Beratti Bridal

Beratti Bridal has been terrible. I bought my wedding dress in November and was told that it would be in at the end of March. This gave me more than enough time to alter my dress plus a few months. I heard through my wedding planner that the store was going though some troubles so I called twice in March and Feb to ensure all was well. March came and went and I heard nothing. I then spoke to Mary who decided to push my dress to the summer, without ever consulting me! She said she didn't feel I needed it yet. Then we worked it out so that would get the dress by end of April. Now I have called and the staff has told me the dress is set to come in mid August. I can not trust ANYTHING the owner has told me. I have vowed that I will tell every bride I can NOT to go to Beratti. I have gone through so much stress that was completely unnecessary and have yet to get my dress that I ordered 7 months ago.

Everyone, especially Mary, at Beratti Bridal were super professional. We got my dress as well as the bridesmaid's dresses there. They don't have an alterations department, so they're ok with you bringing in a seamstress to your appointment. They had very reasonable prices and a wide selection of gowns.

I bought my wedding dress at Beratti. I loved the service we got and loved their selection. It was the perfect appointment. I was able to buy my dress off the rack and save money also. I also had my veil made there and it was stunning. Only complaint is we made an appointment to go back to look at bridesmaids dresses with a particular vendor they carried. We were ignored and were not given the same service a the consultant could not answer our questions (nor did she find someone who could). Because of this, we bought the bridesmaid dresses at a different boutique that was able to work with us and answer our questions.

The experience I had with buying my dress though would make me recommend getting a wedding dress there...it seems to be more their...

The service was wonderful!! No other bridal store was able to satisfy my needs but Beratti. I found 2 dresses that I like certain portions of. They instantly gave me some options, including altering 1 dress to mimic a portion of the 2nd dress and for a wonderful price!!

I loved my consultant. She provided an honest opinion when I was trying on dresses, saying that we could do better with certain dresses. She pulled dresses that were exactly what I had described as what I wanted. She pulled dresses by the designer I was looking for. I found my dream dress that wowed everyone.

My dress was a great price. After I found the dress at Beratti, I called around to other shops in the area that also sold the dress for prices. Beratti happily matched the lowest price I found.

I did not have my alterations done by the person they recommend, so I cannot rate her work.

My very first impression of the store was really bad, my BM's and I came in and we were greeted very rudely. However, the girl who helped me turned out to be ok after that. Everyone else was very friendly. I found my dress here with this girls help alone, I would have never found it on my own. A big plus in my book is that they let you take pictures and will tell you what the designer is. I was able to get a deal on my dress for this reason because I compared pricing. Overall, I would say my experience was good but not great.

I went to many bridal shops and tried on many dresses, and I just happened to find "the one" at Beratti. That being said, they were a great shop to have that luck at since they included a hair piece, discounting on bridesmaid dresses and a discount on my gown since I purchased it off the rack. They were very helpful and nonjudgemental of my extreme pickiness and allowed me to take pictures before I finally decided. They were then very patient in helping me find bridesmaid dresses that matched the purple in my shoes. It was a smaller shop which I also appreciated, although I think they have since moved locations to a slightly larger shop. I would recommend this shop for all brides to at least try.

First of all, there are some workers in this shop that are not always friendly. There personalities are not good to be working in this business. However, there is one girl that particulary shined and she is what brought me back. She was always courteous and responsive and friendly and totally on top of things. The dresses were beautiful and they came as promised. However, the alterations (she does not work for Beratti) were outrageous - about 75% of the cost of the dress. Plus the bustle did not hold. I was carrying my dress train for most of the evening - so that was frustrating. The alterations were excellent for both myself and my bridesmaids. I had an intricate dress, and the woman did a fabulous job.

The owner is great to work with. The manager is very rude. All 3 of my bridesmaids were measured wrong and their dresses came in too small. They all had to pay for them to be let out. My dress and veil turned out great, but I had my alterations done elsewhere after learning that they had measured my bridesmaids so inaccurately. Prices are competitive.

my mom and i had just started looking for my dress and we thought we'd "give it a shot" at Beratti. when we walked in the first question we were asked was "what's your budget?" we told them and they gave us the impression their dresses were OVER that budget, but we stayed and looked anyways. we headed towards the clearance rack and found THE dress!!!! it was (barely) less than $500, but very beautiful and clean/not damaged.

the experience with the salesladies was good, not overly grand, but it's all about the dress eh?!!!

it's a smaller store, so they don't have as many dresses in various sizes to try on a whole bunch, but they have a nice variety of labels and styles and are willing to work with you, i'd presume. (remember...i bought mine off the rack!)

They were WONDERFUL! I had a dress picked out for my girls that was a bit more than I wanted to spend and they went out and found another one almost the exact match for $50 less. They were so much fun to work with. Since the wedding I have stopped by there a number of times to just say hello!
