Bliss Honeymoons

We used Bliss Honeymoons to book our honeymoon, and Kyle set us up with a wonderful trip to Costa Rica. He listened to what type of place we were looking for, took what activities we enjoyed, and sent us over a course of a few weeks multiple presentations on possible options. After helping us decide, he also kept us informed when flight numbers were changed, as well as offer us additional suggestions on things to do based on past customer experiences. Additionally, he helped us find the most reasonable limousine service in the area to suit our needs for our big day. And the best part? The "fee" that was paid up-front to use their services was credited toward the final price of the package...we almost feel like we benefited from the service for free in the end!
As our first experience with a travel agency, this was a home run and we have already discussed possibly using Bliss Honeymoons again for any future vacations that we might be too busy to handle planning for.

My ratings are not an exaggeration. Kyle did a great job in helping me to find the perfect vacation. After giving him a wide range of things I might like to do he narrowed it down to 2 great options and 1 perfect option. I will be using him for my future bookings!

Laura at Bliss Honeymoons was amazing! We were so overwhelmed trying to figure out a destination for our honeymoon and Laura took all of the stress away and helped us plan the perfect trip! We also had some trouble with the airline on the way to Mexico and Laura worked some sort of magic and got us on a flight after the airline refused to help us. If it weren't for Laura and Bliss Honeymoons we would have missed at least an entire day of our honeymoon. We would recommend this vendor to anyone going on their honeymoon or just planning a vacation. They are awesome!

We worked with Kim Terry to plan and book our honeymoon in Hawaii. I had sooo many questions for Kim, but she always responded promptly and was never impatient with my numerous questions. The honeymoon was one area of the wedding where we did not have to stress about during the planning stages since Kim was there to help. Another great thing about using them was the Honeymoon Registry that was created by using them. We had a great response to our honeymoon registry, which paid for all of our excursions in Hawaii. We had an absolutely amazing honeymoon and it was largely due to Bliss Honeymoons!!

We used Bliss to help schedule our honeymoon and set up a honeymoon registry. Half way through the process our flights changed and with just a few emails and calls with Laura, she had straightened out the problem without any stress being put on us. Even on our honeymoon, we were communicating with Laura who was checking to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The perks we received at our resort were a great surprise, but would not have been possible without the influence of Laura helping in our favor. We cannot imagine ever planning a romantic trip without the help of Bliss!

They were great! We booked our honeymoon using them, and they did a fantastic job of helping us get options, narrow them down, and select a great venue. They were responsive to any request, stayed on top of us to make sure we didn't forget anything, provided us with all information we needed, and follwed-up consistently to ensure we had everything we needed. I can't think of anything we would have wanted them to change!

We worked with Laura at Bliss Honeymoons, and could not have asked for anything more. We were jointly planning with friends across the country trying to plan a joint honeymoon. Laura, did all the work for us, even getting our flights to arrive in Mexico at the exact same time! My favorite thing about our trip was the complete sense of relaxation that set in once we arrived in paradise. The extremely nice staff kept telling us we were home, and we believed them!
We loved the activities that were included with the trip, so we could have lots of fun and not worry about paying anything additional. The snorkeling in the reef just off shore was simply amazing, and we had lots of fun on the cruise to swim in the caves.

The food was delicious, and drinks kept us relaxed all week!

After all the stress of planning our wedding, it was such an incredible treat to have someone so knowledgable take over the task of planning our honeymoon; it was perfect!

We used Laura Frazier at Bliss Honeymoons to help us plan our Honeymoon. We had a budget we wanted to stay within, but also wanted to go on our trip for 10 days. Laura was able to offer us a package that included Couples Swept Away and Couples Tower Isle in Jamiaca, lasted the 10 days we wanted to go, and was within our budget. She was always available for questions or concerns, and was very prompt in her responses. Even if she didn't have an answer at that time, she'd follow up letting you know that she got the email and was working on it.

We had a great time on our honeymoon, and are very thankful for having Laura help us plan it!

Laura was excellent! She was knowledgable about resorts, helped us work within our budget, and made our honeymoon completely hassle free! From the planning meetings, to the honeymoon registry, to little things like airport transfers, everything was handled professionally and competently. We went to El Dorado Casitas, and the resort was perfect. Because of Laura and Bliss Honeymoons, we just got to relax and enjoy our dream honeymoon.

I just want to say how awesome Laura is!! We started off at a Bliss Honeymoons here in Michigan...when right in the middle of our planning, they switched companies on us!! So Laura contacted me right away and I felt relieved that I wasn't stuck doing the planning of the wedding and the trip on my own. She has been so helpful during the entire process. The hotel that I already had my mind made up on, she hasn't been there or had any of her clients go there before. So I went there based off of computer reviews, and it as amazing (Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic)!! Everytime I needed to get in touch with the hotel...Laura was there to help me the entire time. We had the most beautiful weddingmoon I could ever imagine! And it was a breeze when it came to planning...thanks to Laura. The hotel can take a looong time to get a response back. Laura was very eager to get responses back from the hotel. She would send an e mail 2 or 3 times. Thanks for everything!!

