I picked out DJ Brennan Sullivan from the available DJs with Bialek's based on other reviews I had read. He was amazing!!! All of our guests were raving about the music all night and afterwards. He was great to work with throughout the whole process, helping to provide sample play lists and special dance options. We ran through the timeline in advance and he gave his suggestions which we incorporated. Plus he took time to get all the pronunciations correct before the bridal party introductions. The dance floor was packed the whole night and people told me how great his mix of music was, starting the night with some songs for the older crowd and then progressing into more current music. We could not have been happier with the flow of the night and the energy on the dance floor! All the administrative stuff with Bialek's went smoothly too - contracts, payments, etc. They are very professional. You will not be disappointed with your choice of Brennan as your DJ!!!

We used the band CURBSIDE MANNER for the wedding reception. They were fantastic. They learned three songs for us for the Bride/Broom dance, Father/Daughter dance and MOB/FOB dance. They read the crowd well and were able to phase out if there was a song where nobody was dancing, and play more of the same type when the crowd got going.

One week after i got engaged, I saw the band Kaleidescope at a wedding in May 2012 and they were fantastic! We knew we wanted them at our wedding. They were easy to work with and really had all of our guests on the dance floor throughout our entire reception.

We couldn't have been happier with Bialek's, and in particular with DJ Brennan Sullivan. Brennan was always very responsive prior to the wedding, and helped guide as through all of the song, introduction, etc. choices needed to make the night run smoothly. At the reception, he was great at keeping things moving through each stage of the night, and his feel for music choice was perfect. We honestly didn't expect to have a crowd that danced much, even bringing in lawn games to our outdoor venue to make sure people had options. The lawn games ended up not getting much use, as the dance floor was packed all night! We've had lots of people tell us how much fun they had at our wedding, and there's no doubt Brennan was a big reason for that. We also had the Stage Strings (trio) for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were likewise easy to work with, sounded great, and played exactly what we wanted them to. Overall, we'd highly recommend Bialek's.

I used DJ Dan Goldman for my small 18 person wedding reception. He was great, nice attitude, very professional and the music was a lot of fun. He also did a great job of adding songs similar to the few that I had chosen!

DJ Brennan Sullivan was the DJ for our wedding reception and he was amazing! From the moment we hired him to the day before the wedding he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and providing so much information to help us make decisions. He was very responsive and gave us great feedback on any questions we had. The day of the wedding he kept the party going from beginning to end! I can honestly say the comment I heard most about my entire wedding was that guests had never seen a dance floor THAT packed the ENTIRE night...and DJ Brennan had a lot to do with that. We hired Brennan Sullivan as our DJ and were extremely pleased with him. Many of our guests commented that the music was fabulous! We also rented a photo booth from his agency, which was a big hit as well. Brennan was extremely detail oriented and helpful. We spoke on the phone and then he sent us an e-mail with sample play lists and an explanation of what he would need from us. I loved his playlists and used them to create one of our own. He was extremely helpful with ideas for songs during the announcement of the wedding party, the cake cutting, the bouquet toss and the last dance. And, he was willing to get out on the dance floor and demonstrate our line dances. We had a full dance floor for many of the early dances as well as for the line dances. It was truly fabulous to see so many people of all ages and sexual orientations out on the dance floor for slow songs like "unforgetable" and classic songs like "YMCA" We were very, very happy with Bialek's Music and Brennan as a DJ and would recommend them without hesitation for your next party or event!"

Our DJ Brennan Sullivan was fantastic! Ours was a multicultural wedding (Taiwanese American/Nigerian) with a variety of atypical things in the program and in terms of our musical tastes and preferences. Brennan was easy to work with from the very beginning and we felt confident that he understood our needs and would do what it took to give us the best event possible. He always responded promptly to our emails and calls and always had helpful suggestions and ideas for us to consider. On the night itself he did a great job as our M.C. and once the dancing got started it was near impossible to get people off the dance floor! Our dj was Brennan Sullivan. He did an amazing job. Throughout the planning process he was very helpful. He sent suggested timelines, songs, and playlists. He responded promptly to email questions and requests.

