Best Impressions did a fabulous job handling all the table, chair, and linen rentals, and they provided great food! All of the food was delicious, and I received several compliments on how good the food was by my guests. If you use Best Impressions, you won't be let down!

If I could give Best Impressions a higher rating I would. From the start, Ashley was always very helpful and helped us through my many questions. Her response time was immediate.
The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I was skeptical of the ability to make such good food on a large scale but they came through top notch. We received multiple compliments on the food.
Also, they made sure that I (the bride) and the groom were always taken care of and had everything we could imagine.
I would recommend this company to anyone hosting an event, true professionalism as well as delicious...

How many times have you gone to a wedding and the food was not-so-great?? Well that is not the case here. I got married at the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, and had to use this caterer. Scary at first, but this is the BEST food I have ever had!! I was upset when some guest never showed up, but ecstatic that there was extra food to take home!!! Very helpful and caring staff!

You can always tell you had a great caterer when:

1. EVERYONE says how great the food was (not one complaint)
2. the bride and groom (and their families) don't have to go get anything (food or drinks) for the entire night. It is all brought to you and by the professional and high-quality staff.
3. and you have fun with the entire serving crew of Best Impressions.

There isn't one negative about using them as out caterer. They gave us a great menu at a great price and delivered! They were on time, professional, fun and most of all...the food was AWESOME!

Best Impressions provided great food for our wedding reception. Our contact Justin went back and forth with us a ton of times to ensure the menu was what we wanted and fit into our budget. I would definitely recommend them. The only issue was the lines for the food stations. We were told there wouldn't be huge lines, but our guests had to wait in line for a long time at each station. It would have helped if they had more staff at each station to keep things moving along. Because the lines were so long many guests did not eat at all three stations which was disappointing because 1. we paid for it and 2. the food was really good and they missed out. Overall I would highly recommend Best Impressions.

I found Best Impressions by doing a Google Search for local Charlotte caterers. They had great reviews, and after working with them I can see why! The team over there is so responsive, so easy to work with, and made me feel completely at ease that the reception would go off without a hitch: the food would taste great and the venue would look beautiful. It certainly did, and certainly was! The event coordinator at the reception hall was a bit of a unique personality, and not nearly as responsive as one would like. Luckily Best Impressions ran the show and made sure everything was set up like it needed to be. The food was great, the staff was so friendly, and they took care of putting plates of food together for my husband and I so we didn't have to go through the buffett line and we were actually able to eat! As for the cost, they were pretty typical for a Charlotte catering service. We went in and gave them a per person dollar limit and they created a great menu with tons of options. It's truly customizeable, and whatever you want they can make. Or whatever you can afford, they can put together a great menu for you. Their customer service/responsiveness was what put us over the edge to go with them. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would highly recommend Best Impressions to anyone.

I worked with Donald at Best Impression Caterers. We had our reception at Byron's South End which is owned by Best Impressions. The food was amazing! Our family and friends can't stop talking about how great everything tasted. We did a fun signature drink and Donald surprised us by getting mason jars to serve them it. Little things like that really mean a lot on your wedding day!

Food was GREAT, service was EXCELLENT, and the event went as planned. Donald Shives at Best Impressions was great to work with and was flexible with our plans. He was willing to work with us and make sure that our wedding reception was truly what we wanted! The Atrium at the Design Center is a great place for a wedding reception if you are looking for a unique venue! Would recommend to anyone!

The food was delicious and the service was very professional. They met with us to help us pick out foods and figure out exactly how we wanted everything set up. We received many compliments about the delicious food.

Best Impressions Caterers made my wedding dinner fun and easy. The food was excellent and loved by all the guests. The barbeque was exceptional for an outdoor wedding. The staff went above and beyond before, during and after the food service. I really liked the fact that I was able to sample the food before I made a final decision. After tasting the barbeque, there was no doubt that I would use them.
