The circumstances of our wedding dictated that it had to be planned quickly. I feel very lucky to have found Samar because even on such short notice we were able to have a very enjoyable and unforgettable event. She was always very responsive to changes and took care of the little details in a timely and efficient manner. She also seems to genuinely enjoy her work and this passion comes through in the end result. I can recommend Samar for anyone's wedding without hesitation and have no doubt that she would do an outstanding job.

Samar was our day of wedding coordinator and she was great. We had several meetings beforehand to organize the timeline and gather ideas and on the big day she was such a big help. She was calm and organized and made sure everything went according to plan. She dealt with any hiccups and made sure we were always taken care of, as well as our guests. I felt so relieved knowing she was there working her magic behind the scenes. Highly recommended to any future brides who want to be able to relax and enjoy their wedding day after all the months of planning.

Samar was our wedding planner for our wedding. She was wonderful. We had a consultation first and she went over all kinds of things that my husband and I had not even thought of. Samar was always professional, punctual, and totally on top of everything and where everyone was suppose to be at what time. We could not have had our wedding without her, she was the key to the success of the wedding. Samar was there for the dress rehearsal where she made sure that everything ran smoothly from the beginning.

She had everyone's phone numbers and she ran things so well "behind the curtain." I found out after the wedding that there was a small catastrophe. I had made an extra table for the reception when I placed people in the assigned seating. Oops on my part. Samar fixed it so quickly that I had no idea that it had even happened.

If I did my wedding planning all over again I would choose Samar and Blissful Events. I will definitely be recommending her to any of my girlfriends getting married if they need a great wedding planner!

Me and my husband were married March 20, 2010 on Treasure Island in San Francisco and without Samar we would have been lost in the planning process! We hired Samar to be our coordinator from the beginning to end of our wedding planning, and my advice to any bride is to do this. From the moment we met with Samar my wedding planning became less stressful. She kept me on track with everything from coordinating vendors, to getting my wedding dress fitting, to getting out marriage license! She also kept track of the budget and helped us figure out where we could spend extra money and where we should cut back. I believe we also SAVED a large amount of money with vendors because of the relationship Samar built with them. Samar was always able to be reached, and was able to meet with us in person as well. Our wedding was a 100% success because of Samar and we will always be thankful to her for helping us make our wedding day so perfect!

"I hired Samar with literally less than two weeks left before my wedding was to take place. I had planned my entire wedding on my own because my husband and I wanted to have a simple yet elegant wedding day that we could enjoy with our family and friends. We were flying in from the East Coast to Northern California and my mother was left to handle everything she could without me there to help. As my wedding day was approaching I started to get very nervous. How was everything going to come together on the day of the wedding? When my husband Ariel and I stepped out at ceremony time as we had a traditional Jewish Ceremony, the steel drum band started playing around our beautiful candle lit fountain while our guests were already seated in the ceremony location. I did not expect this at all but thanks to Samar we had this lovely surprise that only the two of us shared as we walked together arm and arm. I began to cry with joy I was just so blown away by how beautiful this day was it just got better and better. She just got every little detail perfect. It was rainy season, and Samar made a deal with the weather for the sun to be out on our day, this woman has got people on her side in high places (wink). If you want to guarantee that you are going to have the wedding you've always dreamed of plus more than take it from me, Samar is the woman to help your vision come to reality".

Samar Hattar provided amazing support for us in the planning and running of our daughter's wedding. She not only gave excellent guidance, but she saved us quite a bit of money because of her connections. She completely took charge of the rehearsal and wedding day which allowed us to fully enjoy the day. I would highly recommend Samar as a wedding coordinator.

Samar has stlye. You can't put a price on that. She's also perfect for the job of ORGANIZING your wedding. Do yourself and your family a favor and hire a professional.

I was there at the beginning when Samar was launching her career as a wedding planner - I was the photographer at HER wedding !! It was clear that she was the one that created the fantastic event and everybody thought she was a natural when it came to event planning. I'm happy to call her a colleague and not just a client.
