After researching dozens of artists, Alandria, of About Faces, was my first choice vendor for my wedding make up application. During our interaction, I found Alandria to provide high quality make up services at reasonable prices. She arrived on time for both the trial make up session and the big day, and has been forthcoming with suggestions or adjustments for my requested make up style. Her technique and pace was on point, and allowed for me to stay on schedule with the rest of my wedding duties.

In addition, Alandria is a pleasure to deal with. I have found her to be available to answer questions. She has "gone the extra mile" for me on my special occasion. I received NUMEROUS compliments on how beautiful my make up was, as well as how natural I looked.

What beauty services do you offer?

Do you offer trials and consultations?

Can you service a large group or bridal party?

Do you charge for trials?

There is a $65 trial fee, which can be applied to your final balance when you book your service.

Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)

Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?

All services are on-site so I travel to wherever the bride needs me. There is only a travel fee if the location is more than an hour away from my zip code.

How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?

Depending on the size of the wedding party, I will hire an additional assistant if one is necessary to do at least 2 attendants at a time. There is a total balance discount for parties of 6 or more, including the bride.

How far in advance should clients book your services?

Of course, the earlier the better. But I've been known to take last minute bookings with a little as 3 weeks notice. It depends on my availability during a busy wedding season.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the bride has to cancel less than 30 days out, the refund is forfeited. If more than 30 days notice is given, partial refunds are given.