At our event, he kept on schedule and made all of our announcements. He helped make sure the event flowed smoothly. He was even helpful with ad hoc announcements or requests.

Most importantly, he kept the dance floor packed all night long. He played a great mix of songs to keep the older and younger crowds entertained. We didn't have a set playlist and he did a great job reading the crowd.

Brennan Sullivan DJ'd my wedding, February 17th. I most definitely recommend Brennan if you want an easy, smooth book for entertainment. He is prompt in returning phone/e-mail messages and really works with what you want and envision. My husband and I had created our playlist and Brennan shuffled them perfectly and made awesome selections for cake-cutting and intros.

Brennan truly made my wedding reception unforgettable with his creative song combinations, dancing/teaching the "Wobble, Wobble" (at my special request), great energy, and dedication. We had a very good experience with Bialek's Music and DJ Rico. They were a preferred vendor through our wedding venue and we were really happy with our choice. Bialek's and DJ Rico were flexible and let us add another half hour when we changed our minds near the end about our ceremony music. DJ Rico got people up and dancing and made sure that everyone had a good time. We were really happy with the wedding music and would definitely recommend!

Derek Romanoff was the DJ at our reception and was great! He had a planning website that was easy to use, and helpful. He also was easily reached and quick about responding to all questions. He had people dancing literally ALL night- great selection of music that matched our taste without having to specify every song to play. He also played music during our cocktail hour- what a hit! You're sure to have a good time, with a no-stress planning process with this company, and with Derek.

Using Bialek's Music was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had Dan Goldman as our DJ and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night. For the ceremony, we had a three string quartet playing live. It was amazing...absolutely surreal. Dan was flawless - his personality is PERFECT and he went above and beyond our expectations. We also had a photo booth that was easily the hit of the evening. From start to finish, Bialek's Music made it super easy to choose our song selections and coordinate with our DJ. Stress-free and professional. We will continue to recommend Bialek's Music and hope to use them again soon!

I hired Brennan Sullivan through Bialek's Music for my wedding Ceremony. Let me just tell you - it was perfect! I met with Brennan about 4 months before my wedding and he was so kind, understanding and very flexible. He was very detailed and professional, presented us with different lists and ideas of music that his previous brides had chosen.

About a week before the wedding I sent Brennan a list of songs I had chosen for the first dance, father daughter, garter toss, etc. He was very helpful through email explaining to me the different options for entrance songs and explains the purposes of an entrance song- I had no idea what an entrance song was or if we wanted one, he helped me make the choice without being biased which I really appreciated.

For the rest of the music we chose the route of having him decide what to play and I wouldn't have had it any other way. He played off the energy of the crowd so well and ran the reception smoothly. My biggest worry (which I shared with Brennan before the wedding) was awkward silences or awkward transitions. Brennan ran my reception from the first dance, to the last song with ease, grace, and class! Everything ran SO smoothly and nothing felt awkward.

I would defiantly book Brennan Sullivan through Bailek's Music again! Such a good decision, he helped make my wedding a dream come true!

We couldn't be happier with DJ Brennan Sullivan! He was so easy to work with and professional. He did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. For the ceremony he was discretely tucked away in the corner and was able to adjust the music as need. (Our grandparents sprinted down the isle and the flower girl carefully placed each petal on the floor :) We had a bunch of specifics for a jazz cocktail hour and he was able to accommodate them all. The reception was a ton of fun and we danced the night away! The flow of music was great and we had lots of compliments from our guests afterwards. My husband sums it up by saying: "Minimal stress, maximal fun!". His experience is apparent in his work. Would definitely recommend him!

