner was rude. Tuxedos had white fuzzies on shoulders on day of wedding and were not clean. Alterations very, very expensive. I bought my wedding dress there and got the all the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes there because of the discount. Had I known what poor customer service I would have gotten, I would not have done that to my bridal party.
When my ordered bridal gown came in, the dress was different than the floor model. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the dress before I ordered it. The store insisted the dress was the correct one and that I must not be remembering it correctly. I went home to get the photos and brought them back to the store for proof. The manager reluctantly ordered another dress for me with another 6-week wait. That dress also came in wrong--the same as the first one. The third order was expedited and arrived correct. The customer service wasn’t what I expected.
They had a really great selection of dresses for the girls to choose from. The dress options were original and not the same ones you see at every other store you go to. All the dresses arrived on time and correct. The sales clerk helping us choose was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions for altering to flatter each bridesmaids’ body type and size.
