Bellevue Bridal has a great selection at good prices! I had Leah to help me shop for my wedding dress. She was personable, helpful, and great at helping me pick out a dress. I found my perfect dress there! Leah was great about measuring and ordering my dress quickly! Bellevue bridal kept me informed throughout the process of ordering it, shipping, and receiving the dress at their store. I also had my dress altered there. She did a great job, but my dress was a little too tight, I should have asked to have her loosen it a bit after she fit it. But that was my fault not hers. Great job by all of the staff at Bellevue Bridal!

Every person I worked with at Bellevue Bridal was a joy to deal with. Every time I went to the boutique I really felt like they were happy to see me, and they never acted like I was taking up too much of their time. They have a great selection of dresses, both bridal and bridal party. I got so many compliments on my dress at our wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased with how all of the alterations turned out. Thanks!

Amazing boutique! We just happened to stumble in one day, just to browse, and of course I end up buying the first dress I pulled off the rack. The staff were amazing! The dress was beautiful. I couldn't have been more happy with these guys! Sometimes you go into these stores and feel overwhelmed with all the pressure to spend thousands on a dress that's all the fashion but isn't really you. Not here. Everything was perfect.

Bellevue Bridal was great! Not only did I find my perfect dress there, but I found the perfect bridesmaids dresses as well. The staff was so helpful, and the shop own Dana really stepped up when we had some major issues come up. I would definitely recommend going in on a weekday...much less crowded!

From the first moment I walked in Bellevue Bridal Boutique to the day I wore my wedding gown, all my experiences with Bellevue Bridal were superior. I went to 15 places in Washington and Oregon in search of the perfect wedding gown and experienced different levels of customer service, quality, and price, and Bellevue Bridal Boutique ranks the highest. I would like to mostly review Juli, the alteration lady. If I could list every word in the dictionary that meant AMAZING, I would. I found the material of my dreams on a dress that was not designed to my liking. I used a bunch of clips, held the dress in different direction, told Juli a laundry list of things I wanted to change, and asked her if she could create my ideal wedding gown. She said yes, and she did! I was so nervous because I had a vision and wasn’t sure if it could be created. When Juli was done, I had never seen such a beautiful exquisite wedding gown in my life, Juli is an alterations angel. Her skills and talent are beyond superior! For 6 months, I drove down to Seattle from Portland every month for a fitting. I chose to go slowly and make small changes one at a time. If you saw the original dress and compared it to Juli’s final product, it would blow your mind! I will be sending her a picture soon, ask her to see the photo if you would like to see the miracles this woman can perform. Also, Juli spent a lot of time with me and with my dress and the cost was so extremely reasonable. I LOVE my dress and 5 weeks post-wedding, constantly people are telling me that my dress was the most unique and beautiful wedding gown they have ever seen. If you are a bride with a vision, Juli can deliver beyond your expectations!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Dana the manager was so rude & treated me terribly. She couldnt have worse customer service. I wont go in to detail but pretty much everything you shouldnt do...is what she did to me. Could there be a worse time to recieve this kind of treatment...being 3 months away from my wedding? No. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Not only was Dana shockingly rude & inappropiate but you would be lucky to recieve the care & time you truely deserve from any of the employees. JUST AWFUL. Customer service is everything and word of mouth is a strong thing. I am not someone who usually complains but this was deserving of it. From one bride to another...dont choose this place for any of your wedding day needs. Spend your money at a place more worthy of it.

We purchased the bridesmaid dresses from Bellevue Bridal Boutique. They had the best prices out of the four places we looked and had a fairly large selection for being a smaller shop. They were very helpful and their alterations were surprisingly affordable.

We went to to Bellevue Boutique to find a wedding dress and we were impressed the moment we walked in. They have a really nice selection of dresses to choose from, and I found something that I really loved.

Although I loved the dress that I bought from Bellevue Bridal, I was not impressed with their customer service on my initial visit. The sales woman who was helping me was very inattentive, and half the time I was trying on dresses my sister was helping me in and out of dresses, rather than the woman who was supposedly trying to sell me a dress.

However, once I decided to get my dress there, I worked with their in-house seamstress, who was very friendly and flexible. She even helped my bridesmaid look for a dress, and kept the store open later so I could meet with her after work. I was much happier to give my money to her than to the unhelpful saleswoman who sold me my dress (although I did get a great deal!). The store has a great selection, but it seemed like they were understaffed most of the time I was there.

I absolutely loved my Allure bridal wdiing gown that i got form bellevue bridal. I first saw it on ebay, and fell inlove with it after a long search ofcourse. Then i bought the one on ebay, and it turned out not fitting and the wrong color when it got to me. I then started looking at local boutiques, bellevue bridal was closer to my work, thats how they made the cut really. But the ladies there turned out to be awsome, and they gave such lovely attention and care and advice on how to get into the dress on my wedding day since it was going to be out of the country. They even gave me extra hanging bags to put they dress in so it didn't get ruined, i dragged that dress around at the airport (30 hrs of plane ride) but it was perfect when we got to malawi. I was so relieved! i got my veil there aswell and also my flower girl dress. I loved everything i got from there. They were so professional and very helpful. Thank you so much ladies for making my special day special!.

