My fiance chose to buy my engagement ring at Bermans because we like to support local businesses over the big-name chain stores. We bought our wedding bands there as well because they are so wonderful to work with. They didn't have the band I wanted in the store, but were able to order it for me with no problems. When I needed my platinum engagement ring sized up a little, they sized it right there in the store's workshop using platinum to fill in where it had to be cut. The owner even offered to lend me a piece of jewelry of my choosing (anything except earrings) to wear for my wedding because we had purchased all our rings there.

Berman's has been my family's only jeweler for years. My father got my mother's engagement ring from Berman's. It only made sense that my husband and I would use them for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The staff at Berman's absolutely go above and beyond to help you get what you want. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is exceptional. We will be using Berman's for all of our jewelry needs in the future.

What can I say, I love jewelry and I love diamonds and I absolutely love outstanding customer service! Berman’s has all of that and more! Every time I walked into the store I am greeted with a staff willing to help. When it came time to shop for a ring my now husband and I went to several places looking for the right ring at the right price and Berman’s was the only place where we found what we wanted.

Berman's is now our go-to jewelers. Everyone there is so nice, and the prices for the quality just can't be beat in this area. They cleaned my engagement ring (which we got some place else) for free when we went to get our bands. Everytime I go in, they will clean my rings complementary. They fixed my broken prong on my engagement ring for $15. I just can't say enough good things about Berman's!

I was able to design exactly what I wanted for my engagement ring. I saw proofs and was part of the process the whole way. Engraving on wedding band was free. They clean my ring on the spot whenever I come in. Owner is terrific and his staff as well.

Wonderful service, I always get compliments on my ring. They were very helpful and interested in teaching me about diamonds rather than just trying to sell something to us. Service was excellent, we still use them for our repairs even though they are a 40 minute drive one way!
