Perfect wedding venue! Great to work with & rental fee goes 100% to the owning non-profit, ACH child & family services. Perfect for Texas weather because equally beautiful receptions can be planned indoors our out. We'd really wanted an outdoor reception but spring skipped our Saturday and at the last minute we moved it indoors - a seamless transition. Our day-of coordinator, Tamesha, was THE BEST. She brought it all together, from our pianist to our DJ to our caterer to corralling family members for photos. Ask for her and you will NOT be disappointed. Definitely recommend renting a 12x12 dance floor and using accent-color overlays (we used Tiffany blue) over white table linens - the color transformed the room. A beautiful wedding venue that I can't recommend enough.

The Belltower was a beautiful, picturesque venue for our wedding. The icing on the cake was that it is run by a non-profit that benefits children! The Belltower includes a wedding coordinator with your booking, which was an amazing help! Erika was great and I knew that she was taking care of the details of the wedding so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Highly recommended!

We loved having the wedding at the Bell Tower. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. We used the venors that they recommend and it worked out very well. We highly recommend it to any couple wanting to marry in the Ft. Worth area.

The best wedding venue ever. The chapel is AMAZING and the stained glass windows are breath-taking!!
They still need to work on some renovation to include a sink in the kkitchen and provide running water.
Definitely the ideal wedding location!!

My now husband and I got married at the Belltower Chapel & Gardens in the chapel and had our reception outdoors in the garden. We were both extremely pleased with our experience and had several guests ask how we found such a gem of a venue. Not only is the venue alone just breathtaking, but they allow outside vendors and catering. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other venues in the DFW area. Trust me, I did a LOT of research! Laurie, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to assure we had a pleasant experience and make sure everything was in place and ready to go. She really takes away a lot of stress! I would do it all over again at this venue in a heartbeat!

Love this venue! It was soo beautiful and perfect for my vintage themed wedding. The space is very warm and cozy, and the stained glass provided just a bit of drama to add the most beautiful splash of colors as a backdrop! I keep getting compliments on the space from my guests! They loved it! The staff was all top notch and professional, and the property was kept clean and tidy at all times. Julie Brown, my day of coordinator, could not have been a more perfect match for me and my team. She was prompt in all inquiries that I made to her via email and on the phone, and very professional. Loved her! Any vintage bride will fall in love with this venue! Absolutely a must see before making a venue choice in the dfw area! Thank you Belltower!

The venue is beautiful but that is about it.. The coordinators were worthless and continued to get in the way of the setup crew. The facility only has TWO bathrooms! How is that even functionable for 100+ guests. They do not offer a kitchen prep area or even a sink of poor water out into for the caters. We had to use the bathroom sink with a small pitcher to get water to fill the chaffing dishes. It took longer and if they provided us with a sink or even a faucet outside would have made the job move along faster. Their 'room' they have for the catering use is pointless. There are notes all over the room telling the catering to not do this and to not do that. Seriously! How can you prepare or even get things set up if you cant put a pan on their provided tables.. They will not work with you if you are needing water supply outside for setting up. They did not allot any decent amount of time before the ceromy to decorate and would not work with us. They gave us TWO hours to prepare for a wedding for 100+ guest. I would not recommend this place except for the beauty of the facitily. The staff is extremely rude and everything we wanted to do was a direct answer of 'NO'.
Vendor response to review
A historic building has many advantages (beauty, charm and character) – but it also comes with a few challenges. This reviewer is correct…unfortunately, our facility was not built with a full-service kitchen (as it wasn’t originally built as a wedding facility). While such a kitchen would be ideal, numerous professional caterers have provided excellent service using our catering prep room. We understand it doesn’t offer an ideal setup. We do, however, make it a point to show the entire facility – including the prep room – to prospective brides and caterers. We do not mislead or misrepresent the features or capacities of our facilities, and they are plainly visible when touring the venue.
Yes, we do have two newly-renovated restrooms in the building itself, with additional restroom facilities available nearby that we open up if/when necessary.
Regarding the preparation/decoration time – we do not dictate how each client uses their allotted rental period. The clients determine their setup needs and can adjust the time according to what they feel is necessary to set up and decorate. We even have the option to add extra hours to the rental period when additional decorating time is needed.
Our staff is experienced, professional, and focused on providing superior service to our clients so they can enjoy a wonderful memorable wedding day. We strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible…at the same time we do have reasonable policies in place to protect our facility, guests, vendors and staff – all of which are clearly outlined in our rental contract.