Brennan Sullivan of Bialek's Music was the DJ for our December 8, 2012 wedding in Charlottesville, Virginia. I highly recommend Brennan!

Even before signing a contract with Bialek's, Brennan was kind enough to chat with us over the phone to get a feel for how he typically DJs a wedding and what type of musical feel we wanted. He gave us a lot of detailed information about the order and types of music at a typical wedding.

During the wedding, Brennan did a great job! We told Brennan which songs/genres we did NOT want played, and he didn't play them at all! Based on a few songs, he knew exactly what kind of music we didn't like and made sure not to include them in the set list. He also incorporated some Persian music, which we requested and which he already had in his repertoire! Even with songs in a different language, he knew exactly which ones were appropriate to play. He also played all of our "must plays" in the order we wanted!

Brennan was very flexible and accommodating - as long as we provided a hotel room, he was willing to come all the way down to Charlottesville, VA! Definitely consider Brennan as the DJ for your wedding!

We hired DJ Brennan Sullivan for both our ceremony and reception and we could not be happier! Brennan is a true professional, and was so easy to work with during the entire planning process. We had DJ Dan Goldman for our recent wedding. He was incredible! He is worth every penny, and just like my planner said he should be charging more because he is so good. His music planning website was fabulous. he had every song you could possibly think of and for someone who can be indecisive he had great suggestions for specific events like the entrance song, cake cutting etc. We emailed a couple of times and then skyped with him (My husband and were both deployed and weren't from DC during the planning process), and he was able to grasp the type of music we liked and the tone we were trying to set during all stages of the reception. Many of our guests kept coming up to us saying "How did you know we loved this type of music?!" He was able to read our guests and the mood and even took a couple of ont he spot requests.

We also used him for our photobooth rental for the even as well. The attendent was great and the pictures turned out awesome. While I thought the booth would be a little bit bigger you could still easily fit 4-5 people in the picture if you wanted, think of the photobooth sizes when you were growing up. It was great and they allowed us to bring some of our own props to go along with the box of props they provided as well.

The whole experience from planning to execution with Dan was incredible and every couple should book him for their event!

Ray Bialek provided us personalized service that resulted in us deciding on using Mike Valenti for our wedding and ceremony. We made the absolute best choice under Ray's guidance. Mike Valenti was very professional and extremely responsive to our needs. He met us numerous times leading up to our event and was even the first vendor at our wedding venue, even in advance of the food service staff. Mike also has a wonderful online music selection tool that made listening to, picking and deciding on our music for the various segments of the day a breeze. Also, we were concerned that having a day wedding would not lead as much dancing as an evening event, but Mike was able to keep the place jamming and all of us out on the dance floor and having a great time. I cannot recommend Mike Valenti or Ray Bialek's music services enough. Our friends are still talking about how awesome our DJ was and how perfect the day went.

DJ Brennan Sullivan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional while being fun. I found him particularly helpful in the planning stages of our wedding. DJ Brennan gave us a wonderful wedding reception! All the feedback from guests was 100% positive! Our next big party will have him DJ!

We had the pleasure of having DC Fusion play at our wedding in Hallam, PA in November, and we couldn't have been happier with the band! They traveled from Maryland and played for our five hour reception, taking only about a total of an hour-long break the entire time. The group had everyone who was able to be on their feet dancing - on the dance floor the entire evening! Their musical repetoire was huge - including songs from the 40ss - today's pop hits...and they played everything that evening, just as we had requested. Each of the band members, including the singers, were so talented and energized throughout the evening. Our guests, from all over the country and the world were asking if DC Fusion would travel near and far to play at a private party or corporate event - they were truly top notch! Bialek's Music was great to work with as we were contracting for a band for the wedding. They were very respsonsive and professional. Chris Grasso, the band's manager, and Benjie Porecki, the band's leader were also fabulous to work with as we neared the wedding date. No request was to big for them. They were organized and extremely helpful. I would work with Bialeks' Music and DC Fusion again in a heartbeat!