Kim was very easy to work with, she set me up with a honeymoon that seems like it should have drained my bank account, and made it fit in my budget. Every time I had a question there she was there to answer with either email or phone. This was the best service I've ever had and I will be a repeat customer.

We hadn't really decided on our dream destination for our honeymoon and she worked very hard to help us narrow down our choices. Our honeymoon was almost derailed by Hurricane Irene, but Bliss figured out an alternative plan and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. We were already happy with our experience planning the honeymoon with Bliss, but they proved themselves to be invaluable when things went awry.

Upon contacting Laura at Bliss Honeymoons, we immediately began the process of choosing our honeymoon location. Laura asked a set questions as she got to know me over the phone, and promptly e-mailed me a document with her top three location suggestions. While we perused all three, my fiance' and I knew right away that the first suggestions was "it" for us! Once we made Laura aware of our choice, she got to work securing a room and flights.

A few days prior to our departure (my first international trip and resort stay), I e-mailed Laura with a few silly questions. She responded VERY promptly and left me feeling excited and prepared for our trip!

Once we landed, Laura had taken care of everything - transportation, resort upgrades, etc. We were blown away by how much we DIDN'T need to do. It was the perfect way to start our honeymoon.

Our week away was absolutely perfect thanks to Laura and her knowledgeable suggestion and preparation on our behalf. I'm so glad we chose to use her services.

She took care of the booking and when a problem with the cruise line came up, she handled it quickly and professionally. They got to know our needs and expectations and presented several honeymoon package options from there, then let us choose. Ultimately our honeymoon was exceptionally enjoyable and somewhat affordable!

My honeymoon was the first time I had traveled out of the country. It was also a surprise location for my wife so I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. We were so lost on where to go and they knew exactly what each island offered in the Carribbean and put together a powerpoint presentation on our top 3 choices...as we changed our minds, they gave us a new presentation. Blissn Honeymoons and Laura were amazing. They took all of the stress out of the honeymoon process. Basically all I did was decide where to go and they did the rest. They even booked the hotels for the wedding night itself and set up hotel blocks for my guests. I could not have been happier with their services. We had the most wonderful trip of our lives in Greece. I cannot begin to thank you enough for all the work and effort you put into our trip. Each hotel was perfect for us, and the locations were surreal! Having the Acropolis at the end of our street in Athens, what more could you ask for! Tzekos Villas in Santorini was truly outstanding, our view was more than we could have ever asked for! Every morning we had breakfast on our balcony overlooking the sea, it was something out of a dream.
The prearranged tour in Athens was great and the sunset cruise in Santorini was spectacular!
All of the pre-arranged private transfers at every airport and port truly took our honeymoon from organized to luxurious. All of your planning made our trip so stress-free. It was more than we could have ever hoped for in a honeymoon!

Bliss charges a nominal fee to provide information on the honeymoon of your choice. I appreciated their ability to help us narrow down what we really wanted. The nicest feature is the registry where friends and family can chip in on the costs of the honeymoon.

Laura at Bliss was great to work with for attending my brother's wedding in Mexico. She had to manage us through a coupel of challenges, from the original resort we picked not being open in time, to bad weather in Columbus which caused flights being delayed and/or canceled two days before the wedding, to people switching their itineraries, Laura was fantastic. She was always responsive and helped all of us through these challenges. We actually loved the resort we got switched to (Azul Beach) and thought that there was no way the original resort could have even compared! We had the best vacation and seeing my brother get married and our families and friends coming together was an experience I'll never forget.

Working with Bliss Honeymoons was a wonderful experience. Laura Frazier provided us with different options to best fit our budget and event needs. She coordinated each guest's travel needs as well. Laura was always within reach when anything came up. She responded to emails w/in 30 minutes and was almost always available via the phone. It seems like she was available around the clock and our guests felt the same way. When our group faced flight cancellations due to inclement weather, Laura was on the phone for hours to get everyone booked on alternate flights. Eventually everyone made it to Mexico and were so thankful for Laura's actions in getting them there in a timely manner.

Bottom line: I would absolutely recommend Bliss Honeymoons to other brides/grooms interested in a destination wedding or for just the honeymoon. Be sure to check details in all the travel arrangements and you should be in good shape. They will take care of the rest.

Laura at BlissHoneymoons was a great asset for our destination wedding. The night before we were to leave our airline called and cancelled our flight. The airline carrier was not flexible and was going to fly us to Jamaica the day after we were to get married.
