Bird of Paradise Weddings

I highly recommend Montana Meadows of Bird of Paradise Weddings. She was very professional. My husband and I love the keepsake she made and we love our vows she provided for us. We both choose not to do our own vows and it was the best decision for us. Our ceremony was exactly what we wanted! We couldn't ask for anything more.

So unhappy. First off, she rushed us like I couldn't believe. We were maybe 10 minutes late, that's pushing it, and she was complaining about how late we were. Then the most important part of the ceremony, both my husband's and my mom passed away a few years ago and she was going to do a prayer for them. She combined our mother's names, saying it was just my mom, AND got the names wrong. So embarrassing. When I tried to correct her, she didn't listen. I wish I would've hired someone else. Unbelievable

Montana performed a nice, short and sweet ceremony for us! She was very accomodating to incorporating aspects of the ceremony that reflected us as a couple and our culture. Our only regret was not spending the extra money to have her at the rehearsal- worth the money to do that!

We chose to have Montana Meadows from Bird of Paradise Weddings as our officiant... She was perfect in every way. Her flexability as to meetings, emails, phone calls etc. Very affordable to fit anyones budget.. As everyone well knows weddings can be quite expensive these days.. Montana was so helpful as to planning everything with us step by step, answering all our questions and explaing in detail how things will go. She is quite the professional and understands when it comes to religion and traditions.. My husband now and I are native americans and it was a blessing to have her help us with our traditional vows and incorporating our heritage along with a more modern ceremony.. She opened our eyes up to new and exciting ideas on ceremonys in the modern world today while still respecting our native heritage... We also chose to do a rock ceremony before starting it was a new idea she had brought to our attention. Gather rocks and hand to each guest and she explained to them that the rocks are to be held on to during the ceremony and the guest were to bless the rocks with there best wishes and then collect them at the end of the ceremony.. It was so beautiful and we kept the rocks and decided to make a keepsake coffee table out of them to have for many generations to come... Our wedding could not have been complete without montana meadows there for us.. You truely are the best montana and we will be honored to recommend your services to anyone...

Montana was awesome. We originally spoke on the phone, and then met at a Starbucks for a face to face where we discussed the details of my surprise vows renewal event. She was very accommodating, upbeat, responsive and professional. She provided me examples of wedding vows, which we exchanged emails on to development my own vows, and was even able to reduce the price to fit within my budget. It was a pleasure doing business with Montana, I would recommend her to family or friends if they ever needed an Officiant’s services.

Montana Meadows was such a helpful part off our wedding. She took a lot of stress away from our situation as we only had 4 days to plan our wedding. She also did a great job of making our wedding our own and making it specific to my husband and I. She was very pleasant and helpful to us. I would definitely recommend her services to a friend.

We held our wedding in our home with 30+ guests. Montana wrote up the script and vows which we approved. Our guests were so touched that one even asked for a copy in which to offer her daughter for her wedding day. The vows were perfect and reflected everything we felt. Since, I've been asked for her business card and/or website. She is a truly delightful woman who, after interviewing us, exceeded our expectations. The memories will be with us forever. Montana at Birds or Paradise Weddings was amazing! We were a destination wedding and Montana came and met with us when it was convenient for us. Her ceremonies were amazing and worked with us to add different pieces of my Jewish heritage in the ceremony without it being overbearing. She set our minds at ease knowing that she was in charge if everything. Not only did she do an amazing job being our officiant, she also set us up with an amazing photographer less than a month before our wedding after our current photographer had bailed on us with our deposit money!!! Montana is amazing and made our day everything that it should be!

I do not have a single complaint about Montana Meadows! We didn't experience a single problem from beginning to end. Montana and I emailed back and forth several drafts of our vows until they were just right. She was a joy to work with and I'm glad she was part of our special day.

We were searching and searching for an officiant for our wedding, they needed to have good reviews and also be reasonably priced. Then we found Montana. We called her and set up a location to meet. We live in Peoria and she is from chandler but she was very good at meeting in the middle. We met at a Starbucks and it was so cute she had a little bride and groom bear that she had sitting on the table so when you come in you knew exactly who she was. She let us totally customize our ceremony. We didn't really have a clear idea of what we wanted so we went through some of the samples that she had and pick and choose from a few different ones to make our own unique one. Then after we picked out how we wanted it set up, Montana went back home and constructed it and emailed a copy of exactly what she would be saying. Which gave me some comfort so i knew exactly how the ceremony would go. She showed up on our wedding day on time and ready. One thing that was really neat was that she had us sign our wedding license in front of all our friends and family from the alter so everyone could see. She also printed a hard copy of our own ceremony in a keep sake folder. After the wedding all my family said where did you get your officiant she was amazing! I would highly recommend Montana because she made our wedding unforgettable! <3

It had to be perfect. We wanted a very religious ceremony and prayer with our friends and family. Montana helped us put together traditional bible verses along with our own words and vows, with her help we were able to create our very own, unique and meaningful ceremony. She has so much experience to draw from, she helped us with recommendations about decorating and seating arrangements, lots of the little things that made for a wonderful ceremony for us and our guests, this was very helpful. I was so worried about being able to say the vows in front of my guests, I am very emotional and start to cry, but with Montana's warm and calming spirit, I feet at ease. The day was hot, but the ceremony was perfect, everything I wanted it to be and I was so HAPPY! We even hired her crew to do our pictures and video and we were very pleased with the results and the reasonable pricing, very affordable. Birds of Paradise Wedding officiant, Montana, was a blessing to find. She performed a wonderful outside wedding for us in Tucson, Arizona. With our different religions, She managed to make our ceremony fun and light, but traditional with a prayer and sincere vows. Not only did everyone cry though the ceremony but it was lightened up with cheerful laughter and true celebration. Before the wedding, Montana met with both my husband and I , and discussed what we wanted. It made it very easy to plan for the wedding. She also gave us a copy of our vows, on very pretty paper that we could keep for a memory. Even now almost 3 years later, Montana has remained a great friend and has expanded her professional expertise to the Arizona Valley.

My Bird of Paradise Weddings by Montana Meadows and associates was so very special. My fiance and I wrote our own vows with the assistance provided by Montana at Bird of Paradise. I wanted something with classic religious verses but also with an updated modern appeal. "We were so pleased, the VOWS were absolutely perfect!" Montana helped us coordinate the photos, videos and music, she even made suggestions about the grounds for seating and traffic flow of the guests. I wanted to be a June Bride, our setting was outdoors so the pictures and video came out beautifully with the setting sun. (BTW June is not the best time for an outdoor wedding in Arizona-what was I thinking?) "I would get married all over again (but not in June) and have Montana from Bird of Paradise perform the ceremony, it was the most special day of my life, truly unforgettable!"