DJ Jared Rosen did the music for our wedding and he was FANTASTIC!! Had the crowd dancing all night! We would definitely recommend him to others...thanks Jared!

We found our DJ, Richard Barreto, through Bialek's Music. He was awesome! From the beginning DJ Rich was very easy to work with. He is incredibly personable and obviously very knowledgable about music and what people like to hear at weddings. So many people have told us that the music at our wedding was great. He played music for every age group. And, he was also entertaining. When the bridal party was announced, he really made it a fun entrance! The best man's speech was similar to Letterman's Top 10 list and DJ Rich provided sound effects everytime a card was thrown. It was hysterical. We worked with Dan Goldman at Bialek's. He is obviously very good at his job and was incredibly helpful in identifying a DJ that would fit our personalities.

DanG was a perfect choice for our wedding ceremony and reception! He talked with us in advance about what kind of music we liked and played every song on our must play list, and added ones we hadn't mentioned but loved as well. He was also a great MC at the reception and made all of the announcements he needed to, introduced us the way we had asked, and kept the mood fun and festive.

The most important aspect of the wedding was the music. Bialek's Music absolutely hit the mark. Millennium was amazing. Our guests continue to talk about how great they were and ask us for more information. I would recommend Millennium to anyone who wants to make sure their guests dance all night! Also, they were able to handle any request we had. Bialek's music was easy to work with and very responsive.

DJ Rico Mills at Bialek's Music got the party started at our October 20 wedding! He did a great job sequencing the playlist so that the mood was set perfectly for each stage of the night. We also opted to have him play our ceremony music, as well, and all went perfectly as planned! Everyone had a blast at the reception and raved about it for days! Thank you DJ Rico for making our wedding ceremony and reception a memorable and fun experience!

Brennan Sullivan did an excellent job as the DJ at our wedding! He is extremely organized and provided me with many different sample playlists and planning documents months before the wedding so I could plan the evening accordingly. I'm a huge planner, so it was great to have a DJ who operated the same way I do! He was always responsive and provided detailed options for me based on my questions. During our reception he read the crowd very well and everyone danced a lot and commented on how great our DJ was! He helped us stay on schedule and did not miss a beat. Overall, DJ Brennan was very professional to work with and very organized and dependable. After you exchange emails with him a few times you will realize that he's one of the vendors you really don't have to worry about (which can be rare to find)!

We used Bialek's Music for our wedding music, and were so pleased with DJ Derek Romanoff! Derek was such an integral part of our wedding - we would highly recommend him to anyone! Derek was extremely responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted played during our wedding reception. Filling out the online music planner beforehand was also key in making sure we were able to pinpoint which songs we wanted played, and more importantly, which songs we didn’t want played. My husband and I could not have been happier with the music selection DJ Derek played, based on our suggestions - and how professional and nice he was to all of our guests. Several guests told us how much fun they had and how great the party was. I would absolutely recommend DJ Derek and Bialeks to anyone looking for a quality (read: not cheesy) DJ to play at your wedding.

DJ Richard Baretto was the best. He read my guests well and played songs that fit all the different age groups. The dance floor was packed all night from the first song to the last... what more can you ask for from a DJ?

Every person we've heard from has claimed that this was the best band they've heard at a wedding. The dancing was nonstop the entire reception, and we have Amaretto to thank. The fact that they have male and female leads, gives them the ability to handle anything and everything. My wife and I looooved them, and their amazing range. Relative to other top tier (9 piece) bands we vetted, Amaretto was also excellently priced. They are certainly more than just a wedding band. The management was also flexible and easy to work with. Love those guys!

We hired Palm String Quartet from Bialek. Jill from Bialek was very responsive and easy to work with. Palm String Quartet (trio) did an amazing job at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Their price is a bit high, but I definitely recommend them if you are looking for efficiency.

