We purchased the matching band to my engagement ring in Toronto. The e-ring came from a Ben Moss in Kingston, ON.The gentleman who served us was polite, friendly, and very informative. He gave us a discount on the ring since the engagement ring had been purchased there. The band arrived when they said it would, fit my finger, and fits with the engagement ring snugly. Before the wedding, they cleaned and replated my engagement ring with rhodium (it's white gold) so it would match the band (which was a shinier due to being new). My only issue is that their warranty is only good for 3 years and not a lifetime, so rhodium replatings after that would have to be paid for.

I went into Ben Moss in the Midtown Mall in Saskatoon by myself to pick out a style of engagement ring. My fiance had wanted a few ideas and wanted me to just tell him where to go for it. Well I walked in and looked at a ring and fell in love with it. It took me 5 minutes to get the saleslady's attention. When she did come over to where I was standing, and I asked if I could try the ring on, she asked me "Why I would need an engagement ring?". It wasn't just what she said that bothered me, it was how she said it. I told her I was getting engaged and I was trying to pick out a ring. She followed that with, "Well if you have a fiancee, shouldn't he be in here buying the ring?" I got mad at this point because of the attitude she was giving me, and told her no to worry, that we wouldn't be purchasing anything EVER from Ben Moss because of her attitude towards me that day. Clearly they didn't need our business, or anyone's we knew either...because I told everyone I knew about what happened there that day, and not to buy anything there. I would like to point out that just because I'm young (22), female and by myself looking at engagement rings doesn't mean I'm just trying to play dress up. Her attitude that day towards me lost her a $5000 sale....

Beautiful Jewelery, Incredable prices . 1/2 carat diamond engagement ring and both of our bands for 1300, plus for $30 more i have a lifetime garuntie and i can trade up to a larger carat ring for the exact amount of the original price and the differance

When my fiance can go in to their shop and pick out something that is absolutely beautiful without needing me to be there then something must be going on that deserves commendations.