The chapel is truly beautiful and our daughters wedding was gorgeous. The problems were with the coordinator and her rudeness to guest. They are EXTREMELY picky. Guest were standing by the stain glass and told to not get too close--rude. They watch everyone like they are criminals-unprofessional. Kitchen sucks and be ware when you see the venue they DO NOT make a point of telling you there is NO SINK in the so called prep room. Even in the contract when it describes the prep room they mention refrigerator and tables but not a sink. For goodness sake add a sink . We asked and they said well you can use the tiny janitors closet which was filthy and a mess. Her help as coordinator was ok but she definitely needs some training in how to deal with people professionally. We had to tell her way too much right before the wedding , during and especially through the reception. And we had already gone over everything in detail. The girl who was helping her was totally unhelpful. The time frame they a lot you is next to impossible to set up, have the wedding, reception and then clean up very fast to get out of there in time. We even "bought" an extra hour and still were rushed. Which that in itself is totally a scam. Just give people that extra hour in their time frame, instead of using it to make more money. Beware of what they tell you, it changes once you have given them all the money then it doesn't matter because you are stuck. A coordinator is supposed to pretty much be in charge so the mother of the Bride can enjoy the day. I had to work my tail off along with several other family members. You don't get enough bang for the buck. Also if they have a wedding the night before your wedding you can not use the chapel for your rehearsal. They are not accommodating enough to warrant the price they charge. DON'T LET THE NEATNESS OF THE CHAPEL MAKE YOUR DECISION ALONE.
Vendor response to review
We're sorry this family member was not pleased with her experience here. Any time we receive negative feedback about our customer service, we promptly address it with our staff. Our apologies if anyone came across rude and picky - we all do our best to ensure a successful event, and protect our facility, clients and guests at the same time.
We are very open and honest about our catering prep room (we don't even refer to it as a "kitchen") - it is wide open and shown during tours and consultations. Additionally, both our contract (reviewed by clients before booking) and our policies document (provided to clients immediately upon booking) specifically state, "Belltower Chapel & Garden DOES NOT have a full service kitchen. Our Prep Room does not have a sink or ovens." The chapel is a historic facility, and there are limitations on the modifications we can make. Despite this limitation, professional caterers continually provide excellent services at our venue.
The rental hours are clearly published on our website, and outlined in our contract. We do offer the option for clients to purchase additional rental time. More rental time means more paid staffing time and expense for us, so yes - we do charge for extra hours.
Our rental rates are quite competitive, considering the quality of the facility itself along with the amenities and inclusions we provide. We are proud of the services we offer, but we acknowledge that we sometimes don't meet everyone's expectations. We sincerely hope that the bride and groom had a wonderful wedding, despite these concerns.

The Belltower Chapel and Garden - Fort Worth, TX
The venue is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is WONDERFUL!
Everything about our event was just PERFECT!
I recommend this venue over all others. We had searched and searched for the perfect wedding/reception location. My husband wanted to get married in a chapel, I wanted something outdoors. At The Belltower Chapel and Garden, we both got exactly what we wanted! The chapel is one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. Our families loved the stain glass and all the detail. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was! The great part about it all was that we hardly had to have any decorations, because the venue itself is beautiful!
The staff at The Belltower is so professional and kind. They truly strive to give you everything you've always wanted.
My husband and I's favorite part about this venue was the fact that every single penny you pay, goes directly to a non-profit organization. As we all know, weddings are very expensive, but booking with the venue, you feel good about spending money, because it goes to a GREAT cause!