Dan G. from Bialek was our DJ for our wedding-- he came to us highly recommended by our wedding coordinator, and we're glad we went with him. He was very professional and responsive in the months leading up to the wedding, answering any questions we had. The online planning function that allows you to easily set up the song sequencing for the entire night is very easy to use. Dan was very helpful working with us on ceremony music that wasn't already in the database. He did a great job at our actual wedding-- several friends commented that he was the best DJ at a wedding they had seen in a long-time. He was a total professional and very easy to work with, would highly recommend him.

Brennan Sullivan was our DJ at our wedding in September and we have nothing but AMAZING things to stay. Throughout the planning process, Brennan always responded to emails or phone calls in less than 24 hours and supplied helpful worksheets so that we could solidify all our needs before the wedding and not forget a thing. Once we got to our reception, Brennan kept the dance floor packed ALL night--we had mostly a crowd of older family members and he was able to keep both the older and younger crowd happy. We are so grateful to have had Brennan Sullivan at our wedding, he made our evening so enjoyable. Brennan Sullivan was our DJ for our wedding and he was great! He was very quick at communicating and responding to us and always had answers to our many questions. He was extremely helpful with the music planning and made sure our day went down very smoothly. The day of the wedding Brennan was very punctual and did everything that we asked of him and more! We had Kaleidoscope band and they were fantastic! They kept the party going. They learned and performed our first dance song perfectly. Their energy was great and they knew exactly what song to play next. The lead female singer also helped me in keeping the other important "events" of the night such as cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc., run smoothly. I did not have a wedding planner and she was so helpful and patient to get everything done in a timely manner. We loved the band and could not stay off the dance floor! They also kept their "break" very short which is huge in keeping a wedding reception going! Thanks!

Mark Dennis did a wonderful job at our wedding. As MC he helped us move the evening along, but was not intrusive. He listened to all of our requests, played what we wanted to hear (and nothing we didn't want to hear), and kept guests dancing. We are very happy we chose him!

We hired DJ Brennan Sullivan through Bialek's Muisc for our Sept. 14th wedding at Woodend in Chevy Chase and could not be happier. Brennan was responsive and professional -- and he consistently went above and beyond to help us have a great party.

In particular: (1) he provided great, honest, feedback and directed questions to help us plan our party and music choices, (2) as noted, he went the extra mile without even being asked, including re-cutting a snippet from our entry song so we could use it for the entire wedding party and showing up early to help coordinate with the ceremony musicians, (3) he did a great job of mixing a variety of special requests from different genres into a playlist that consistently brought people to the dance floor, and (4) he brought a great variety of music and was able to field a great, but off-the-wall request from a family member and 20+ year veteran DJ. (Who later gave him top marks for his performance.)

Beyond all the above, Brennan did an excellent MC job and struck a good tone throughout. I literally can't say enough positive things about his work and would strongly recommend him to anyone considering a DJ or looking for an event MC.

Brennan Sullivan was our DJ and he was fantastic!! From planning beforehand to dj'ing on the day of, he was a true professional. We couldnt have been happier! He was so prepared, it made me feel very comfortable and I knew we were in good hands. During the planning process, DJ Brennan provided templates for the day of schedule to work off of as well as playlist ideas/options. For any song that wasn't on his playlist, we was very accomodating and got the songs for us. Throughout the event, he set the tone and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves & got everbody on the floor dancing! We got so many compliments from our guests about the music selection. Also, he was awesome at feeling the crowd and playing a variety of songs from different genre's to satisfy all age groups!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!! Our wedding music was absolutey wonderfull. the whole place rocked and the vendor was so so so very accomadating.

"Doctor's Orders" was absolutely the best!!! They got everbody on the floor dancing. People did not really start to leave until after they played their last song.

