We researched antique cars for our vintage style wedding for many months. In the end, the sterling silver Rolls Royce provided by Black Swan was PERFECT! We called with not much notice and spoke to Judy who was wonderful. She locked in the Rolls Royce for us, and made the whole process a breeze. From the time we booked, to the wedding ( a period of a 2 weeks), we received 2 calls. The first call was to confirm all of our contract details, and to let us know our driver's name. The 2nd call was from Michael Jedd, our driver, to simply say hello and introduce himself. Such a nice touch.
We threw Black Swan a little curve ball a day before the wedding by asking if we could add on a 2nd drop off point after the reception. They had no problem making the change for us. On the big day, Michael showed up early, and the car was stunning. We felt like royalty. We will absolutely use Black Swan in the future for all our big occasions.

To make a long story short, Roco, the driver ripped us off. We hit highway traffic due to an accident and our limo was late. He said he would "Take care of us, if we took care of him". We essentially dropped him an additional $100 tip (above his gratuity) and STILL had to pay a late fee. Thanks, buddy!
