From start to finish Susan was the best choice for us. She is very attentive to what we wanted, we met with her twice prior to our wedding date. She was fun, playful and had great ideas for our posed pictures as well as our really fun ones. we had 1000 pictures to choose our proofs from. She doesn't charge extra for the painted ones, or color and black /white. There were no hidden charges at all, everything she said we would get in our package was there. It's so nice to find that these days. Our experience was great and we plan to purchase a large wedding album from her for our anniversary gift to each other. She doesn't push you to buy what you can't afford right after your wedding, and keeps all of your proofs on file for purchasing later.

We enjoyed working with Birch Creek Photography. We love our wedding pictures, they turned out great. However, we are still waiting for our video and DVD scrapbook (it is taking about 6 months). We are ok with waiting, this way I know they are taking their time and making sure everything is perfect. However, the bride should be forewarned that they may need to wait several months for their pictures. They do turn out great, though!

We were very happy with Birch Creek and very pleased with our final product. The video was thourough, beautiful, well-planned and we received many copies for ourselves and families. We loved it so much we couldn't wait to share it with our friends and family.
Our only criticisms would be that they don't respond to emails immediately, and we requested the opportunity to choose our own background music and we didn't get to. We don't like country music and a lot of the songs were country. However, we would most certainly book Birch Creek again to be our videographer. They were really nice, reasonably priced and excellent videographers. They caught so many precious little moments with our families and the entire video was perfect. We highly recommend them!

We were extremely happy with all the services covered by Birch Creek Photography. They were available to us at a moments notice and worked with us to get what we wanted in our package with them. We always recommend them to people we know.
