Best Western Plus Gateway Grand Hotel

Jorge did a wonderful job of making my day perfect! Couldn't of dreamed of anything better!!!

This was the perfect venue for my wedding that took place on Dec 3. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the hotel looked fabulous. Jorge Negron, the catering manager was fun and easy to work with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to host a wedding, reunion, work function, etc...

The Best Western is an amazing venue and Jorge was extremely helpful!

Having our reception at this venue was a truly memorable experience! The banquet staff was very warm and welcoming and Jorge went above and beyond to help us have an awesome, stress free wedding reception!! In addition, the hotel itself provided many beautiful locations for photos. All of our guests enjoyed staying here after the reception as well and they really appreciated having the restaurant and bar on-site as a place to "catch up" with friends and family. We could not have asked for a more perfect day!!!

Our wedding was at sunset by the poolside gazebo and I could not have asked for a more beautiful location. The staff was great. The director of catering, Jorge, was always on top of things for us. The food was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Of all of the places that we looked at in the area, this really was the best value for the money. You can have a beautiful, elegant wedding, without breaking the bank. Once we were at the reception, I can't remember worrying about a thing. Almost everything was taken care of as it should have been. We did also have a lot of comments about how great the food was. I would definitely recommend the Gateway Grand.

The Best Western Gateway Grand was exceptional! Jorge Negron was great and helpful and always willing to answer our questions gave his utmost attention to us. The service was great! My wedding reception was beautiful, just how I had envisioned! I recommend the Gateway Grand Hotel to anyone I come across who is getting married or having a big event. I especially loved working with Jorge, the Director of Catering (he's awesome!).

When my husband and I got married in 2003, most of our family stayed at the Best Western Plus Gateway Grand Hotel. They all raved about how nice, clean and well maintained the hotel is. Since then, I have attend various functions, parties, training sessions etc... and it is still just as nice. The staff have always been helpful, knowledgable, professional and well prepared for every event. The hotel is convienent yet in a quite location. Cayson Photography highly recommends this hotel to anyone who is planning a wedding, enagagement party and/or any type of event.

This is a beautiful hotel that has a great atmosphere for guest. I have been to this location to do the bridal parties hair styles several times and my brides have been impressed with the rooms as well as the rehearsal dinner catered by the hotel.

The Best Western Plus Gateway Grand continues to be one of our favorite venues in North Florida. Besides an amazingly decorated venue, the Gateway Grand provides top notch, extremely professional service. The facilities are always immaculate and staff is both prepared and knowledgable about the event. We highly endorse the Best Western Plus Gateway Grand and look forward to our next delivery.

Although I am from Tampa, I have performed many times at this property for Bar & Bat Mitzvahs. This is a great venue with a great staff. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

I work frequently with Jorge Negron and the banquet staff and, I’m always impressed with their attention to detail and astonishing service. As an event professional, I am a perfectionist when it comes to the details, especially for my own daughter. We knew when we talked with Jorge and the staff at the Gateway Grand that all would be just perfect...and it was! Hotel staff were available and helpful during our harried set up hours. We had a sit down meal that was excellent, cold dishes were cold, hot dishes were hot, and the flavors were wonderful, and the service superb!
