There are not enough glowing words to describe how wonderful Beth and her team are (Susie Kheel, we love you!). My husband and I had a really rough year leading up to our wedding, and sometimes when I met Beth and Susie to talk about floral arrangements or linens, I was in tears because some new disaster (family illnesses, long trips out of town for said illnesses, car accidents, you name it) had popped up to make me worry that we would have to reschedule the wedding because the bride and groom were so preoccupied. Beth and Susie never, ever let us down: they stepped in to consider things we never would have thought of, little touches that made our wedding the happiest day of both of our lives (barf, cliche, but true), and those touches were so personal that I knew that they understood us completely. There were times when we had to ask for help -- when the dress hadn't arrived, when we couldn't figure out how the Excel guest spreadsheet was eating our aunts and uncles +1's, when I had no idea what colors looked good with other colors -- and we were always told, "Don't worry, relax, here's everything you need." And there it would be: everything we needed, and more.
Our wedding was small, but everyone felt so well taken care of. All of our guests commented on the little things that made our wedding non-traditional and very much a reflection of our personalities: the bumper stickers, the art deco chairs around little clusters of candles, the hangover kits waiting for guests in their cars, the welcome packages with avocados and Coronas and chips. We couldn't take credit because all of those things were due to Susie and Beth's hard work, mad skills, beautiful design aesthetic and the time they took to get to know us as well as some of our closest friends: we were happy to tell our guests that those things came from our brilliant wedding planners.
My only moment of sadness after the wedding was when I realized how much I would miss Beth and Susie in our lives. I hope that they will be friends forever, and I feel so lucky that they made our wedding what I never dreamed it could be (considering I'm neurotic and didn't know what I was doing): absolutely perfect.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

There is not enough praise in this universe for Beth Helmstetter. She is an absolute genius and adorably cute to top it off. She is: kind, considerate, professional, creative and proactive. She is so unbelievably good at what she does and we felt very fortunate to be able to work with her.
The day of my wedding I was in a daze. It is hard to come down to reality when you are living in something that was for so long just a dream in your head. She took everything that I said to heart and turned it into a reality. She was also great about giving me suggestions when I could not make a decision about something. I felt like she was a friend throughout this whole process and it made me feel so relaxed. She is reliable and right on target.
I cannot recommend Beth enough. If I could have her for every event in my life, I would be the happiest person around. Oh and the icing on the cake...she is charitable! She donates a portion of her earning towards education. People do not get much better than that.
Go to Beth, you will never regret it.
I have to write on here to recommend Beth Helmstetter as a wedding planner/coordinator. Beth was amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process, but the time she REALLY showed what she was capable of was the night of the rehearsal dinner/ the day of the wedding. I did not worry ONCE that things were not being looked after. Beth and her team, were there every step of the way. From filling up guests waters, to adding stylish touches, to making sure we were comfortable the entire time. People commented that on the day of our wedding, I seemed so calm and relaxed and I will tell you I could not have been that way if it weren't for Beth. Her team always ensured my husband and I were fed, that we knew what was going on and what to expect next and just kept constantly checking in on us. I was incredibly impressed with all of the work she did that day and the days leading up to the wedding. She is a magic worker!!!