This was a beautiful place. It has options to do the ceremony inside or outside as well as the reception. which is great because Texas weather is very unpredictable. I had my ceremony in side and the reception outside in the garden. It was beautiful.

Amaaaaaaaaazing! We couldn't have been happier with the Belltower. The space is gorgeous and all very reasonably priced when you look at comparable wedding venues in the DFW area. I researched like crazy! We loved that it involves such a great cause, which adds a little special touch to your wedding day. We decided to go with day of coordination and officiant services as well. Again, we couldn't have been happier. Bryan Bellamy and Jody Massey were an absolute pleasure to work with. Bryan did a great job with the ceremony and is just a genuinely nice, kind person. Finding an officiant was a bit of a headache for us (we got stood up by one at our first meeting!), but Bryan eased my fears completely. He routinely emailed or called me to check in and see how things were coming along. Jody was another highlight of the day. I hate that I've forgotten her assistant's name, but she was also very nice and helpful through the entire event! Jody met with us beforehand and helped us finalize our timeline for our vendors. She was so nice and reassuring about things, then everything just went smoothly from there on out! The day of was amazing and I didn't have a thing to worry about. If something went wrong, I had no idea!! Thank you for making our wedding so much more than we could ever have imagined!

Belltower was a gorgeous venue. The BT staff was kind and courteous and were very quick to repsond to any questions.

I was so pleased with Belltower Chapel! They were attentive through all the process and the day of went extremely smoothly. The venue is GORGEOUS and perfectly sized if you are expecting around 100 people. If you are looking for a church without necessarily the religious aspect, I highly recommend Belltower. They are GREAT!!!

Throughout the wedding, and until a week or two after, I could not have said enough about this venue (in fact, the glowing review below is from my wife, the day after the wedding). The location is beautiful, and the staff are seemingly helpful. That was, until I discovered that they weren't refunding my deposit. When I asked why, I was informed that we were in violation of their alcohol policy. What they meant by this was: Although we did not serve alcohol, and informed them that they would not need to provide security after all (they kept the money for the security guards anyway), their coordinator informed my groomsmen that they could drink, as long as it was kept to the back room. So, my groomsmen opened a bottle of Scotch they were saving for after the wedding, and quietly enjoyed a drink. The coordinator who informed them of this, then indicated on the assessment of the event that we had violated their policy, and had my mother in law sign it, not realizing she was signing a confession.
We treated this venue with respect, and no one is indicating that there was ever alcohol in the main room, or that my groomsmen caused any disturbance. It's just an excuse to keep our deposit.
When I asked how this was reasonable, I was informed that, as someone who has served in the Army, I should understand policies and personal responsibility. I certainly do. And as a soldier, I also understand when persons in authority twist policies to take advantage of you. I just never expected to be swindled on my wedding day.
I will always get to remember this, not as the joyous occasion it should have been, but as the day I got robbed in Texas.
You only have one chance for a perfect wedding, be sure you don't make the mistake of having it here, or if you do, keep your eyes open for how you will be taken advantage of.
Vendor response to review
This is a rather unfortunate situation in which the clients did not fully read or understand the contracted policies to which they agreed.
We do allow the service of alcohol at events here at Belltower, under 2 conditions; 1) the client must provide a TABC certified bartender to serve alcoholic beverages to their guests, and 2) the client is required to pay for security officers to be onsite during their reception. This couple initially advised us that they would be serving alcohol, so we hired the officers. One week prior to the wedding, they informed us via e-mail that they opted NOT to serve alcoholic beverages due to our "stringent regulations." We responded very kindly and let them know that at such a late date, we could not cancel the officers, as they require a minimum of 2 weeks' cancellation notice. We still had to pay the security officers.
If it were just the groomsmen simply enjoying a toast in the groom's room, this would not have been an issue. But during this particular event, many of the guests were serving themselves from an apparent supply of alcohol in the facility dressing rooms. This is a violation of a policy that is in place due to state regulations.
All of our policies are clearly outlined in our contract, in our policies document, and in our final reminders that are sent to each couple prior to their wedding date. Additionally, a letter with a full explanation of the deposit retention was mailed to the couple immediately after their wedding date.
We are truly sorry that this couple is left with a negative impression. While we wish them a very happy future together, we regretfully had to retain funds as a result of the contract requirements and policies that they violated.

