At first, we were really happy to be renting from Debbie at Black Tie Tuxedos, she was VERY helpful with picking everything out (we didn't really know what we wanted and she made everything look great!). But the day my husband and his groomsmen went to pick up the tuxes, she wasn't helpful AT ALL. Nobody's jackets fit and they were there for 2 hours getting everything adjusted. No big deal really. So the day of the wedding, everyone was getting dressed and we realized my son didn't get his pants! He had the jacket, tie, shirt but no pants. Once again, not TOO big of a deal, we handled it on our own, although that is the last thing anyone should have to worry about on their wedding day. Now to the fun part. We returned the tuxes 2 days later and my shoes that I had spent about 8 hours adding rhinestones to somehow ended up in my husbands bag and nobody realized it. We went on our honeymoon for 10 days and just last night I realized I had not seen my shoes since my wedding day. We searched the house up and down, checked all cars but we didn't have them. Then I realized they were probably in the tux bag. My husband went to the store this morning thinking that it was a long shot since most people would call to tell you that the bride's shoes were in the bag right? Nope. She had them for a week and a half, didn't call a single person to let them know, and THREW THEM OUT! Not a word to anyone and just threw them out. She said she just figured that since they looked a little worn that I wouldn't want them. That is in no way her decision to make! My husband actually had to go through a dumpster out back to get my shoes back! I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE. Very professional when trying to sell you something and then once she has your money, she could care less.

Debbie was great! They were extremely helpful in helping my Husband and I choose his suit (and tailor it to a custom fit) and the groomsmen's tuxes. They were so flexible with us since we lived out of town and the wedding was out of town, always ready to accommodate us even on a Sunday! I will recommend this place to anyone. They were very professional, well within budget but overall it was the friendliness that sold me.
We also ordered out invitations thru them because it was 50% off with tuxedo rentals. There were very classic and clean cut. We loved it!!!
I wanted a very specific look/ensemble for my husband and the guys, so I made sure that I was present for the initial meeting to get things going in selecting the guys' suits. We happened across Black Tie Tuxedos one day, and my husband and I decided to check it out. We were very impressed by the spectacular service we received from Debbie and her staff. They were very helpful in selecting and coordinating the ensemble look that I wanted to go with our colors. Their prices were great, and I was so happy that we came across their store! Because they are local, Debbie did say that as long as we got the specific measurements for the guys, she would take care of their suits as well. She did just that, and there were absolutely no issues with sizes, missing pieces or anything else!
Gary has been going to Black Tie Tuxedos for a few years now, so it only made sense for him to go to them for our wedding. Debbie is such a sweetheart, and when she found out that we were getting married, she got so excited. She helped us choose a great tux that didn't look like a penguin suit, and she was able to incorporate all of our colors into the suits for the guys. I was very happy with the total look, and my husband loved the prices as usual! Definitely go see Debbie for all your formal men's wear needs!
This store was wonderful. Everything was waiting to be picked up which was nice, considering that the order was placed from another city and done by telephone. The suit was exactly what we wanted and all adjustments were made quickly. The owner was very nice and understanding about return times. I would definitely recommend this shop.