Jeff Hulbert was our DJ -- he was outstanding!! I had a very specific vision for our music, and Jeff did a really great job executing it. He provided a questionnaire for me to fill out before the reception, and he stuck to everything I requested. He also did a great job MCing. My biggest fear was getting a cheesy DJ -- Jeff was anything but. He was classy but kept things fun at the same time. I would recommend him to friends!

DJ Dan was absolutely phenomenal. For our wedding we wanted a DJ who would play great music and keep the party going but I never excpected it to go as well as it did. He stuck to the genres of music we requested and mixed it up very well. He had everyone, young and old (even my mom who does not dance) out on the dance floor for four straight hours. We were ecstatic with his customer service, attention to detail and the overall atmosphere that he created for the ceremony and the reception. I would highly highly recommend him if you need an awesome DJ for your wedding. Thanks again Dan!!

DJ Dan Goldman was the DJ at my wedding at the Barns at Wolf Trap on August 26, 2012. I would recommend him and Bialek's Music to any bride without hesitation. A friend recommended this company to me, and I was very happy with them. I got lots of compliments from guests who thought Dan was a great DJ, and everyone had a great time dancing. He uses a great online tool that lets you pick what songs you want to hear (or not hear) if you have specific preferences. We were very happy with the service we received from Bialek's, and I would recommend them 100%.

Richard was AWESOME! Such a great find, great price, great personality and voice. As far as I'm concerned, he made the night! My reception was a wonderful mix of romantic moments, tender exchanges and super fun dancing! He gave me advice on my timeline and made some great refinements to the overall flow; he knows what he's doing! Everyone had a great time and was off their feet and on the dance floor! He stayed within my tastes and did everything according to my wishes/timeline/requests. Highly recommend Richard! He was my favorite vendor out of the myriad I worked with!

I worked with DJ Dan Goldman with Bialek's music. He was awesome. I loved his professionalism and DJ style. He isn't cheesy and did everything on perfect que. The only thing that didn't happen was the garter toss :( I noticed it didn't happen or get announced but in the wedding frenzy just let it go... Overall he was great! He has a great selection of motown, current hits and arabic music... which is what we played. He also provided a BOMB photobooth... How amazing!

Dan Goldman was the DJ at our wedding and we were very happy with him! He also provided the uplighting and photo booth (with a separate attendant). He was easy to work with and responsive to emails. We did have to remind him to send us the log-in for the song request and planning forms, but he did so right away. The reception location was unique in that he had to have two setups, including two speakers in the dining room and then a full DJ setup on another floor. Make sure that you fill out the planning form as fully as you can. I had very specific directions about the father/daughter dance, and we didn’t even need to discuss it. He pulled it off perfectly! He kept everyone on the dance floor for a full two hours and the energy never let up the entire time! We were amazed that even my 86-year old grandma was dancing in her wheelchair until the very end. Everyone kept telling us what a great DJ we had picked, so overall we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend Dan.

DJ Derek was phenomenal. I don't know how we would have gotten through the reception without him. We had a day of planner help us for the ceremony itself, but no one really for the reception. In a way, Derek stepped in and was that for us. Just like most weddings, things tend to become a blur with seeing guests, talking with friends, and trying to get food in your stomach. DJ Derek did a great job of keeping us on schedule and making sure all of our needs were met. At one point, he saw my bride looking a little warm as she was fanning herself and brought her a glass of water.

As for the music, he was also fantastic. Derek did our music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He stayed within our playlist and mixed it in a way that kept everyone dancing. He was very professional and responsive. I can say that with all of our wedding planning craziness, we were very last minute with our time lines and music choices. Derek periodically followed up with us and made sure everything was set.

