We actually went to the Park Meadows Mall Location in Lone Tree. We had nothing but outstanding service and staff that bent over backwards to help us design exactly what we wanted. We will be customers for life!

We used Ben Bridge for our wedding bands and my fiance used them for my engagement ring. We started the process at the now closed Colorado Springs store and have continued our business in Denver. The sales staff we have worked with have all been fantastic; very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. We went with them for my husband's band because of their policies with tungsten rings. They are the only store we found that offers a warranty on the tungsten and will replace the ring if it happens to break, as well as replace it if he needs a new size (we just pay the cost to send the original ring back to their supplier). Their selection is great and the prices are really great for what you get. Yes, you can get cheaper jewelry elsewhere, but not for the quality you get at Ben Bridge.

Ben Bridge has the most original and amazing jewelry I have ever seen. They have resonable prices and lots of styles to choose from. They also have diamond shows which are my favorite because alot of the pieces are one of a kind.

The engagement ring is absolutely stunning but the story behind it is awful. They only offer to size the ring once for free after that they charge. So, it was too big upon purchase-- it was sent in to get sized and then the day it was supposed to be sized and ready to go we called before hand just to check and they told us it wasn't done and that a diamond fell out so it would be ready on friday after it was fixed. On friday when we arrived to get it they said they did not know what we were talking about, or where it was. They accused my fiance of lying about it and said they would call if they had anymore information. The ring came in, poorly repaired and was picked it up. After complaining about the obviously poor craftmenship they said they would reorder it in the correct size and we could switch out. it took them weeks to get the new ring in. What a hassle. And we still had to purchase the jewlery cleaner in the end...

We needed a ring fast, and they didnt have the size we needed, so we were able to buy a ring, special order the one we needed and return the original one with no problems

This is the most impressive jewelry store I ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, and the diamonds are AMAZING! If you ever go into any jewelry store, ask to see their diamonds under a microscope - Ben Bridge offers this automatically, and after you've seen other diamonds, you will see why theirs are a bit pricier. They're SO much more beautiful and pure. The staff will also educate you about diamonds, clarity, cut and color, so that you can shop around in other jeweler's stores and compare their merchandise intelligently. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!