I purchased my wedding dress here and throughout the entire process, they really took care of me. The alterations are done in-house and the lady that does them is so flexible. She was really great with listening to all of my concerns and she helped to get the dress to fit me like a glove. I even went in the week before the wedding to make any last minute changes - the customer service was wonderful the entire time!

I was very pleased with my experience at Bellevue Bridal! My dress was off the rack in the clearance section, but it was in perfect condition!!! The seamstress was amazing and all though I continued to lose weight up to 2 days before our wedding, she still took the dress in several times for me without complaint!!! I could not have asked for a better experience or a more lovely wedding dress!!!

I cannot say enough about how GREAT my experience was at Bellevue Bridal Boutique! Julie is absolutely AMAZING! My dress had a halter/turtle neck line which was way to thick for my short 5'3" frame, as well as the bust line that was too long for my body--basically, I thought it was going to have to be a complete alteration of the dress. However, Julie was able to alter everything PERFECTLY!!! She would always show and confirm with me everything she was going to be doing, and was just overall always so pleasant to be around! Everyone in the store was always so sweet and helpful!

Bellevue Bridal Boutique was one of the first places I went to look for my wedding dress. On my initial visit, I couldn't find anything I liked in particular, but had a really great experience in the store with all the ladies who worked there. However, I continued looking at other stores to find "the dress".

I found a dress I liked at a different store, but I never liked the consultants at that other store since they were always so pushy, and tried to force you to buy a dress with the threat that it "wouldn't come in on time unless you purchased it now!"... The lady at this store tried to sell me a gown at only $100 Off for Off the Rack--the dress had pitt stains and was more than $100 worth of damage to repair. They even had the tags ripped off and put a "fake" name of the style name.

However, I was able to find a list of designers this other store had, and after going through the designer's website, found the dress I liked -- under it's TRUE style name!
LUCKILY for me, Bellevue Bridal Boutique also carried this designer! Not only was it almost Half the Price the other store was trying to charge me, they also said I could order it with Plenty of Time for the dress to come in for alterations (No RUSH shipping fee the other store was trying to force me to pay for). Bellevue Bridal Boutique was able to order my dress and the rest is history! I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE a bride could ever ask for! I ALWAYS loved going in for a fitting and really cannot express enough my heartfelt thanks to everyone there for my lovely gown!

Amazing service, beautiful dresses, and good prices! The people here were wonderfully helpful and caring. I found the perfect wedding dress and will go back there for every formal to come!

I was quite surprised with the quality of this business. Not only was I not greeted, but they did not take care of me at all. I made an appointment - as recommended by both their website, calling in, and their employees. However, when I arrived, no one was there to meet me and help me. I ended up having to take the dresses personally to my room, which I located on my own. My mom & I quickly left after I tried on one dress. I was not happy with their services at all.

I had an outstanding experience with Bellevue Bridal. It was the second boutique I visited and I found my dress right away. The service was great from the sales staff to the seamstress. They were very flexible and able to get my dress done in a very timely manor. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect dress. I felt like the most beautiful women in the world and that’s how it should be on your wedding day!

I had really bad service at this boutique. If you don't like to shop in an over crowded store then don't go here. The customer service is horrible.

Everyone at Bellevue Bridal is so nice. They were really helpful and very tolerant of my extreme wackyness. I only tried on one dress because I new exactly which one I wanted. BBB was the only bridal salon around at the time that had the dress I wanted so I was kinda forced to go there but it was well worth it.

I didn't know what to expect from such a fancy looking shop. I was instantly welcomed and helped to choose the perfect dress to travel with to my wedding in Italy. I also bought a lovely bolero jacket, tiara and my earrings from them! It was perfectly altered and steamed. Julie helped me get my dress ready for the flight and my fiancee lugged it on the flights and it arrived in perfect condition. I got a lovely dress on clearance so got it for less than $400. Impressive. I looked great, felt great and was very happy. Absolutely recommend.

I loved this bridal store! My only problem was I wanted a wedding dress with sleeves because of the cold weather for our wedding, and most of the dresses were sleeveless, but luckily, I found my dress in the clearance section and it was on sale AND it had sleeves! It was a perfect fit for me! And the workers there were fantastic catering to my every need and helping me try on any dress I wanted! They are fantastic!

The first dress I tried on was the perfect dress for me. Bellevue Bridal has a very good selection for both the bride and bridal group. You'll have a fun time trying on the dresses and the staff was somewhat helpful. The seamstress was fabulous!