DJ Brennan Sullivan was just great all around! He was very professional and gave us lots of music selections and timelines to help us get organized for our big day! DJ Brennan was very responsive to our music selections and requests. All our of guests were drenched in sweat by the end of the night! I was close to having an asthma attack from all the dancing I was doing. (I had my inhaler nearby-not to worry!). I am a professional singer and I wanted to serenade my new husband with a song. So secretly Brennan, my wedding coordinator, my brother (a jazz guitarist) and I sent multiple e-mails back and forth to coordinate this song and it went off without a hitch! We really wanted someone classy but not "cheezy"-Brennan was just the right mix of friendly, upbeat, and classy without being too intrusive with mc-ing. At one point during the hora dancing, people got shy, and he did a great job of getting people to dance in circles around us without being pushy or showy. We were very specific in the Jewish music we wanted played so we just gave DJ Brennan an e-mail with our specific music and he used those. He facilitated one of the Jewish dances we were doing (the Mezinka) and followed my strict instructions to announce NOT to lift the moms on the chairs (as per my mom's orders). We were very happy with him. Thank you, Brennan, for making our wedding so much fun!

Dan at Bialeks Music was great. He came recommended to us and proved to be a great recommendation. He played all the music we asked and didn't insert himself into the reception like so many DJ's can do. He also has a photobooth with some unique options.

For our wedding August 4, 2012, we contacted Bialek's Music and hired DJ Ricky Bulles for our reception. We were so pleased with how everything worked out. The DJ was one vendor we did want to splurge on, but also a very important part of the reception. DJ Ricky was always very responsive to our e-mails and questions. He was incredibly flexible about what DJ style we wanted for our wedding. Our preference was to have someone that would mostly be in the background, but would also do important announcements, and he did that perfectly. He followed our "do not play" and "play" lists exactly, and balanced the songs to get both older and younger people on the dance floor. He also helped us change the order of events when our cake started melting from the heat! Overall we found him very easy to work with and very responsive to our wishes.

I had Dan as my DJ and he was awesome!! I love to dance so music was important to me, and Dan did great. I don't ever remember a time when there wasn't someone on the dance floor. I would highly recommend him and have to a friend that is getting married next year! He also supplied a photo booth, which everyone loved and had a good time with the props. The photo booth printed out doubles so not only can my husband and I go through our guest book and see all of the funny pictures, but our guests were able to walk away with a copy as well.

Bialek's was easy to work with and matched our lighting and DJ needs with the best DJ ever!! Very professional and made the entire process fun!

Brennan Sullivan was the DJ for our July 14th wedding. He played very appropriate music during cocktail hour and during dinner. He also kept everyone on schedule with speeches and everything else. We had guests from all over the country and different age ranges, but almost everyone was dancing the entire night. When looking through our pictures we were amazed to see all tables empty and the dance floor packed in every picture. I would definitely recommend DJ Brennan Sullivan!

We had Brennan Sullivan (from Bialek's Music) DJ our wedding. Our whole experience was positive. He emailed me with ideas and suggestions before the wedding, and we had a nice phone discussion about what I wanted. We were still planning the timeline and picking songs 2 days before the wedding, and Brennan went with the flow without pressuring us at all. He was also flexible with some last minute changes on the wedding day. At the reception, Brennan read the crowd and kept everyone dancing, and kept us on schedule. Everyone told us that it was one of the most fun weddings they'd been to.

Bialek's music provided Paul Bangser as my classical guitarist for our ceremony. He was amazingly understanding and even learned how to play a song for the recessional. Everyone enjoyed his music greatly and it really enhanced our ceremony.

We hired DJ Brennan Sullivan from Bialek's to DJ our wedding reception, and couldn't have made a better choice! From our initial meeting to review our personal music preferences, through emails leading up to the big day, the day itself, and even the followup, everything was exceptional. Brennan was able to put together a great set list (mixing both our requests and his own personal selections) for both dinner and dancing that included a large variety of genres (from 40s doo-wop to metallic hardcore to current pop/rock) that flowed seamlessly, which got an entire group of "I don't dance" people out onto the floor for a great time. He was quick to act in everything - both in email response time and pausing a moment for the bride to get a chance to get herself together for the bouquet toss. I would consider hiring DJ Brennan Sullivan again for any event, not just a wedding!

