Black and White Productions

Black and White Productions is comprised of Jonathan Rhoads and Nate Thomas, both born and raised in Michigan. From a young age, both Rhoads & Thomas had a keen interest in video production. Upon graduating high school, they began to channel their interest into a passion, which started with amusement park video production. This entailed taping rides that were sold to visitors, and creating a few short commercials. They were then given the opportunity to expand their horizons and work on different productions, ranging from cultural events to air shows. Over the next three years, they worked in various TV studios, including PBS.

Not long after moving to Texas in 2006, both Rhoads and Thomas began to develop an interest in producing wedding videos, which is something they had dabbled in prior to leaving Michigan. What began as a mere interest evolved into an intense passion for capturing the story of two people coming together in marriage. The core of Black and White Productions is to use video to capture your wedding day in a memorable and creative way. Your special moments are edited together using music and effects to create a truly cinematographic wedding video that is uniquely yours. From the final touches to your makeup to the tears as you are given away; from the exchanging of your vows to your first dance as husband and wife; every single detail will come together to perfectly portray your love story.