I was very familiar with Bellevue Bridal when I got engaged. I tried on dresses a few other places, just for fun, but what I found was that my experiences other places confirmed what I already knew, Bellevue Bridal has beautiful, QUALITY dresses for reasonable prices and they are willing to help you out personally. I grew up a seamstress so I am very picky about the quality of fabrics, embellishments, and quality of fabrication. I was impressed with their selection on every level. I was in a time crunch and they allowed me to purchase the dress off the floor, even though it had only came in 2 days before and I was the 2nd person to try it on. I even got a steal of a deal on the dress of my dreams!!! Julie is hands down the best for alterations. Don't be put off by her low prices, she is the best there is, fast, personable, so sweet and friendly and produces excellent, excellent work. She makes the whole process easy, fun, and relaxing!!!

I only ordered my bridesmaids dresses here as my mother made my dress. However, the staff was extremely helpful. One of the girls even tried some dresses on for me as she was about the same size as one of my bridesmaids who lives out of state. The dresses came in early, in the right color and the girls loved them.

I enjoyed working with these ladies so much I bought my flower girl's dress here as well, off the rack.

I would recommend this store to anyone who doesn't want to worry about the bridesmaids attire.

everyone was very pleasent and worked with me to get me in when i needed to be there, they communicated very well. julie, the seamstress is AMAZING and is so supportive, i couldn't of asked for a better team. my mom also bought her jewelry, i bought my shoes, and all of my NINE bridesmaids bought their dresses from there and received %10 off because that is where i bought my dress! they are FANTASTIC!

Bellevue Bridal was great. Not only are the friendly and give exceptional customer service, they have all of the up to date current dresses, at a very reasonable price. They are true experts at what they do. They are always there to give you their best advice and honest opinions. I'm so glad I ordered my dress through them.

Kathy and Julie from Bellevue Bridal are such kind, accomodating and helpful ladies! I am so glad I was referred to their shop to look for dresses. I went shopping with a friend at Bellevue Bridal, and found "the dress", and the compliments came flying in (just what a soon-to-be-bride wants to hear!) I dont have family in the area, and asked to take a few pictures of the dress on me, to which Julie responded "Absolutely, let me take some for you!" If you have been shopping for wedding dresses lately, you will know this is not the usual response. Later, when I came in shopping for my veil, I initially chose a very expensive model. But Kathy and Julie saw the look on my face and quickly showed me the discounted veils, which were much more afforable for me at the time. And when it came to the tailoring of the dress, Julie could not have been more helpful. At one point, we noticed a seam on my dress that was missing some sequins, and without hesitation (or asking for another payment) Julie fixed it for me, adding on the sequins herself. I couldnt have asked for a better dress-buying experience. Even though you are paying more than at one of the big "discount bridal" stores, you will be repaid with kindness and helpfulness that cant be matched anywhere else.

The ladies at Bellevue Bridal made my dress shopping painless and fun. They were helpful, responsive, professional, prompt, informative, and best of all, friendly. Every time I went in there, they remembered me and were excited to see me. I bought my dress, my bridesmaid's dresses, and my mom's dress there. All four were beautiful and Julie who does the alterations did an amazing job on my dress in a timely and affordable manner.

I was so impressed by Bellevue Bridal. I didn't have a lot of $$ to spend on a dress but I really wanted to shine on my big day. They had TONS of dresses under $1000. And the most amazing thing was, it was like they picked the most classy and chic dresses offered by the less expensive designers. They also had a great selection with tons of choices. And, best of all, they were extremely kind and attentive to my mom and me, even after we told them our budget. I actually live in Austin, TX, and got married in Washington State where my parents live. After visiting Bellevue Bridal while I was home for the holidays, I went back to Texas and kept looking. Here in Austin I never found another boutique with as many beautiful, reasonably priced dresses. In fact, after looking for several more months and feeling more and more disillousioned after each experience, I called BBS back and ordered one of the first dresses I looked at, even though there were all the way across the country. They had been so helpful, I just WANTED to give them my business. My dress arrived without any problems and I looked like a million $$ on my wedding day (even though I spent less than $600 on the dress!)!

I love the ladies at Bellevue Bridal Boutique! While their dresses can be a bit pricey... their customer service was outstanding! They are all so personable and make you feel so welcomed! I would definitely recommend this place for any bride who has a higher budget :)

My bridesmaid dresses were gorgeous. My dress was an off the rack Nicole Miller so I didn't use them for myself but my bridesmaids dresses were from here and were stunning!

i had all my bridesmaids order their dresses from bellevue bridal. none of my wedding party lived here so they all had to go get fitted at home and call in their orders. bellevue bridal was great about this, and even gave us a discount for ordering all the dresses thought them. they also gave my a swatch of the dress color to help with planning.