We also hired the St. Charles Quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour. They were wonderful as they played both classic songs and current popular songs that people were able to dance to. They were very accommodating in that they were willing to play a scrapped together sheet note for a song that is not normally part of their repertoire. Our only regret is not being able to listen to them during cocktail hour while we were getting pictures taken!

Bialek's Music recommended several DJs after we told them the number and constitution of my wedding guests. We chose Mr. Craig Nalley. Mr. Nalley was the most awesome DJ! The electricity at our reception venue went out the night before the wedding, but Mr. Nalley came and waited in case the venue could set up a generator. When the generator didn't work, he played our first dance song on his laptop and held it over his head so that the guests could hear the music. Mr. Nalley was an awesome MC and introduced the wedding party and each part of the reception with great enthusiasm (without a mic!). Even though he was only able to play music on his laptop, he was still very involved in the reception and helped out whenever he could. I highly recommend DJ Craig Nalley and Bialek's Music for future weddings :)!

We were privileged to have the Sage String Quartet play for the ceremony and cocktail hour for our son's wedding. They were phenomenal and extremely elegant and professional. We paid extra for them to learn the theme from the video game "The Legend of Zelda" and "Final Fantasy symphonic suite scene III". It was unbelievable. Those were the songs that the wedding party and the bride walked in to. Much different than Pachelbel's Canon in D. Everyone truly enjoyed being able to walk around the string quartet during the cocktail hour and still be able to have conversation, but the music was still loud enough. I wish that they would be able to perform at my daughter's wedding when that comes around, but it will either be in Buffalo, NY or Manhattan.

We used DJ Jeff Hulbert for our wedding. My sister had used him for her wedding years ago and he did a great job, so we decided to go with him again. He did a great job and kept my guests entertained and on the dance floor. He was very flexible and able to meet our needs. I would highly recommend DJ Jeff!

DJ Ricky was phenomenal! The dance floor was full the entire night, and his music selection was spot on for the nights progression. The only music we requested had to do with the ceremony itself and a 2 "must plays". I lost count of how many compliments we got on the song selections "we chose" that had everyone dancing; our guests were impressed to find out that it was left entirely up to Ricky! If you are going the DJ route, and are looking for a professional you can count on to do what they do best without having to micromanage...you can't do better than him!

DJ David Grimm (via Bialeks Music) was fantastic and was our favorite vendor. He kept the wedding running smoothly and served unobtrusively as MC for the speeches. When things fell a little behind, he talked to us and made sure the wedding moved at our pace.

We got so many complements on the music during and after the wedding. We gave him the set pieces (ceremony, first dance, etc.) but only gave him a general list of songs we liked for him to play at his discretion so he could get a sense of our taste in music. He got our tastes and mixed in his own music seemlessly. He knew exactly how to play music to set the right mood. My friends don't dance - and they were all dancing.

There were absolutely no glitches with David - we highly recommend him.

We were so lucky to have DJ Dan at our June wedding. When planning we were a little worried about the quality of DJ services we could afford. After going to numerous weddings that played TERRIBLE songs, didn't get the crowd moving, and even sometimes acted like a guest of the wedding, we amped up our search process.

Dan was great from the beginning. He let us know that he could give us recommendations but at the end of the day he would do whatever made us happy. The song selector software was easy to use and Dan was always happy to hold a phone call when we had questions before the big day.

He was such a hit at the wedding - playing modern and oldies that everyone knew or at least had heard, but were NOT corny or overplayed (i.e, Tonight's Gonna be a Good Night). DJ Brennan Sullivan did a fantastic job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere at our wedding. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and we were completely confident that he would do the job well. Our venue was a bit tricky with three different spaces, but he made it look easy. DJ Elon elevated our reception from excellent to unforgettable - he had an incredible instinct for picking songs that our friends enjoyed.
