I called this place to ask about setting up an appointment for a tasting. The man who answered the phone was completely rude and snapped at me, telling me that I didn't need an appointment. I then went on to ask what his hours were on Saturday and he continued to snap at me, like I was bothering him, or a waste of his time. If I got this kind of service in a 30 second phone call, no way am I trusting them to provide the cake for my wedding.
I could not have asked for more. The cake from Berger's Bakery was amazing. My fiance and I each wanted a different flavor cake and they were able to accommodate that for us. We went and tried countless pieces of cake. Probably gained a good 10lbs doing so, but had a great time. I would definitely recommend this bakery with a 5 star rating.
