Brett was amazing, and he brought Amy who was also amazing. Brett was easy to work with from the day I emailed him! Not only are his photos amazing, but he is a pleasure to be around. My family and friends are crazy, and they captured everything, from traditional arabic drumming and dancing, to bobbing for beers at the reception. I never felt as though they were hard to find, or that we would miss capturing a special moment. And they weren't just there to help me, all of my guests were grabbing them for different pictures and it was never a problem. Everyone wanted to take them back to our after party by the end of the night. I could not ask for a better photographer!

You will never wear your dress again, or sit in those fancy chairs. When the day is said and done all you will have are photos- you better get a great photographer like Birdsong Photography to capture those moments.

Brett did our engagement session and wedding photos. He is an incredible photographer and captured moments we'll treasure forever. My husband and I live 4 hours from Tulsa (our wedding venue, and "home"), so our first meeting with Brett was over the internet. It was love at first Skype (sorry, couldn't resist). Brett is down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuine. His passion for photography is evident in the crazy things he'll do to get a great shot. Our engagement session started at McNellie's (where my husband and I met) and ended 25 miles away, in the middle of a field I'm pretty sure we weren't supposed to be in, in the dark, freezing, with a Christmas tree we picked up along the way, and a generator in the back of Brett's truck. Oh, and fake snow. It was perfect. Thank you Brett, not only for the awesome photography, but the awesome memories made along the way.

Brett was great! He came all the way to Montana to photograph my wedding. I got some of the most amazing pictures back quickly and I still love paging through them. He was super fun and flexible with whatever happened that day and I am so glad I found him for my big day!

Best photographer I can imagine having. Got all the shots we wanted, and others we can't imagine being without. Even waded into a pond to get a pic and spent the rest of the night soaking wet. Very creative, great with kids, and very flexible. Couldn't ask for more!

When planning my wedding, I took a huge risk. I hired Brett Birdsong after finding him online without ever meeting him, paid him half while he was still in Florida, and counted on him driving from Florida to Newport, OR to be there for the rehearsal and wedding. He not only did an amazing job photographing my wedding, he also was a great guest to have at my wedding. Everyone loved him and commented on how great he was. I still talk to him on Facebook every once in a while.
He was so comfortable to be around, and he just fit right in with my family...which resulted in incredible pictures. Brett was literally the single most important vendor I hired for our wedding. He did a great job capturing the feeling of our wedding, and the little details that let us relive the happiest day of our lives over and over again. He was like a crazy good photography ninja...he was everywhere, capturing everything, but you never saw him...he was never in the way.
He even did a trash the dress shoot for me afterwards and he got in the Pacific Ocean with me! For anyone not familiar with the Oregon Coast, the average water temperature in July is 55 degrees Fahrenheit...Brett was used to Florida temps and probably thought he was going to lose a limb or two to frostbite, but hung in there like a trooper and gave me my dream trash the dress shoot.
My husband and I got pregnant 6 months after we got married. The pregnancy had lots of complications, my husband lost his job, and my baby went to the NICU. On more than one occasion, my husband and I were so stressed we could not sleep, so we pulled out our wedding album and flipped through the pages. It reminds of us of how happy we were that day and helps us relax. Thank you so much Brett for the greatest wedding gift of all.

Wow, Brett's work is amazing. Check out his blog for great photos and hilarious stories. Just getting to and from your wedding Brett turns the entire ordeal into an experience. Be sure to ask him about his off-the-cuff scenery shots he has taken in San Francisco, Montana and Florida. I wish I would have used him for my own wedding but I met him a year too late.

What can I say about Brett? I can say this about Brett... he is awesome. He's an amazing photographer. He will make you laugh, and he will catch your good side. You will find him in tree branches, or flat on his back in front of you, or out in the water to get the best picture. You will want to be his friend and invite him over for Thanksgiving dinner, and share a beer at the bar with him. You will cry and hug the nearest person when you see the pictures he has taken of you. You will do so even if you go by Tex and drive a big truck.
Brett should take your wedding photos, and you will be eternally grateful you chose him to do so.
