About 10 days before our event, we realized our current plan for chair covers was not going to come through. Best Seat in the House was recommended to us by our reception site and we received the exact service we expected! They delivered on time, exactly what we asked for, set-up and picked up with no problems! Plus they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. They were easy and pleasant to work with and their system was quick and effective.

We used this company for our daughters wedding reception and I can not say enough good things about them. They are wonderful to work with. The chair covers and sashes added so much to the decor and we had lot's of compliments on them. Regina was very helpful to us when we couldn't decide on what type of bow we wanted. I highly recommend them.

Great communication and great product! We got exactly what we asked for at an affordable price. We also got our deposit very quickly! Set up and break down was included and the workers got the job done quick. The chairs were dressed beautifully, which really added to the overall look of the reception. Thanks!

The chair covers were SUCH a nice touch to our venue. I never actually got to meet them because everything was set up while I was gone and was torn down after I left. However, they were absolutely great to work with via email and I had zero problems with them whatsoever.

These people are very amazing people. The chairs look beautiful and they have the most variety you can imagine. Every color looks beautiful and this extra touch makes the room look even more beautiful.

Best Seat in the House was overall wonderful. Super easy to work with. After I told them what I needed, I was able to leave the rest up to them and it all just magically happened!

I used them for chair covers, sashes on chairs, as well as table runners. The table runners were totally a splurge, but worth every penny. It really dressed up the room.

They do all the delivery, set up, and pick up. The only little minor issue I had was that during my initial phone consultation, I was not informed of the extra $100 fee that covered these services. I thought that this was all included in the price of the rental. They called me to take care of the final order and payment and their total was $100 more than mine, which is how I found out about the fee. Not a big deal in the long run, because they were worth every penny I spent on them.

Like some said I was a bit nervous about Best Seat being a very small operation and would be coming from across the state to set up our reception, but I had no reason to worry. Regina was easy to work with on the phone and by email. The cost was the lowest that I found and the covers looked fantastic. It was more then worth $100 for set up and take down. Very highly recommended.

If you want chair covers this is the way to go! This was a wonderful company! I was a little skeptical at first because there was no office to go to, and they are kind of far away. But everything went perfect. We payed an extra $100 to have them put on and off. The ladies came on time and set them up, the bows were perfect, the quailty of the the covers were exceptional. Then they came on Sat. night and took them off and it was a easy as that! Great price, nice people!

I used Best Seat in the House for my chair covers at my reception. They were very professional and easy to work with. Their prices were very reasonable, and included set-up and take-down, which was very convenient. The chair covers looked great and made the reception room look a lot nicer! So glad I used them!

We rented black and red chair covers, and they absolutely made the room! They made everything look pulled together and fabulous! We sent them a check, the chair covers were on and set up when we arrived, and someone came to get them the next day! It was easy, because we didn't have to do a thing! Highly recommend!

The chair covers looked beautiful! They came and set them up on Thursday when we were at the hall and I could not believe the transformation. The price includes set-up, which is so nice. There was a small issue with the pick-up, but I think it was just a communication error. I already got my deposit check back from them too.

We used Best Seat in the House for our chair covers. We had white covers with black satin bows. The covers made the room look beautiful. I know I wouldn't have been as happy with the decor without the covers. They showed up and had the covers put on early in the day, so I didn't have to worry about it at all. I was told I'll receive my $100 deposit back in a week, so it's still a little early to rate that, but I'm sure I won't have a problem. They were great!

I decided last minute (very last minute) to do chair covers. I knew this was the company I wanted and just hoped they would be able to provide covers for my wedding. The chair covers were a wonderful quality (as was their customer service and easiness to work with) and the covers truly made the room come together. They also came and picked up the chair covers so no one had to worry about that after the reception. I highly recommend them!

I loved the chair covers! They finished the room off and were good quality, not at all what I was expecting for the price. I really thought we were going to have some cheap polyester fabric and we got the opposite of that. Lunetta was our contact and she was very nice. I spoke to her on the phone and by email and she was always very prompt in returning my calls. The covers were the cheapest I found- $2.50 for cover and tulle sash, although they have different options for sash fabrics and colors. Highly recommend!

Best Seat in The House did a fabulous job for a bridal client of ours. The chair covers were great material, fit very well and were clean. We've been suprised how many covers show up dirty! The Sashes for the chair covers were very nice and expertly tied. The whole crew that set them up and picked them up at the end of the night was extremely nice and professional.