The venue is beautiful. I loved the look. I only really have 2 complaints. First that the music was not loud enough in the reception. We used the ipod option but you could not hear the music and they would not let us turn it up. My second complaint is that we left one hour before our rental period was up, so my family would have time to clean up. When they went in from seeing us off, the tables had already been cleared. Everyone's food was thrown out (weather they were finished with it or not) All the table decorations were thrown away (and I wanted to keep some!) and they were already cleaning up. There was still an hour left, they had no business touching anything yet. Also all our info cards for how to share digital photos with us were gone, so no one shared pictures with us, and my brother's camera was missing when he came back in from seeing us off. I must have been thrown out with the decorations. My grandma still complains that she only got one bite of cake because hers was thrown away. Everything else was great. Our coordinator, Meagan was really nice. The venue was set and ready for us when we got there, and it was beautiful. I just wish we could have heard the music and that our things were not thrown out.

Dear Belltower Chapel and Gardens Staff,
We would like to send you the highest praise and humblest thanks for the wonderful venue and service you provided us since the day we had our first consultation and selected you as our wedding venue. We loved that our wedding would be helping contribute to the cause of ACH and loved the history of the campus we were being a part of.
What all did we love about the Belltower? More like what didn't we love! We loved the customer service, the fast and polite responses you gave to our numerous emails, the professionalism of the staff was above and beyond, and the day of our wedding was made perfect by your staff's willingness to help. We loved ya'll and want to let every bride out there looking for 5 star service across the board and a beautiful venue for both the wedding and the reception to please consider and check out the Belltower Chapel and Gardens. You will not regret it! We received so much positive feedback about the selection of our venue as well. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for the work that you do through the non-profit and the amazing service you provided that made our wedding so magical. We are forever grateful and will be recommending you whenever we can!
Love,

Great staff! They were so helpful. They help set up, they refilled the food trays and beverages, and they cut the cake. I was so worried about all the little things and trying to find family to do things. They took a lot of stress away by handling things so well! Beautiful stained glass in chapel and reception area. They set up all the tables and chairs how you want, so there is less to set up before the wedding.

If I could give them a 10 I would!!! Barbara, Wendy and Hanna were by far the most superior vendor we had. Barbara handled everything that came up..even while she was on vacation...who does that? Barbara that's who. After I saw how well she had everything under control at the rehearsal...I quit worrying and starting enjoying myself...everything came off without a hitch...at one point we realized Mishka had left something in her car and their goes Barbara running in 5 inch heels to retrieve the item...The Belltower Chapel and Gardens is a class act...with old world charm and top notch wedding coordinator's...thanks girls!
This is a beautiful facility. Slightyly off the beaten path, the scenic beauty of the building and gardens, combined with the professionalism of the staff will ensure your wedding is memorable.
More Love Band featuring the Loveless Duo sang at the Belltower Chapen & Garden for the beautiful wedding of Marcus and Becca Davis. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, especially when Marcus sang a special song for Becca during the ceremony.
The More Love Band featuring the Loveless Duo sang for the reception --- the entire room was jumping.
We definitely recommend this chapel for your next wedding or special event! The staff is professional and the chapel is breath-taking!

Outstanding and professional coordinators - beautiful chapel and reception area!
What a wonderful place to get married! The facilities are modern and the staff is top-notch. Also, one of very few places to have an actual "church wedding" on a Sunday. Beautiful gardens, lots of flexibility and you even get to ring a big bell!!!
