Blackwood also can build custom packages on a per client base, allowing for clients needs to be met in the way best for them.
 
 

Signature Coordination with "Day of":

• This is our starting point no matter how far along in planning you are, or just starting.
• This package provides a timeline breakdown which will help you stay on track.
• Vendor recommendations, assisting with catering coordination, an update meeting and a meeting for the program for the wedding and all the logistics you have planned.
• With "Day of Coordination" included in this package it is a perfect way to have help, save you stress, and allows you to relax on your wedding day. (Starting at $1200.00)

Custom Packaging:

• This is our most popular option with our clients as it gives them the freedom to pick "A La Carte" as to what they will need assistance with for wedding coordination.
• It starts with our signature coordination package which will help you with organizing the details, and "day of coordination".
• This is something unique to Blackwood Wedding Planning and if you are interested in getting a quote, please send us an e-mail and we would love to chat with you over a coffee about your wedding as well as building you a custom quote certain to meet your needs and budget. (Starting at $1200.00)

Full Wedding Planning Coordination:

• This is our full pre-built package that our clients find great when they were looking for someone to guide them and be there helping every step of the way.
• With this package, we are there with you for vendor meetings, finding an inspiration or theme for your wedding day, researching all vendors needed from venues to cakes. This package is great for busy professionals,
• clients with a family or anyone wanting to have everything taken care of for them, leaving the fun stuff to you.

Back Drop Rental:

• Blackwood Wedding Planning is now renting custom backdrops and grand entryways.
• Whether you are covering up facility walls, accenting your head table or creating your grand entryway these elements add an elegant touch to help round off any room. All wedding decor pieces come with one of three satin accent colors, white, deep navy blue, or black.
• We will also custom accent to your wedding colors upon request.

ABOUT US:

Rebecca Chaulk is Blackwood's Wedding Planner working Calgary and area. She has had many years of experience in the event planning world ranging from weddings to corporate functions.

As an active member of The International Special Events Society, Rebecca continues to follow the trends that are changing the industry regularly and finds it important to give back to the event community. Rebecca has her certificate in Event Management and many "hands on" years of experiences. With a background that was heavily involved with the arts, Rebecca says that this is one more art form that she loves to work in!!

Rebecca truly enjoys each and every wedding that she is involved in and her clients often become friends through the planning process. Listening to their hopes, needs and desires and helping them reach their goals is what she loves so much about her role as an event planner.
